- BENJAMIN (6/5): L’importance du service client à revoir - Accueil et communication très décevants. Nous avons dû patienter près d’une heure à la réception à cause d’une erreur lors de notre enregistrement. Souhaitant réserver une seconde chambre, nous n’avons reçu aucune aide de la part du réceptionniste, qui semblait totalement indifférent à notre situation. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement paraît agréable. Nous avons finalement dû réserver une chambre dans un autre hôtel.

- André (10/5): Très bon hôtel - Accueil super, personnel très avenant, lit confortable, propre et tranquille, réception au septième avec de bels ascenseurs, accessibilité à l'hôtel à pied pas si évident. Je recommande sans hésiter.

La salle de jeux est top, les enfants ont adoré, la chambre est très bien équipée avec la kitchenette et la literie est de qualité. Merci d'avoir mis des fontaines à eau très pratique avec les chaleurs toulousaines. Parking gratuit un plus pour une grande ville. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, le personnel est très agréable

- KARINE (10/5): Jolie reconversion de l hôpital - Très belle découverte. Chambres cosy et d une propreté irréprochable. Seul bémol les oreillers trop durs.
- serge (6/5): Assez décevant - L'établissement n'est pas atteignable en suivant un gis. Nous avons tourné une heure, traversant même un hôpital. C'est une expérience assez catastrophique, d'autant que la zone est très chargée en circulation. Ensuite, lorsqu'on a réussi à garer sa voiture dans un parking qui ne se nomme pas comme l'hôtel, il faut arriver à pied devant une porte... fermée. Patience avant l'ouverture car la réception est au 7 ème étage. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner 'très cher n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Que du décongelé de dernière minute, peu de choix. En signalant cela à la réception en partant, on ne m'a pas démenti, bien au contraire, mais aucun geste commercial. Somme toute, cet hôtel a du clinquant mais je ne le recommande pas.
- Alissa (10/5): - Bright, modern new aparthotel. The one bedroom unit was spacious enough for our family of 4, and both the bed and sofa bed had comfortable mattresses. Nice breakfast. Easy, free parking in garage adjacent to hotel, and there is a tram stop just a few minutes away connecting the hotel to the Metro and city center. Would stay again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - La entrada es un poco complicada, tienes que tocar el timbre para que te abran y el lobby está en el piso 7. El cuarto ligeramente pequeño pero cómodo. Parece que el hotel sigue en proceso de construcción. Fuera de eso, lo recomendaría.
