• Amine (5/5): Je comptais les jours pour quitter l’appartement - La position géographique Je ne veux accuser personne, mais j’ai été victime d’un vol à Milan, et je ne me sentais pas vraiment en Securité. Le gestionnaire de l’appart pourrait bien faire un effort supplémentaire pour mettre à disposition des visiteurs plus de papiers géniques (2 pour 3 nuits pour une famille de 4) et aussi des détergents pour lave vaisselle et machine à laver( on devrait tout acheter) On plus la propreté laisse à désirer surtout sous le lit

• Guest (6/5): Prima, maar beetje gekkig - Goede locatie, mooi huis De douche werd na 5 minuten koud. En het binnenkomen was aardig lastig. Toen we binnenkwamen was ook de schoonmaakster nog niet optijd klaar. Daarnaast was er ook geen parkeerplek bij de accomodatie terwijl dit wel staat aangegeven

• Guest (5/5): Helt okej för en natt men för mycket instruktioner inför och efter vistelsen av värden. - Läget är bra, lägenheten är ljus och okej för en natt om man inte behöver så mycket. Mycket som inte fungerade i lägenheten, ex spis och tvättmaskin. Ingen ac vilket gjorde det väldigt varmt. Köksredskap kunde förnyas. Det var extremt mycket att göra och fylla i för att få besked om var nycklarna till lägenheten är. Bilder på pass och selfie med pass skulle skickas in på alla osv osv. Tog oss länge att alls ta oss in i huset och lägenheten för att följa alla steg och instruktioner. Vi har rest mycket och bott på många olika ställen, både hotell och lägenheter men aldrig varit med om sådan säkerhet inför att komma och instruktioner för att lämna. Kändes överdrivet och tog bort mycket av det positiva.
• Huishi (1/5): Horrible customer service made what should have been a good stay a massive ongoing headache. - Good location Facilities weren’t as promised causing us to be out of pocket. Customer service is an AI robot and when finally connected to a human operator, they made promises to resolve multiple times with no follow through. Constantly having to chase up and money wasted!! It’s been months since our stay and I still am reaching out to them for this refund, only for them to continue saying they will refund me on a later date!

• Amelia (4/5): Great location, unfortunately, too much air freshener used, is it to disguise the floor rotting? - Self check in was somewhat complicated but it was manageable. When I arrived, slightly after what I initially communicated as my arrival time, I opened the door with my keys and the cleaners were still there. There was no heads-up from the host. They left roughly after 1 hour, and the apartment was filled with cheap air freshener spray smell. My mother got sick from it and threw up everything. This apartment was promoted as "luxe" apartment at the time of the booking. There isn't much luxe about it.

• Octav88 (9/5): Great apartment in Milan but don't bring a car - Great apartment, comfy and cozy with everything you need for a great visit. Very nice location, quiet but not too remote, it is within walking distance of the center, some great restaurants and public transport. Easy check-in and check-out process. Might have beem my mistake but I was left thinking that they offer parking and they do not. The listing shows "Parking" as a facility but you need to dig deeper to find that they offer parking by stating that there is nearby paid parking :) which is silly to put that in the listing as "parking" but sure... I ended up paying quite a lot on parking but such is life. Also the 10am check-out time sucks.

• Veronika (1/5): Bad - I rented an apartment and unfortunately discovered that there were bed bugs, which caused a severe allergic reaction for me. When I reached out to the support team, I was completely ignored and received no responses to any of my messages. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better communication and assistance regarding such a serious issues
• Brckrs (8/5): Very good - New, clean and comfortable home and close to Duomo. There should be a spare pillow, duvet and sheet. When I needed the landlord he said he was out of Milan and could not help. It is very important to have someone nearby in case of emergencies.
• Phutthasinee (10/5): Come for holidays with family - It's really a family friendly place and close to everything like shopping or restaurants even a pharmacy and the service of the staff is very good and friendly.And who Rental car like me they have park area C for park 24 hours and very near apartment as well . I'am high recommend this place.❤️❤️❤️ I will come back again. No have 🙏

• Eleni (8/5): Decent, warm, cosy and centrally located - The location was good close to metro stations and the Duomo square. Nice decoration, very comfortable bed, Netfix It lacked a feeling of hospitality even if it was a house. Finding the keys was a bit stressing and the checkout was too early without any space to leave the luggage. There should be more towels, toilet paper, toiletries and a more things in the kitchen

• John (8/5): Good location around 1.2km from Duomo and 500m from the tram station. Spacious with most of the things you will need in - Fully renovated and spacious! The staff helped us when we needed assistance for extra bedsheets. They could provide more shampoo per person. It won’t last even for one time. The lift is small but 2 of them are available so not much of an issue.

• Albina (1/5): they never refunded. we paid for two nights instead we ran away after the first - I am very disappointed, we had to end our stay earlier. the price quality is absolutely not honest and if you try to call someone to ask for information... they put you on hold. in whatsapp chat rarely. You have to look for parking on your own for a fee in the surrounding area. Under the mattress of the bed we found dirty sheets, dust everywhere and when we tried to take a shower only one person managed to get hot water. the coffee machine without capsules.
• Hamidreza (2/5): terrible experience - The electricity went out because of over-using it, and the main switch control room was locked, and the host said: we do not have the keys to that door, so I went through all the doors in the apartment and asked them for the keys (it wasted 3 hours of my time) then at nights the heater stopped working and the host replied: it's according to the rules of the city !!!! There is a fan over the stove and it is not taking the air outside, instead, it circulates the air in the unit ( so beware if you want to cook anything in the house)

• Jk (5/5): Good apartment, bad communication - Good location New apartment Nice and big TV with Netflix Design 2 days of 3 we were w/o working A/C the hot inside was close to 30c Degrees made our sleep really terrible the worsiest on this was the communcation with manager of apartment on Whatsapp messenger Didn't felt safe for our stay and solve of problem -There is no manager of this apartment in Milano Coffee maker w/o coffee caps a Fridge w/o at least 1 bottle of water
