It felt more like a hostel than a hotel which did not reflect the price. We were on the sixth floor in the eaves without being asked whether we could manage stairs & low ceilings yes.

• Astrid (6/5): Perfecte ligging, maar marig - De ligging (als je met de trein gaat naar Gare Du Nord) is ideaal! Binnen 5 minuten lopen ben je er. Perfect met je bagage dus. Je krijgt tegen een gereduceerd bedrag ontbijt aangeboden als je dat van tevoren niet bij boekt. Ontbijt was voor Franse begrippen meer dan goed. Koffie was gedurende de dag gewoon uit de automaat te halen. Wij hadden 2 kamers. Duidelijk was één gerenoveerd (lees; badkamer was nieuw!). En andere kamer was de badkamer echt heel oud, douchen in bad, totaal niet comfortabel. De kamer zou beschikken over airco, maar dat had het niet. Nu was het snachts gelukkig koel buiten, dus kon het raam open. Echter zit je met het drukke verkeersgeluid. Volgende dag aangegeven bij de receptie. Die trokken een kast open en regelden dit centraal per kamer.... dan zou de airco moeten werken (aangeven dus!!). Echter, het bleef benauwd op de kamer en voelden geen koele lucht. Op een hete zomer dag zal het dus helemaal niet fijn slapen zijn.

• Kristina (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer nicht zufrieden, da es sehr dunkel und viel zu klein für drei Personen war - wir haben es angesprochen und uns wurden ohne zu Zögern Alternativen geboten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt, demnach musste man den Müll selber bei der Rezeption entsorgen. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, das Gemüse wurde teilweise verschimmelt serviert und es waren nicht genug Gläser und Tassen vorhanden. Das Telefon im Zimmer funktioniert nicht.

The Breakfast was poor, and Staff could not bring spoons for small Yoghurts as they said: "We do not have so many", and added: "What do you want me to do"............it was really bad.

• Véronique (7/5): Bon emplacement mais peut mieux faire - Très bon emplacement tout près de la Gare du Nord, très pratique pour visiter la capitale. La chambre était propre mais le ménage n’est fait que tous les 3 jours. Le sol de l’accueil, du petit déjeuner et des parties communes était sale. Des déchets provenant de l’extérieur, des papiers et des mégots de cigarettes jonchaient le sol. Durant tout mon séjour pas une seule fois quelqu’un n’a daigné nettoyer ces espaces malgré ma remarque auprès de la réception qui n’a fait aucun commentaire ni présenté aucune excuse.

• Duncan (8/5): Would go back again, great location for Eurostar late arrival and departure. - Location close to Eurostar Gare Du Nor late arrival easy walking distance. They had left luggage too which worked well for late return departure. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Bed very comfortable so had good sleep both nights. Lots of shops and restaurants also within walking distance. Air con was good. Would go back again. Walls a bit thin so pot luck how noisy neighbours are but ear plugs provided. We were on 3rd floor off main street so not too bad for street noise. Had to ask for more room coffee and tea but provided without issue.

La máquina de zumos sólo funcionaba para dar agua,es mejor poner una jarra de agua fresca y quitar la máquina, ya que da mala imagen. Al igual que la tostadora tampoco funcionaba al 100 %.

• Ailed Isamar (10/5): Increíble lugar para hospedarse sin problema lo elegiría de nuevo. - Me encantó que pude conocer 2 habitaciones, la primera muy linda pero no muy cómoda ya que no tenía un cuarto de ducha, la segunda es justo igual que la que vienen en la página, todo excelente puedes caminar y llegar a todos lados de manera rápida Llegué muy noche y la calle se veía oscura pero todo en orden. Solo tomar precauciones, mejor no caminar por la noche.

O quarto família é excelente — na verdade, são dois quartos separados em um só ambiente, o que dá bastante conforto e privacidade. Um deles conta com uma pequena cozinha, equipada com todos os utensílios necessários. Um detalhe importante: o quarto onde fiquei era no sexto andar, e há uma pequena escada para subir do quinto até ele. Sobre a localização, quem já conhece a região da Gare du Nord ela é sinistra e sabe que é insegura, especialmente à noite, então vale ficar atento. Mais nada que nos brasileiros não estamos acustumados. A região da Gare du Nord é bastante movimentada e prática por conta do fácil acesso ao transporte, mas pode causar uma sensação de insegurança, especialmente à noite ou para quem não está acostumado com áreas mais urbanas e agitadas. O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar. Apesar de atender o básico, poderia ter mais variedade nos itens oferecidos.

• Franziska (5/5): Gute Lage, schlechte Ausstattung - Die Lage war für einen Städtetrip gut. Die Bilder entsprachen nicht der Realität. Das Bad war sehr heruntergekommen und nicht so neu und renoviert, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Bad hatte Schimmel und eine quietensche Tür, die sich nicht schließen ließ. Es fehlten Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad und Zimmer. Darüber hinaus gab es im Bad keinerlei Steckdosen. Es waren keine Utensilien, wie Zahnputzbecher o.ä. vorhanden. Auch Getränke, wie eine Wasserflasche, waren nicht vorhanden. Das Buffet war ausreichend, jedoch nicht sehr sauber. Verschüttete Säfte wurden nicht aufgewischt, es gab keine Anlegebestecke für die Lebensmittel. Beim Checkout war keine Nachfrage nach dem Aufenthalt, sondern lediglich die Aussage, dass keine Beträge offen wären.

• Brice Barraud (5/5): extrémement bruyant ! je n'y retournerai pas - personnel très sympathique et souriant. extrémement mal isolé. j'entendais les deux chambres voisines comme s'ils étaient dans ma chambre. le lendemain le service de chambre que j'entendais aussi. les portes claquées. puis des travaux, marteaux, perceuse entre 9h et 10h pas du tout pratique pour gérer mes visios de travail. vraiment déçu sur le bruit dans cette établissement

• Rebecca (9/5): Comfy room with good location - Room was clean and comfy, but a little bit small due to slanted roof. Bed was big but only one small pillow per person. Location was really close to train station however would be wary walking back to hotel from surrounding metro stops at night if a solo traveller. Shower had to run for a good ten minutes before warming up. Breakfast was not staffed well and the options were limited and low quality. We booked the breakfast as an easy option before a day at Disney but would have been easier going to a coffee shop in the train station (and probably cheaper).

The aircon could not be adjusted - despite being 25 degrees in mid-Alril apparently the date on which guests are trusted to manage their room temp has yet to pass. In addition the safe in our room was open, but locked (bolts extended) - issue could not be resolved and safe could not be used.

• Stephanie (4/5): Disappointing. - Location was really handy We didn’t get the room cleaned once during our stay. When we took dirty towels down to get clean ones they told us to go back upstairs and leave them in a pile for collection the next day. We did so and nothing was cleaned again, no toilet paper, and just a huge pile of dirty towels. We raised the issue again and third time lucky we had towels collected and new towels given and just one toilet roll. For a hotel stay we expected this to be a simple requirement that should be included, along with emptying of bins. We were simply told by the staff members it was not economical for them to clean customers rooms until checkout. The price wasn’t the most expensive but also not cheap, so I will expect some compensation.

• Christa (7/5): - Das Persanal war sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Lage optimal. Der Französische Balkon, super. Das die Zimmer nur jeden dritten Tag gemacht werden. Da Teppich im Zimmer ist , müßte man schon saugen und den Abfall Eimer geleert werden.
• Nancy (8/5): - La proximité à 5min de la gard du nord, commerce fast foot à 2min . Chambre qui a était rénové niveau sal de bain trés agréablement surprise. Les petite attentions au rendez vous( thé,café) . Possibilité de déposé ses valises avant le check in. Certaines chambre sont pas trés bien insonorisé, et il peux faire trés chaud dans la nuit malgré la clim.
• NANTAKA (7/5): Great location but the room not that clean - Great location. Close to the main train station. Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. By the way, very good staffs and helpful. Bathroom smell bad all the time. They clean room every 3 days only.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Beste Wahl! - Kein Frühstück gebucht. Beste Lage, beste Rezeption- haben ohne Umstände die Louvretickets und die Bordkarten ausgedruckt, die ich zur Sicherheit haben wollte, falls das Handy ausfällt. Nähe zum Gare du Nord und mit dem RER 30 Min zum Charles de Gaulle. Würde es sehr weiterempfehlen!!! Nix

• Bülent (5/5): Wer Konform sucht, ist hier am falschen Ort. - Die Lage ist top! Das Personal nett und freundlich. Nicht 3-Sternen-Hotel würdig. Wegen den Lärm innerhalb sowie ausserhalb des Hotels, ist es fürs Erholen nicht der richtige Ort. Im Zimmer gab es Ohrstöpsel für den Lärm.

• Jonaida (8/5): Regular - El personal muy bien, muy servicial. Estaban muy pendientes de sus clientes. No había mucho espacio para dejar las cosas dentro de la habitación y para colgar ropa. Olía también un poco de humedad cuando hemos entrado.

• Emma (4/5): Jeg var slet ikke tilfreds med opholdet, der var voldsomt meget larm. Selvom vi havde læst at der var meget larm, er det - Personalet ved flinke. Værelset var udmærket, fin størrelse. Der var meget larm, man kunne høre alt som i alt gadelarmen samt personer der gik på gangen. Døren ud til gangen var ikke tæt der kom lys ind under. Badeværelset var enormt lille, man kunne ikke sidde på toilette uden at ramme døren med sine ben. Beliggenheden var virkelig ikke godt, det føltes meget usikkert. Der kørte meget udrykning. Værelsets temperatur var ikke til at finde ud af. Derudover var morgenmaden ikke super god.
