The staff was helpful and ordering taxis was very quick. It would be nice to have a few more amenities in the room like slippers. The decoration was a bit dated.

The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of fruit and savoury items along with other continental breads. Tea and coffee was served to the table. The Staff at breakfast were always ready to help and started the day off well. There are some nice piano restaurant -bars near . The TV in the room has no English speaking news or programs , while I don't come to Rome to watch TV , in the afternoon a lay on the bed and quick view of the worlds going on or a movie would be nice .

• Virginie (10/5): Localisation et service parfait pour un merveilleux séjour romain - L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans un quartier élégant et calme a 1O minutes a pied de la piazza de spagna et du parc Borghese . Les chambres sont grandes, le lit confortable, le petit déjeuner excellent et le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse . je tiens d'ailleurs a tous les remercier, a l'accueil , au petit déjeuner tout comme les femmes de chambres . a noter le restaurant est excellent aussi si le soir vous ne voulez pas sortir petit point d'amélioration peut etre : prévoir une bouilloire pour pouvoir prendre un petit thé en rentrant des visites, mais c'est un détail .

It has great staff, comfortable and large rooms and the location is perfect to explore the city and yet be a little away from the crowds. Getting luggage up those front steps is a challenge.

• Divashnee (9/5): - The location is perfect. The area is safe and is walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon. The hotel rooms are big in size. The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not a full english breakfast however they do serve bacon and eggs as a hot dish. There is a wide variety of breads and pastries. There were cereals for those who want a light breakfast. It was definitely a 4 star experience. I didn't like leaving.

• Gwen (8/5): Lovely hotel , good location , big rooms - The rooms were spacious and especially the bathrooms ! They were well appointed and very big king size beds and comfortable . It was within walking distance of many of the main sites one would want to visit in Rome and the staff were nice .

The room smelled like an old dirty sock, musty and stale. The room was very clean but it wasn't what I paid for, I wanted a room with a balcony! It was a dark room as well. The shorter front desk clerk (man) was a misogynistic jerk, he was very rude. He really wasn't very friendly at all.

Walkable and also close to public transportation. Restaurant, complimentary Breakfast and bar were all great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Rome. Only negative was noise outside at night from trash pick up and people.

Το δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε είχε μια οσμή ίσως δεν ήταν καλά αερισμένο.
