Постоянно есть горячая вода. Полотенца меняются. Место супер: море на 300 метров. Есть два супермаркета в пешой доступности. Рекомендую

За чистотата мога да кажа, че се подръжка на топ ниво с ежедневна подмяна на кърпи и чаршафи, които блестят от чистота. Собственичката усмихната, лъчезарна и съдействаща във всеки един момент, ако е нужно. Препоръчвам хотела и на приятели и със сигурност ще се върнем отново следващото лято. Ако можех да дам и повече от 10* щях да го направя!

• Gergana (10/5): Gergana - Стаята в която бяхме настанени беше малка за семейството с дете беше доста тясна, но за два става и няма проблеми! Стаята беше чиста имаше всичко необходимо, отговарят на изображенията от booking, локацията е чудесна!Престоя ни беше приятен! Мил и любезен персонал, сменяха хавлиите всеки ден!
• Margarita (10/5): - A well equipped duplex apartment with all new furniture. We had a side entrance and it added to the privacy. It was cleaned on a daily basis, with clean towels supplied daily. It was close to the beach, settled in a serene and well maintained garden. A welcome package of water, juice, coffee and cookies was a nice touch. We had two levels, on both separate terrace with modern furniture and two separate modern bathrooms with toiletries.

• İlknur (10/5): Bir kere kalınca yeniden seçeceğiniz bir konaklama - Denize, marketlere, fırına, kısacası ihtiyaç duyduğunuz her yere yakın. Otopark sorunu yok, oda her ihtiyaca uygun şekilde düzenlenmiş, mutfak var. Az da olsa akşamları sivrisinek var.

• Nikolay (9/5): Great place - we had a great family stay. - Comfortable apartments, close to the beach. Nice facilities. Easy check-in and check-out. We had a family vacation and had a really good time. Balconies are nice but there’s no any fencing to block the view or sound between adjacent balconies - so one has to be part of the neighbours’ conversations whether one likes it or not.

• Kubilay (10/5): Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed and comforted during the trip. - The suite was really nice and very clean. It took just 5 minutes to get to the beach. We had lots of other advantages to reach some important points like markets, bakery or fast food. Our host was a kind and helpful lady. We had no problem with accommodation and we had a nice vacation as well. Surely we can choose the same place for our next holiday. We thank for everything.
• Leoante (10/5): - Locatia este foarta curata,amplasata intr-o zona linistita a statiunii, in cateva minute ajngi pe plaja La cazare baia este foarte mica, wifi-ul cand functioneaza cand nu ( mai mult nu a functionat ), referitor la statiune eu am comparat-o cu Eforie Nord, Costinesti de prin anii 90 - 2000, noi nu am gasit un restaurant mai de doamne ajuta ( poate suntem noi pretentiosi venind dupa un sejur de 9 zile in Afitos ), daca doriti taverne si restaurante puteti merge 8 minute cu masina pana in Stavros si acolo veti gasi ce doriti, la plaja sezlongurile erau oferite pe baza unei bauturi, pentru familiile cu copii mici nu prea este indicat ( in 3-4 m de la mal apa devine adanca ), daca nu sunteti pretentiosi atunci statiunea Nea Vrasna este ceea ce cautati. Am acordat nota asta mare doar pentru cazare, daca ar trebui sa dau si pentru statiune o nota aceasta ar fi un 4 - 5.

• Daniel (9/5): Overall the stay was very good, the apartment was very clean and has a great location. - I thought the little extras like the coffee, juice and water was a very nice touch. I also appreciated the fast response from the host regarding restaurant recommendations. It was a little noisy from the neighbours in the other apartment.

• daniel.nikolov (8/5): Relax and work - stay in Niirides hotel - Close to the beach and walking distance to shops, beach bars. Also walking distance to Asprovalta and Vrasna. The hotel had his own parking place. Wi-Fi was not very stable. Not everyday cleaning.

• Sirmatenia (10/5): Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht. - Die Anlage ist sehr stilvoll und modern, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Personal empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts gut umsorgt. Vom ganzen Herzen zu empfehlen. War definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch. Nichts zu beanstanden!

• Carmen (10/5): Excelent si confortabil - Ne-am simtit bine si totul este ca in prezentare si poze. Curatenie si schimbatul prosoapelor zilnic, la chicineta gasesti cana fierbator apa, aparat sandwich, aparat cafea si capsule de cafea. Am fost placut surprinsi, in frigider am gasit apa rece si suc la cutie( fetita mea s-a bucurat de surpriza). Daca vom mai ajunge in zona, voi alege aceeasi cazare, chiar daca este in planul 4, pana la plaja cu pietre din Nea Vrasna, 5 minute (pasi de copil mic). La cat suntem de carcotasi, la cazare nu a fost ceva sa nu ne placa😁. Plaja din Nea Vrasna nu ne-a placut datorita pietrelor din apa, dar stiam si zilnic ne-am dus la plaja cu nisip fin.

• Fatme (9/5): We had a great stay! - The apartment was very stylish ,equipped with everything needed for a comfy stay. The rooms are big enough and very convenient as the apartment is on two levels so give some privacy for the whole family. We had a new towels and toilet paper provided every day. The kitchen is also equipped with Nescafe Dolche Gusto coffee machine and two pods were provided every day as well. Great free Wi-Fi and two air conditioners ,one in each room. The hotel is located close to the beach and the local amenities . We had a great stay. Thank You! The bathroom is small. The balconies are very close to one another ,literary 30cm apart ,with no screens or any privacy. When the neighbours are outside as well ,the feeling is like you are sitting in the same table.

• Dénes (5/5): Not bad, descent place if nowhere else to go. - the area was nice, and the room equipement was as expected. we didnt get greeted at all, for 10 days i had no clue who the host is to the place, only person i knew from the place was the cleaning maid, The walls are not as soundproof as thought, and the place is a bit too stuffed, felt like being a sardine in a box.

• Mustafa Gürkan (10/5): - Tesis beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde çıktı. Öncelikle temizliği konusunda içiniz rahat olsun zira çok temiz bir tesis. Odadaki eşyaların hepsi yeni, iki odada da klima ve büyük ekranlı televizyon var. Mutfak eşyaları yeterli. Odada mini buzdolabı (soğutması çok iyiydi.), iki gözlü ankastre elektrikli ocak, kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcı mevcut. Buzdolabını açtığımızda tesisin su ve meyve suyu ikramlarını da gördük, bunun içinde teşekkürler. İki odanın dışında yemeklerinizi yiyebileceğiniz güzel bir balkonu, balkonda masa ve sandalyeleri de var. Ücretsiz park alanı konusunda da sıkıntı yaşamadık, hatta aracım elektrikli olduğu için tesis sahibinden şarj konusunda yardım istediğimde bana çok yardımcı oldu. Kendisine güleryüzü ve yardımları için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tesis plaja çok yakın (200 m. civarı), denizi çok temiz, plajda isterseniz beach'den (ücretli) isterseniz ücretsiz alandan denize girebilir, beach'den kişi başı sadece 5 Euro verip bir içecek alarak gün boyu yararlanabilirsiniz. Tesisin yakın çevresinde (350-400 m.) büyük marketler ve yine çok yakın mesafede güzel ve uygun fiyatlı restaurantlar var. Sonuç olarak olumsuz hiçbir şeyle karşılaşmadığımız, çok memnun kaldığımız ve kesinlikle tekrar gitmeyi düşündüğümüz, gönül rahatlığı ile herkese tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir tesis.
• Pavla (9/5): Krásný a pohodlný apartmán v klidné lokalitě a blízkosti moře. - Krásná pláž cca 200m, průzračná teplá voda. Klidná lokalita, pekárna a obchod cca 100m. Pokoje jsou moderně vybavené (jako nové), pohodlné postele, skvěle fungující klimatizace a čistota všude v pokoji i ve společných prostorech.

• Jov54 (10/5): Fantastično - Apartman je bio odličan. Parking dostupan. U blizini svih sadržaja i plaže na pešačkoj udaljenosti. Domaćin odličan. Svakodnevna zamena peškira i sređivanje apartmana. Apartman ima dobro opremljenu kuhinju. Ima dve terase, spoljnje tuševe i deo za decu. Za svaku preporuku. Sve je bilo ok!
