• Dominic (2/5): - Before arriving at the property, I text using the number provided on booking.com to see if there were any self check in instructions. I recieved no reply. When arriving, I called as I couldn't get in. It was freezing cold and pitch black and I assumed I would have to find somewhere else after no answer. I was let into the complex and then into the given number of building but someone who lived there, only to receive a call back and told I had been moved buildings. That in itself is not so bad. What was a major invonvenience was being told I had to walk through a dark alleyway in the pouring rain to a new address to find a lock box IN THE DARK and attached to A RANDOM PERSONS GATE. I was asked by someone passing by what I was doing as it clearly looked very suspicious me bending down fiddling with a neghbour's gate. The wifi password on the router was wrong so I had to text and get that. There was no ironing board but when I asked about that, I was told to have a look around because people move it.

• Kehinde (10/5): Fantastic and very easy to access including surrounded by shops.. would definitely stay agin - I had a delightful stay at a charming well-located and in the heart of London. Easy to move around , close to different shops .Fully equipped kitchen . The staff are very friendly and also ready to help . I would definitely stay again . Thanks Everything perfect for me .
• Stephen (1/5): Dishonest host, and didn’t communicate im advance. - Nothing. The host changed the accomodation and building without prior communication. I got a different apartment which was inferior to the place I booked, and had stained carpet and sofa. Also, slow responses upon arrival at Canning Town causing an hour’s delay in getting to the apartment. Simply unacceptable.
