• MIGUEL ANGEL GAVA (1/5): - La ubicación La limpieza del apartamento era pésima, necesitaba una serie de reparaciones que no estaban hechas, el sofá no era el mismo de la foto, no volvería a repetir
• Maria Consuelo (1/5): Una estafa - Nada De película de terror. Para empezar, una puerta a pie de calle sin el picaporte (ver foto, increíble) sensación de que iban a podían entrar fácilmente. Muy sucio, frío, olor insoportable como si hubieran fumado mezclado con humedad. Sofá incómodo y sucio. El aire no funciona. La tele se ve descolorida y a manchas. El único vaso que habia estaba sucio y los cubiertos también. La ducha rota y las almohadas incómodas. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

• Jaime (8/5): Buena elección para corta estancia - Bien ubicado y tiene todo lo necesario,calidad relación precio y servicio Las ventanas tienen demasiado claridad ya que en mi estancia no había cortinas,no sé me ofreció solución y tuve que poner unos cartones,la ducha superior le sale el agua por la junta,y el sofá y mesa tienen algo de manchas por su uso,horno con suciedad.

• salazar (6/5): Bien - Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca del metro y lugares para comer. Amplio y limpio. La última noche, personas de lo ajeno quisieron entrar al lugar. No pasó a más. Por suerte.

No había cubiertos ni utensilios de cocina,platos,vasos y ollas, pero nada más,ni una cuchara ni cuchillo. La TV se ve mal el color,una TV nueva o de segunda mano no es mucha inversión. La ducha regular, Una papelera en el baño no le vendría mal. El sofá estaba sucio, unas manchas blanquecinas que dan mala imagen

• Cristobal Reina Camuñez (4/5): No lo recomendaría. - La ubicación La limpieza nefasta, tuvimos que comprar un limpiador y darle un repaso a todo había bastantes cabellos de otros inquilinos. Los enseres de cocina los metimos en el lavavajillas tenían restos de comida. La cesta de la ropa sucia la tuvimos que meter en un altillo ya que tenía un olor fuerte a sudor, sofá manchado, edredón manchas antiguas y toallas con agujeros. El estado de mantenimiento muy deficiente. Tengo fotos por si las quiere ver el gestor del apartamento. La puerta de entrada al bloque contiguo está justo al lado del apartamento por lo que a la hora de salir o entrar del edificio hace un fuerte ruido con lo cual es casi imposible descansar fuera de las horas nocturnas.
• Antonio (5/5): Suspensos en limpieza y orientación al cliente - La facilidad para recoger las llaves. con sistema de taquilla con contraseña, lo que facilita la entrada en cualquier momento. No hay nada más destacable. El apartamento tiene muchas posibilidades y mejorable con pequeños toques y limpiez. El servicio es muy mejorable. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Viajo mucho por trabajo y suelo elegir apartamentos para cocinar mi propia comida. El menaje estaba sucio, con restos de comida. No había sartenes. Tuve que cocinar pollo a la plancha en una olla. El sofá de tela, tiene manchas de "dudosa" procedencia que hace que te cuestiones si sentarte ahí. Mucha luz y ninguna posibilidad de poner una luz más tenue por la noche. Solicitas una factura por booking y te mandan a la otra ventanilla "pídala por correo a..."

• Dennis (5/5): Okay, but not great. - Convenient location near the Tetuan Metro station. Restaurants and a large grocery store nearby, and the apartment didn't feel too small for an extended stay. The mattress is VERY firm. We found it uncomfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes and utensils for two, but we didn't find the cutlery until about the fourth day--after we'd already bought a cheap set at Ikea. On that same trip to Ikea we purchased pillows-the ones in the room are very small and thin, a drying rack for clothes (there's a washing machine but nowhere to dry your clothes) and a folding chair. When we arrived, the aparntmet didn't seem to have been cleaned very well. The floor seemed grimy throughout. Also, when we arrived for nine-night stay, there were only two, half-used rolls of toilet paper.

• Mei (7/5): A good location with spacious area. - The location of the premise near Tetuan metro station ( the opposite side of the street ) is very good. It takes only two minutes to get to the station. I could not find any knife or fork inside the kitchen cupboards or elsewhere?!
• Mary (3/5): Not Bad! - I really like the location as well as the things inside the apartment. I recently stayed at this property and had an unfortunate experience. During my stay, I placed 3,000 dirhams in cash under the mattress (though I’m unsure of the exact amount). After checking out, I realized four days later that I had forgotten about the money. I reached out to the host to report it, but they informed me that no cash had been found. I am not making any accusations and understand that this may have been an oversight. However, I found it surprising that the money wasn’t noticed if the mattress had been moved or changed during cleaning. In my past experiences, similar situations in other places have often been resolved positively, so this outcome left me feeling disappointed. I had intentionally separated my dirhams from my euros to keep things organized while traveling, but unfortunately, this precaution didn’t work as expected. While the rest of my stay was satisfactory, this incident raised concerns for me about security and lost-and-found processes at the property.
