• Alex (10/5): Great location but very quiet in the evenings. Big rooms and proper shower! - Close to everything but still very quiet. good size rooms and nicely equiped kitchen. Bonus was a proper shower and not one installed over a bath! Nice big back garden which we did use a couple of times. nothing. Will stay there again if possible.

• PerrinePebble (9/5): Très bon standing - Très grand appartement, les photos sur Booking ne lui rendent pas justice ! La literie est merveilleuse : matelas à mémoire de forme et linge ultra doux. Tout le nécessaire et beaucoup de rangements. Cuisine : thé et café à disposition. Capsules pour lave-vaisselle et lave linge. Salon : Plaids et télé avec accès à Netflix et Disney+. Sdb : toilettes séparées de la salle de douche. Check-in facile et bonne communication avec l'équipe en charge. Plein de places de parking aux abords même si c'est payant. Une rue commerçante très sympa à 2 minutes à pied, ainsi que le front de mer. L'insonorisation médiocre : on entend tous les bruits de la rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Les stores vénitiens pas assez occultants dans les chambres (ajouter des rideaux serait une bonne idée). Les plaques de cuissons pas propres dans le four. Il y a une salière et une poivrière mais elles sont vides. Les petits flacons individuels pas très écologiques dans la douche. Assez loin du centre historique à pied.

• Bev (10/5): - A beautiful clean and comfortable apartment for a family of 3 generations. The location was ideal. Southsea is beauty with lovely views and walks. Lots of good restaurants and supermarkets near by and excellent transport links into Portsmouth if needed. it is possible to walk along the promanade into Portsmouth. We would love to stay again if we are in the area again. Highly recommended.
• gail (9/5): Lovely stay - Good location very nice spacious apartment, very clean and welcoming. Very comfortable and good standard furniture. The beds were comfortable. Ample complimentary tea and coffee to have after travelling. There's a lift which is handy for taking suitcases to upper floors. The garden is relaxing.

• CHRIS (9/5): Great base from which to explore Portsmouth and Southsea - Very well located, clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 young children.
• Liam (9/5): Great stay during the Great South Run weekend - Brilliant location near to Southsea Castle (and sea views) and also just around the corner from Palmerston Road with many great shops, restaurants and bars. I ran the Great South Run during my stay and the accommodation was minutes away from the start and finish! A very comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious and well furnished. All the amenities you could need for a short break by the coast. Nothing to dislike - more kitchen utensils would be great but everything else was perfectly serviceable.

• Suzanne (8/5): Spacious apartment and great location - Great location, with lots to do within walking distance. It’s a short walk to the hover port, beaches, and restaurants and attractions of Southsea, and a slightly longer walk or short bus ride into central Portsmouth. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was very noisy on Saturday evening due to a live party night until midnight at the nearby Southsea Clubhouse, where we could hear the bass “music” thumping for hours. Also the lift in the building was so small we couldn’t fit my child’s wheelchair in and so had to leave it in the car every time we came back to the apartment.

• Singleton (10/5): Great location, very comfortable apartment with all the necessities needed for a perfect stay. - I had an email prior to arriving at the property with instructions on how to access the property. Simple and straightforward, excellent apartment, great location and very comfortable. No issues
• Natasha (8/5): A little maintenance needed for a perfect stay in prime location - The size of the apartment and location were fantastic. Added bonus of hand washes and cleaning items that were unexpected (dish soap with sponge/cloth, kitchen roll, a dishwasher tablet, mini shampoo and body washes). The beds and bedding were plush and comfortable- exactly what was needed after our busy days out and about! The kitchen tap has a constant drip, one of the kitchen utensils was broken on arrival and additional oven trays & rack would have been beneficial in preparing food for 4 people as I struggled with what little trays were provided. The ventilation in the bathroom is near non existent (I had to towel dry the walls, ceiling and floor after showers as the ceiling was dripping). The hot tap for the shower is also very stiff and the hot water is so very hot it took quite a while to get the shower on a good setting that everyone could use without needing to alter it again.

Quiet and warm very good. We could not use the oven to warm breakfast Croissants as the oven stank of kippers or whatever the previous occupants had cooked.

• Maria (10/5): Well maintained, spacious apartment with a small elevator for seniors, children and luggages. - There is an elevator for seniors and children. The apartment is very clean and well supplied. The bathroom faucet is a bit too tricky to turn on.

• Frequent (10/5): Great time despite terrible weather - Apartment had everything we could have wanted, great location, fantastic internet (especially since the weather was awful during our stay), large TV, very comfortable beds and sofas - thank you for the cosy blankets to use whilst watching TV! Our programme changed somewhat due to the weather so we spent more time shopping in the nearby Gunwharf outlets and the local pubs and restaurants! Will definitely try to come back here when the weather is hopefully better.
