• Ana Maria (10/5): - Es un apartamento muy amplio y bonito para estar con la familia, deben alquilar carro para poder disfrutar el viaje al máximo. Todo estaba muy limpio y la cocina estaba super equipada. El dueño siempre estuvo muy pendiente a través de WhatsApp, muy amable y presto a ayudar. Todo fue muy bueno, solo tengan cuidado con la piscina, se debe colocar una rejilla ya que hay un hueco que succiona, es muy peligroso, a mi hermano menor la mano se la succiono, debimos apagar el compresor de la piscina, pero pudo ser mucho peor, si alguien no sabe como reaccionar rápidamente en el momento o si es alguien mas pequeño ya que esos compresores tienen mucha fuerza.

• Thany (7/5): - The location is absolutely perfect if you plan to spend time discovering the beaches on the island. Also so close to Willemstad and anything else really. The house is very spacious and comfortable to chill and have an island homey feeling. The fact that there are 2 bathrooms is absolutely perfect! The owner was very attentive, friendly and available. Upon our request that the bathrooms get cleaned, he didn't hesitate! (We stayed for 4weeks) The bedsheets and towels get refreshed once a week. It's quiet and green and has a perfect breeze for a relaxed stay. Consider that you are close to nature. We got visited by a variety of animals who naturally live in the area (crab, non poisonous snake, centipede, cockroaches, different kind of crabs, gecko's). We didn't mind and had an adventure with each visitor, but consider closing the doors if you aren't around and shaking your shoes and other clothing pieces lying on the floor before putting them on. The crab, centipede and snake are rare; we just got very lucky! Some details of the house were very outdated and even broken. Things like visibly dated bedsheets with holes, a loose towelholder, cooking pans defeated by rust, loose door handle and a bare electric input in the bathroom. The stairs for the pool was a bit rusty and unstable. The place was tidy and clean upon arrival but for the eye of the beholder who pays attention to details, the seemingly dirty corners and edges on the toilet and bathroom floors and spiderwebs in the ceiling of the bathrooms might be a thing. If you are not a fan of hard beds, feel all the beds before you choose yours. Me and my partner had one that was rocksolid. The kids had one that was softer. All in all just details that really didnt take away the pleasantness of our stay. The place oddly felt like visiting your uncle living on the island on his own, living his life instead of paying too much attention to little details like loose (but still functioning!) doorhandles. I would definitely stay here again.

• Dohnalova (9/5): Superb - We liked this place. It was in a quiet area, close to many beaches. There are several places around the apartment where you can sit in the shade and relax. The host (Martijn) is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 12 nights, and once they cleaned the apartment and changed towels and bedding sheets. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. We had an overnight flight, and for an additional fee, we had a late check out, making our last day in Curacao easier and better.

• Jack (7/5): A puppy in junkjard dog suit barking at you - Easy to get to and close to the best beaches on the Island. Also not far to the city. Very good restaurant right in front with the smell of grilled food every day. We have used the restaurant a few times and loved it. GOOD FOOD! Thanks George. After 30 years of travel I have to say this was the worst check in we have ever had. Got screamed at for not bringing cash, when in our printout it said, no cash accepted at property (in bold letters). One of the partners told us if we don't pay, he will be only happy to trow our bags out. We also found out that he didn't want to be there and work so hard. Called the "people upfront" idiots. And that was in the very few minutes of us in the place. Trust me it got worse. We have spend most of the next day at the bank and got his money! O, so Dushi. The apartment does need some one else to run it. It can house 6 people, but got 2 coffee cups, 2 soup cups and a few old pots. Two showers, one we could not use, it was leaking and we used the second one with the drain draining 1 hour or so! Now, 6 people taking showers, half a day gone! Two closets for 2 bedrooms, fine, but only one had a rod to hang clothes on it!! And the AC in that room didn't work! Good, because he told us not to use it " too much" for the electricity is so expensive. Reading this people may think I'm just bitching, no, after he left us alone it was fine. Even without the TV we had fun. We have fixed the place some what. Bought some light bulbs, the place is very dark, some one have said that in a review. People around us were very friendly and we made it work. Yes I would go there again, but only if Martijn was in charge or some one else was renting it. After fixing it up a bit. It was the longest review I have ever had, trust me it could go longer. It's to bad that somebody like that is renting this property and I hope the owner will read this and does something about it.
• Marco (8/5): Great stay. Great property. Great price. Would definitely do it again. - We were a party of three to begin with and eventually were joined by three more. This was a lovely two-bedroom apartment in a pretty tropical setting, with a king size bed in each room, along with a mezzanine space serving as a vey adequate third bedroom with two single beds. A large open plan kitchen and living area provided enough space to enjoy al fresco drinks and chatter with friends, with two front wide opening doors to let in the warm breeze. The apartment owners were very welcoming and when a couple of small things needed fixing, they responded quickly. The apartment was very easy to find as it's on the main highway only 8 minutes' drive from the airport. We woke up to birdsong EVERY morning! Also, immediately behind was a lovely restaurant serving good food (local and international) at reasonable prices. Overall, we liked the apartment and would recommend it to anyone - family and friends! The one key convenience that was lacking in the property was a washing machine.
