• Luc (10/5): Hébergement, reposant, magique par son modernisme et époustouflant par sa vue avec balcon sur mer - Cet hébergement est une vraie pépite…. Il vaut 10 +++ ….. Très moderne …. une vue époustouflante sur la baie de Saranda…. Commerces, Restaurants au pied de la résidence…. accueil, très chaleureux et bienveillant de l’hôte….. petit déjeuner buffet magnifique…. Sur terrasse, donnant sur la baie…. Vue sur mer…. je recommande… pas de parking, il faut chercher une place…. on trouve…..
• Petra (10/5): - Prostorný pokoj s klimatizací a naprosto úžasným výhledem na moře. Velice milý a přátelský pan majitel, na kterého se můžete obrátit s čímkoliv. Umístění apartmánu perfektní, v blízkosti velký výběr restaurací, kousíček na pláž. U snídaně slabší výběr, žádné ovoce, ale na tom už pan majitel pracuje :-)

• Boja (10/5): Best value for money spent. Great experience. - The view was absolutely stunning. The room as comfortable, well designed, and clean. The location was close to where we wanted to hang out. We didn’t get to meet the host but they were responsive and welcoming as well. Nothing really. I guess the breakfast wasn’t 5 stars but honestly we were grateful that it was included.

Śniadanie dobre wystarczające oraz super personel. Pokoje czyste nowoczesne z perfekcyjną klimatyzacją oraz bardzo dobrym wi-fi. Polecam gorąco i pozdrawiam cały personel.

• Sandrine (7/5): - L'appartement est très lumineux et la vue est magnifique ! Le personnel agréable !. . Nous avons trouvé dommage que l'appartement n'était pas propre au niveau du sol. Par ailleurs, à notre arrivée, nous étions 4 personnes de prévues mais seulement 3 lits de fait et les serviettes étaient mouillées ainsi que la literie. Cependant, la propriétaire de l'appartement a fait tout le nécessaire pour rectifier + le personnel de l'établissement sont à l'écoute et réactifs.

• Razvan (5/5): Experiența sub așteptări - Peisajul, vederea spre mare Am ales acest hotel pentru un sejur de 7 nopți, însă, din păcate, serviciile oferite nu s-au ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor. Pe toată durata șederii, camera nu a fost curățată, iar prosoapele nu au fost schimbate nici măcar o dată. Un alt moment neplăcut a fost într-o dimineață, la ora 7, când o persoană necunoscută a intrat în cameră fără avertisment, lucru care a creat disconfort și ridică semne de întrebare în privința organizării și securității. La sosire, am observat că dormitorul nu era curat – erau fire de păr în mai multe locuri, ceea ce indică o lipsă de atenție la igienizare. Și micul dejun a fost dezamăgitor: opțiunile au fost extrem de limitate – doar omletă, ouă ochi, un singur sortiment de cârnați prăjiți, gem, unt și pâine. În plus, mâncarea era vizibil îmbibată în ulei, ceea ce a făcut experiența culinară dificilă. Consider că acest hotel are potențial, însă este nevoie de îmbunătățiri serioase în ceea ce privește curățenia, serviciile și calitatea mesei de dimineață. Sper ca aceste aspecte să fie luate în considerare de către conducere pentru a oferi o experiență mai plăcută viitorilor oaspeți.

• Manseri (10/5): Formidable - L’hôtel était tout simplement incroyable ! La vue était encore plus belle que sur les photos, à couper le souffle. Tout était très propre, parfaitement entretenu. L’emplacement est idéal, très accessible et proche de tout : commerces, restaurants, plages… Et que dire de l’accueil… Les gens étaient d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriants et disponibles. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande à 100 % !

There was no reception so we had contact through WhatsApp. Was no problem but at check out we had to pay by cash which we didn’t know. So it got more expensive than we counted on since we had to pay withdrawal (ATM) fee.

• Juan Antonio (5/5): No lo recomiendo - Las vistas Difícil encontrar el sitio, fuera pone nombre de otro hotel, no había recepción, no nos dijeron pautas para recoger llaves, preguntamos a 2 bares que había al lado y uno tenía llaves, pero nos dijo no tenía nada que ver con el alojamiento y que no le preguntáramos nada, que solo le dieron las llaves. Muebles nuevos, pero sucios con serrín de los taladros, ropa de cama nueva pero sin lavar, con apresto y olor de la tienda. A falta de 1 juego de sábanas para el sofá. Solo 2 toallas para 4 personas. A falta de cosas útiles en la cocina. Sin cortinas, porque alguien anterior las rompió. Calefacción puesta en baño sin poder quitarla. Enchufes que no funcionan y hacen saltar la luz. El contacto por teléfono con la persona anfitriona fue lento, ya que estaba fuera del país, con 6 horas de diferencia horaria. Era amable y solucionó limpieza, añadir toallas, algún útil para la cocina, sábana para sofá y arreglo de calefacción. Advertimos que no dejaríamos llaves en la puerta como nos pidieron, para solucionar estas cosas y dejamos llaves a la camarera del desayuno. Al volver a la tarde a la camarera no le habían devuelto las llaves y las habían dejado puestas en la puerta. No volvería a repetir, pese a que parece moderno y cómodo no lo fue, fue imposible estar en el apartamento por el día y dormir por la noche, ya que nunca solucionaron el tema de las cortinas y daba el sol todo el día y por la noche toda la luz de la ciudad, no había intimidad con el exterior. Comentar que por los problemas nos hizo un 30% de descuento. Tuvimos que hacer una transferencia bancaria y fueron 30€ por ello, ya que no se pudo pagar con tarjeta. Advirtió una vez ya habíamos dejado el apartamento que dejaramos el dinero en efectivo dentro y las llaves puestas. Pero tardó tanto en contestar como hacer el chek-out que salimos y decidimos dejar las llaves puestas y ya hablariamos con ella para realizar el pago. Fue 1 hora después que contestó al mensaje. No está insonorizado.
