Nadya (3/5): Very bad hotel for lots of money - The room was not prepared with towels, soap and toilet paper. The boiler didn't work and I need to wait someone to come and fix it. There was a mould in the walls. The towel that I received after ask for, was very old and torn. In the room there was a small fridge-not-working and very dirty inside. There was smoking in the restaurant and it smelled throughout the hotel. For 4 days of stay the room was not cleaned and the trash was not taken out

Teresa (1/5): Disgusting, would never stay there again. - Nothing. Bathroom ceiling covered in black mold. Absolutely nothing provided, until I asked, including toilet rolls .... Extremely noisy. Electric sockets hanging off the wall and too dangerous to use. Not impressed at all and will never stay there again.
