- Mohammed (10/5): Good value for money host is very polite and helpful - By far the cleanest property in Luton
- Nadine (2/5): - It was big enough for our family. Cleanliness clearly isn't something they understand. Barely slept as it was so unclean. If we had somewhere else to go we would have left! Its a shame because the property has so much potential. 2 ladies were waiting in the garden before check out time which was a bit annoying! Lots of food in cupboards and fridge, some not even in date and mouldy. Shower had Sponges and scrunchies with other peoples hair. Very dissapointing. Thankfully was a stopover during travel.

- ATEM (7/5): - The host was very friendly and polite . The property was spacious and clean with good heating and security. The House had this strong smell of smoke, which filled every part of the house such that it was unbearable to overlook. Looked like those who stayed at the property before we came did a lot of smoking activities despite the house rules. But overall, the host was still very helpful in trying to help remedy the situation, and it was manageable.
- Maz (10/5): BRILLIANT SHORT STAY - Very clean

- Muhammad (8/5): Very good - We had a fantastic 6-night stay at Instant Home in Luton. Zahid Hussain was an exceptional host, always friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making us feel right at home. The house was new, beautifully kept, and spotlessly clean, which made a big difference, especially with kids. They enjoyed the stay as much as I did and felt comfortable the entire time!
The location was also great—close to shops and public transport—so it was easy to get around. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing after our days out.
Thank you, Zahid, for making this a memorable stay for my family. I highly recommend Instant Home to anyone looking for a warm, clean, and convenient place to stay in Luton. We look forward to coming back!
- Francesca (7/5): Good - The property is well located and has a pleasant large back garden. The kitchen is well appointed The furnishings are basic and the property does not have a particularly homely feel. The conservatory is under utilised and had several random items left out, including the ironing board and iron. The light switches all had finger prints on them and the shiny surfaces were all smeared in the kitchen. The property felt as though someone was staying there and just moved out for us to stay.
- Maz (8/5): Very good - Perfect house Nothing
- Anna (7/5): Comfortable property. - The size of bedrooms and garden are good. Only received the house rules half an hour before arrival, and we wouldn’t have booked the property if I had known we couldn’t wear our outdoor shoes anywhere inside the house (including hallway). The weather was incredibly warm and we were asked to keep windows and doors closed to prevent flies from getting inside.
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
