- Janine (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - Communication was very smooth and clear. We had to send a copy of our ID's. Turned out I only booked for one person. The host was very flexible and since we had to pay the tourist tax on location it was an easy fix. The host was very clear about the check in, the instructions had pictures and it was very easy to follow. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The beds are great, and the surroundings quite. Great to spend time there and we really enjoyed it. I have no suggestions
- Lu (6/5): Pleasant - great location and nice view The communication between the landlord and the next tenant was very bad and irritating. While we were packing our luggage and preparing to check out (only 5 minutes past the agreed time), the next tenant knocked on the door and directly entered our room. She told us she was a long-term tenant from before. We politely informed her that we were about to check out and would leave soon, but she ignored us and started opening every cabinet to check the pots and pans she had left there. We were shocked. I think the landlord did not manage the transition well. Additionally, the landlord asked for copies of our passports via WhatsApp. Not sure if this is a standard procedure for Airbnb in Italy.
