• Birsen (1/5): Maalesef bir daha kesinlikle kalmam. - Tesis temiz, düşünülerek tasarlanmış Hiç pencere yok, bir kahve hanenin yanında bulunuyor ve inanılmaz gürültülü. Dairenin içinde sadece yatabilirsiniz, oturmanız sohbet etmeniz mümkün değil. Çok gürültülü olması ve pencerenin olmaması inanılmaz büyük bir problem. Tesisin sahibi iyi bir insan olmakla beraber kiraladığım anda kendisine ulaşamadım ve çok stresli saatler geçirdim. Dairenin sahibi hemen girişin önünde aracımı park etmek için yer tutmuş, ancak arabaya bir şey olacak diye de rahat uyuyamadığımı söylemek isterim. Mahalleyi hiç gözüm tutmadı. Fiyat performans olarak da aşırı pahalıydı, zorda kaldığım için tutmak zorunda kaldım. Hiç memnun kalmamadığım bir konaklama oldu.
• Görkem (7/5): - Konum ve Türk yoğunluklu bir bölgede kalmak iyiydi. Temizlik genel görünüm itibariyle sorun değildi ancak ücret politikasına göre daha hijyenik bir yer olmalıydı. Yatak veya koltuğun altını belirli aralıklarla temizlemek çok zor olmamalı.

• Photorider (5/5): Sadece merkeze yakın. - Konumu iyi merkeze yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin bulunduğu bölge pek güven vermiyor. Aracınızı yolda boş bulduğunuz bir yere park etmeniz gerekiyor, özel olarak ayrılmış bir alan yok. Dairenin tam yanında kahvehane gibi bir yer var gece geç saatlere kadar çok fazla gürültü geliyor. Pencere yok.
• SEYDE (4/5): Ali bey oldukça ilgili ve yardımcı olıyor - Herşey düşünülmüş tam bir Hotel gibi Konumunu beğenmedim Studionun yan tarafında bir kafeterya var ve sabahları oldukça gürültülü ve akşamlarıda öyle
• Tuğrul (9/5): Bizim için ideal bir konaklama oldu. - Konaklamak için her şey düşünülmüş. Temiz. Bakımlı. Yan taraf Cafe biraz gürültü gelebiliyor.
• Radostina (10/5): 10/10 - The place is cozy and clean.Right next to the guest house is a store on the right and on the left is a cafeteria.The street where the place is located has a lot of minimarkets which makes it very convenient.Even though there are a lot of stores on the street it's silent and not noisy.The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away from the guest house.The host is kind and generous, he left refreshments and wine for us before our arrival.
• Olivier (9/5): Very good choice for a stop-over in Alexandroupolis. - The apartment is really neat, clean, well furbished, decorated with care (love the Moon in the bedroom!). The location is great, 10/15mns from the ferry, really close to center town.
