• paula (10/5): Cabaña en kazbegi - Las vistas, la casa estaba súper calentita, los chicos muy pendientes de todo y muy cerca del centro La ducha a ras de suelo no nos convenció pero suponemos que es normal en la zona.
• Lisa (9/5): Unique, peaceful setting - This place was beautiful and amazing unobstructed views. Comfortable living area and a unique experience to stay a place like this. Perfect place to relax or base for walks and visiting the area. The bathroom was clean but the floor does get wet. Was a little hard to find and property manager didnt come to meet us, may have been because it was raining and spoke limited English so couldn't get much information. Note to get the unobstructed view it is the further place along the road making the walk to and from town a little longer and the road to it has many bumps to be careful if bringing a car. There is no curtain in the bedroom so bring an eye mask if sensitive to light! But with that view I can see why they don't have a curtain!!

За него хочется поставить максимальную оценку Маленькие минусы - нет никакой таблички/указателя к домикам, без Google maps вообще было бы не найти. Слив от душа прямо по центру ванной комнаты, получается после душа все время стоишь в воде

• Kristina (10/5): Очень классные коттеджи ♥️ - Очень классные коттеджи , останавливались компанией друзей, всё новое. Хозяйка - очень приятная женщина, говорит по-русски :) Территория большая, рядом горы , лошади, уединение , до центра поселка минут 10 пешком. Виды потрясные 😍 Минусов нет

The interior was cozy and charming, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from local restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. We loved waking up to fresh mountain air and the sound of nature all around us. Our host was wonderfully kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Little touches like fresh linens, a well‑equipped kitchen, and helpful local tips really made a difference. We’d highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape in Stepantsminda — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and Georgian mountain charm

• Denas (10/5): FABULOUS - 10/10 stay. - The location and view from front and back of the house is simply jaw dropping. I couldn't say enough good about the beauty of it. Cabin is nestled away seamlessly in the landscape, with wild horses and cows visiting nearby. Beautiful little touches around the house and a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and fresh towels. Shower even had a view ! Nothing- exceptional stay.

The view was stunning and the host could arrange horserid - The location was absolutely amazing, kitchen, they could arrange horse riding Window broken, water all over the place after shower, difficult to contact host when we arrived
• Saj (4/5): It was nice but tht cracked glass really affected my 1 day stay in the cottage .hope they will change it . - The property is having g a beautiful Venice view of mountains and morning you will see horses passing by n mountains covered in snow . The proper has got all amenities for a couple . Bathroom is very small but clean . Kitchen has got enough pans There was a big crack in the glass nxt to the bed which was very scary and it’s really a safety hazard. So unfortunately we couldn’t use to bed to enjoy the scenic beauty of the nature . Not sure y they put a tape to cover it instead of changing the glass . Looks very scary . Not much space to move around

You will see horses running from your bedroom window as you wake up, surrounded by magnificent scenery. We absolutely loved it and definitely recommend it over any other options in the area

Plenty of space around the chalet I loved everything, but for future travellers is may be convenient to put a sign outside the gate with the name of the accommodation, so it’s easier to find.

• Dmitrii (8/5): Amazing place. Highly recommend - Absolutely amazing location. Stunning view. Very cozy house. Incredible stuff. Huge yard, where the dog was able to play. Ideal place for 2 people It was a little bit cold at night. We rented 1 entire house for the company of 4. The house has 1 bed and 1 couch. Bed is good, but the couch was not very comfortable to sleep. So, if you want to stay 3-4 people, consider booking both houses

You get what you see on booking.com (pictures are real) Nice, friendly and always available and helpful host Is about 10 minutes walk from “downtown”, so it’s quiet, no buildings limiting the view When you shower the entire floor of the bathroom is wet. But that’s such a small thing, which should no one keep away from this amazing place :) (And they also provide slippers already, which was mentioned in another review)

The cottage had everything you would need and the hosts were amazing. Special mention to Nicholas and his dad for making our stay so comfortable and helping us with settling down. We loved our stay and will surely come back. Didi Madloba for everything! If you are looking for a stay amidst nature, I would definitely recommend this place in Kazbegi. Nothing

The communication was great, and people hosting us were amazingly kind and nice and even left some tasty treats for us :) The house has everything you might need there, even the vegetable peeler! Oh, and the views around — priceless! Additional thanks for welcoming our dog :) Everything was great! Well, the oooonly little thing — if you are traveling there, it will be great to take some rubber slippers because when you take a shower, you can't avoid making the whole bathroom wet, and some flip-flops would be a great help (there were hotel slipper provided though, which was super lovely!) Thank you :) We'd love to come again!
