Guest Reviews
- Oliver (10/5): Well positioned property with excellent provisions and comfort quality. - Instructions were clearly explained prior to arrival - check in was allowed several hours prior which was massively appreciated by myself.
Lovely apartment, brilliant views with moveable floor/ceiling windows.
Amenities well provided, including provided toiletries in bathroom.
Comfortable bed, not too hot or too cold with provided tower fan.
Extremely happy, will be booking again very soon. N/A

- Julie (8/5): Great location, cosy - The location is brilliant right in the centre of Birmingham but away from the pubs and clubs so not noisy, bed was comfortable the bed settee was a little uncomfortable but ok for one night. It has everything needed for a longer stay full kitchen and a washer. The views of Birmingham at night are beautiful Just one thing and I hope this is helpful for anyone else booking it’s called Metro Heights but the apartment is actually in the Rotunda. The host was very helpful though when we rang them
- Sabina (8/5): Very good -

- Er (9/5): Superb - Good location within walking distance from the train station. Nice views. Convenient apartment for a short stay. It would be useful if an ironing board was available.
- Gracie (9/5): Great place in a really good location! Thanks for having us - Amazing location, helpful host, nice property Sofa bed is as shown rather than pulling out as a mattress
- Kirsty (10/5): Very comfortable and great, central location - Clean, bright, good facilities and very comfortable bed Bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly
- Stuart (9/5): Superb -
- George (7/5): Functional. - Spacious, comfortable, quiet and good location. Sink not draining and it seems this had already been noticed by previous occupant. Basic tea/coffee provision would have been appreciated.
- Maria (5/5): Central with a city view - The flat is in a very central location, close to all the shops and city activities.Feeling the city vibe and buzz.Very nice and neatly decorated flat. The internet was quite quick and the TV had great quality. I did not feel safe in the building or the area. I could not find an iron board. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom sink.
- Laura (9/5): Perfect little property - Lovely, clean layout.
Little extra touches like the tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo and body wash supplies we're very appreciated.
Location is amazing. Could do with a full length mirror in the living room.
- David (8/5): Very comfortable and well equipped - Modern and well equipped Bathroom extractor wouldn’t switch off
- Katie (10/5): Brilliant, comfy and great views - Beautiful apartment, with nice furnishings and very clean. Comfy and great views over birmingham.
Stocked for everything you need. Great and easy access to apartment and good contact with owner.
Bed was so comfy. Nice big tv and comfy sofa if you wanted to stop and have a cheeky movie.

- _d__ (8/5): Oct 24 weekend stay. Great & would stay again, couple of niggles. - We stayed for 2 nights and were using it mainly as somewhere to sleep as had things planned.
Location is really handy; about 5-10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station, right in the middle of the shopping area. Views are really nice. East facing so you get the sun first thing in the morning which is lovely.
Building is controlled by an access token you are given with the key, there's security on 24 hrs and then the apartment is locked with a single key. There is also a ring doorbell for security, allowing the host to monitor who enters/ exits the apartment (mixed feelings about this though). Only spoke to host on the phone but was friendly and said to call if there was anything at all could help with.
The apartment was clean, bed was comfy and shower was hot. There was also a washing machine and cooker (although didn't use), bedding, towels, cups, plates and cooking utensils were provided (with an exception below). Small things:
Sofa was rather uncomfortable.
The host had gone to the trouble of providing tea, coffee and sugar, but there was not a single knife, fork or spoon in the whole apartment, so making a brew involved using a slotted spoon you would dish vegetables out with (a first!); loads of cupboard space in the kitchen but most completely empty.
One other niggle my friend had was there was no lid on the toilet and because there are shelves above for toiletries you had to be careful.
But we would stay again.
- Botond (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, beautiful view and very comfortable bed. I felt super comfortable. Host very responsive and gives clear instructions. Highly recommended Sofa really uncomfortable. But thats all.
- Haaris (9/5): Superb -

- Carol (1/5): Crappy, Shite ! - Nothing, from time I actually, found the building, unnumbered, Mickey mouse outfit no reception?, was confused, rang number poor english, told to meet at 3:30, 4pm still nothing and standing in Lobby?, Building manger rang, got sent up to floor, shown room, which just been cleaned stunk of bleach, It had personal belongings in bathroom, it had laundry in machine still going?, dirty wet dishcloth in kitchen? felt it was being sublet by contents of cupboard undersink, was someone just going to come back while I was there to get laundry etc. then go through my stuff if I was not there?, felt it was a creepy situation for a single woman, I found alternative accommodation elsewhere & left, later found messages on what's app, which I do not use, as don't have data turned on my phone unless I need it for something, Never had anything like this before, The whole situation, no reception so did not know what was happening, was after I left I discovered poorly written messages in What's app on my Laptop that night?, I do not use what's app, a lot do not?, I only have one friend in the UK who uses it, is why I have it as they no longer use Facebook, what happened to using E-Mail or just text?, I make my bookings print it off, and that is it so have copy when I get to destination, go to reception and get checked in, I had E-Mails your booking had been amended, but nothing different on it, but now discovered from Booking .com, Important information put right at very bottom?, just stupid, new info should be at top so seen straight off, hence why it was all missed, as did not scroll that far as what I was seeing was all the same nothing new?, This people need to think about all generations etc. some of us do not live on devices, and still treat a phone as a phone, we use laptops & desktop PC only, this experience stressed me out so much I nearly ended up in hospital as have a rare medical issue, hence the used dirty dish cloth on bench put me off, what has it been used for, other places you get left un used brand new cloths, Even my friends here in UK, said it was not normal and weird, the way they do things, now I am left out of pocket, distraught at this experience, in my many years of travelling this is the worst experience I have ever had,
- Jill (8/5): Very good -
- Madden (8/5): Perfect location, clean and friendly staff too. - Very clean and modern space, with everything you need for an overnight stay. You’re right in the centre of Birmingham so close to everything. As you’re in the centre of Birmingham is can get a bit noisy, but it didn’t ruin our stay.
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mikola (7/5): Good - Apartment was really nice. Have a lot of space. Floor was dusty.
Kettle was left with stronge tea and teabag inside.
My morning coffee had a taste of tea even I cleaned kettle properly.
- Jl (9/5): Nice and good location with a good view. - Nice location. Good and easy communication to get the keys and easy to check out. Nice view of Birmingham city centre. N/A
- Oumaima (10/5): I will definitly come back - The location and the view were great! The flat is located right in the city center making it easy to get to shops, restaurants and bars. access to the flat is easy and is done remotely with the manager. Plus, he is always available and you can find everything you need to fully enjoy the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, hob, washing machine). I will definitly come back! What might be less appreciated by other travellers is the east-facing aspect of the flat, knowing that the curtains are not blackout for people who need complete darkness to sleep, which could be disturbing, but it was great for me, which enabled me to fully enjoy my stay and the city. This is just a detail that can be easily remedied
- Alfonso (9/5): Superb - Location and premises
- Claire (8/5): Chilled out stopover - Simple Decor with most things that were needed Handsoap had no smell
- Simon (8/5): After a nightmare night in another Birmingham apartment l vowed never to book one again, but this one l had no issues wi - Location No black out curtains!
- Declan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
