• robyn (10/5): - Very cosy. Close to town and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The little touches at this cottage made our stay perfect.
• Lynette (10/5): Fantastic stay with furry friends. - The house was very comfortable and in a great location. The secure yards were great for our dogs to play in. Many wonderful walks nearby. Reversing out of the driveway at night. A couple of reflectors on each side could help that. But small problem - would definitely stay here again.

• Maree (10/5): Goergous cosy cottage! - Gorgeous, cosy cottage, close to the Rail Trail and town. Very clean!
• Kingsley (9/5): Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others - Plenty of space outside and in. Great water pressure, Quite, 10 min walk to main st. Washing machine and big TV. Grass/lawn needed a cut. Track thru gate needs pot holes filled in or levelled maybe when gate is repaired. Hall passage requires some sort of low ilumination source at night. Some kitchen pans loosing their coating which isn't healthy. Kitchen and Dining room chairs need some cushions.
• Lyn (9/5): - Clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Situated within walking distance of town surrounded by similar houses and gardens.
• Veronique (8/5): Excellent location. - Perfect location.house was very clean. The shower was very hot and the beds were very comfortable and warm. Key access system was very convenient. Double beds!
• Norman (7/5): Enjoyed the stay with our friends - Proximity to Main St Toilet situated at back of house, step in middle of passage unlit at night, front double gates unable to close at night (need replacing)
• Brett (7/5): Nice quiet stay but 1st impressions are everything . Was not a good look . - Nicely renovated older place . Very quiet location . Great wi fi . Comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need . The front fence needs repairing . Garden was overgrown and the grass badly needed mowing . The toilet area smelt mouldy and there were spiders ( mainly daddy long legs ) everywhere . At nearly $1000 for the 3 nights i would have expected things to be a lot more looked after .

• Aaron (10/5): Clean, well appointed house in a great location, close to town. - Property was clean and well furnished. Property was also close enough to town (5 minute walk) but also located in a quiet neighbourhood. All amenities were provided.
• Wayne (4/5): Not as advertised. - Location is great, the house is quite rustic. It was advertised with 2 bathrooms but only had one bathroom and a separate toilet. The front gate was very poorly maintained and hard to open, even though it was advertised as off street parking.

• Victoria (7/5): Beechworth is a lovely village and the house is easily accessible to it. - Proximity to the village of Beechworth - 5-7 minute walk The advert said two bathrooms, one with bath. This is not the case. There is a shower and basin and a separate toilet. I spoke to the host about this and they indicated that they have tried on numerous occasions to get booking.com to amend the property advertisement . Booking.com have not updated the property advertisement as requested to accurately reflect the properties amenities. As 4 adults we managed but if it was a group of 6 it would be a struggle to manage with 1 shower and 1 toilet. All other amenities/facilities were as advertised.
• Sara (10/5): extremely pleasant and comfortable. - It was close to everything in town, the bed was very comfortable, the house was beautifully fitted out, everything we used worked, and very pleasant to sit both out the front or the back of the house.

• Dannielle (8/5): nice modern great location great value would stay again - The location s fantastic it's central to everything has lots of space, the rooms are good and great area if you have pets. the add said 2 bathrooms but has only one which is hard for 6 adults
