• Hanna (9/5): - Зелена уютна вілла, 2 великих басейну - дитячий та дорослий. Але нажаль не було ніяких водних горок, фантанчиків. До моря 7 хв пішки. До центру міста 15 хв пішки. Наші вікна та тераса виходила на 2 сторони, чудовий вид💜 В номері всі зручності, щоб подорожувати з дітьми. Кухня має весь необхідний посуд, стиральна машина, утюг, мікроволновка і тд. Дитячий майданчик ну дуже старий, не пофарбований, напівзламаний і був брудний. Не раджу селитися біля входу, ворота гепали всю ніч

• Hannah (10/5): Relaxing break - Great location, the host was very helpful from even before we arrived. We were able to check in early and the host provided recommendations for an amazing bakery, Sucré pastelería so I was able to surprise my husband with an incredible cake on his 40th Birthday during our stay. It was a very relaxing stay, short stroll to lots of amazing restaurants and close to the sand dunes too.

• Neil (6/5): - Great location. Lack of sanitary products to be able to clean the bathroom, I'm afraid to say the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the pillows in our view should be ch aged as a priority.

• Rolf (7/5): Soweit in Ordnung - Selbstversorger. Alles in der Nähe. Anlage und die Lage war gut. Könnte man auch gut mit dem Bus vom Flughafen erreichen. Kontrolle der Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden. Bettwäsche war verschmutzt ( Incl. Haare vom Vormieter ) Zu sagen wäre dass, Mirko sich hervorragend gekümmert hat. Bettwäsche wurde noch in der Nach gewechselt Bad müsste besser gereinigt werden. Ecken unsauber und Schimmel. Es fehlten, die bei Booking. com ,erwähnten Pflegeartikel. Für uns nicht weiter schlimm sollte aber bei Booking, wenn nicht vorhanden, gelöscht werden. Auf Anfrage bei der Besitzerin wurde uns nur mitgeteilt dass, dies kein Hotel sondern ein Apartment wäre und somit nicht zur Verfügung steht.
• Raimund (6/5): Abgewohntes Appartment mit außergewöhnlicher Lärmbelästigung, ausreichend für zwei Personen. - Die Anlage insgesamt war schön. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Größe des Appartments war für 2 Personen ausreichend. Ausstattung war im wesentlichen wie beschrieben. In der Nähe gibt es einen guten Supermarkt. Die Auswahl an Restaurants war sehr groß. Es gibt eine schöne Strandpromenade. Der Hauptmangel des Appartments 255 war die Lärmbelästigung durch die beiden unmittelbar unter dem Balkon bzw. unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster befindlichen Eisentorzugänge, die bei jedem Aus- und Eingang mit lautem Knall zufallen, manchmal im Minutentakt. Das Appartment ist abgewohnt. Auf die Frage nach einem Sonnenschirm, wie auf dem Prospektfoto abgebildet, bekamen wir eine abweisende Antwort. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren aus Eisen und hochgradig unbequem. Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehen, was uns aber nicht störte. Das Appartement liegt mit dem Schlafzimmerfenster an einer mittelmäßig befahrenen Einbahnstraße. Der Pool und die Liegen sind auch in die Jahre gekommen und etwas flach, erfüllen aber Ihren Zweck. Wenn man insgesamt dieses Appartment mit unserem zweiten im Süden der Insel vergleicht, dass wir für den identischen Preis gebucht haben, bemängeln wir doch das schlechte Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

• Stephen (9/5): A great space and location, in Atlantic Garden complex. No problems at all. - Spacious apartment with extremely comfortable bed and super soft towels. Big fridge freezer. The balcony was a good size with supplied sun shade. We were glad to not have a roof over the balcony in early May, but the sunshade would be a must in hot summer months. The swimming pools were large and the area clean with plenty of sunbeds for the number of people staying on the complex. Mariella was very responsive to any communication. Would not hesitate to return to the same apartment. The location is fabulous with small shopping complex next door, a lovely walk along the coast or through the new town towards the old town and port. Bus stop minutes away for easy access to Grandes Playas and other towns. Only a couple of suggestions. It would be nice to have some salt, pepper and oil for cooking supplied for the very occasional time we would want to cook something. People don't really want to buy large amounts. We did expect beach towels but I gather that is considered an extra; a lesson learned for us.
• Susan (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a perfect location. - Perfect location. Shops and bars right on your doorstep.Great size balcony which got loads of sun , very comfortable bed. Great water pressure in shower. Very nice decor and clever use of storage space . Selection of books too ! Nice bar. Really quiet and no need for anyone to put towels on sunbeds! Had all the cleaning utensils so we could sweep and mop floors. My only issue is that the bathroom needs a deep clean . We have a product at home called HG Mooukd spray. This would sort out the bathroom.

• Andrew (8/5): Nice apartment, sadly -not a restful position - Nice & clean It was next to entrance/exit gates which was very annoying (buzzer & noisy) particularly when some deliveries were 4am. A big bonus would have been a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as the living room. Bedroom did get warm at times. Tv with many channels but, although requested prior to visit, no English ones found.

• Bernard (3/5): Unsuitable accommodation - Accommodation close to main centre Accommodation was between both entrances to the apartment complex. Everytime a guest entered or left the complex the gates buzzed open & banged closed, sometimes up to 4.30 am in the morning
• Lisa (7/5): Overall, the accommodation is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a week. We would recommend bringing basic - The Host was friendly and reacted fast as we had questions about the apartment. Nice pool and a relaxed atmosphere in the whole area. When we arrived it didn't seem cleaned. The stove was dirty and there were leftovers in the toilet that we had to flush away. There was hair in the shower.
• Adrian (8/5): Very good - lovely apartment it's a shame that gates have been installed right next to the apartment which anyone coming in the complex use. Was noisy to start but got used to it and didn't affect sleeping
• Niamh (9/5): Great trip to Fuerteventura - Apartment was lovely, great location only a few minutes walk from beach and strip of loads of lovely restaurants and bars. Nice outdoor area which got the sun for most of the day. Pool area was very nice and staff friendly. Parking on street across the road.... Brilliant location all around! The entrance to both the pool area and the back of the apartments was very close to the apartment so every time someone entered you heard the buzzer for the gate and the gate close shut. Other than that, no complaints!!!
• Milena (9/5): The apartment was very good located, clean, with all the facilities needed during vacation. - It was big, had all the facillities needed for vacation, very nice tarrace with the view where u can eat. Great big swimming pools, many sun beds. Tennis court and equipment available for free. Additionally, only 10’ walk to the city center. Unfortunately, the apartment is just above the entrance to the whole building and there is a terrible noise when people enter the code. Also, in the night it is a bit cold so extra blanket would be good.

• Dzintars (10/5): Recomended for families - Great location, nice comfortable apartement in apartment complex within walking distance to ocean and Coralejo city centre. There is everything you may need in the apartement.
