- Harrison O (5/5): I wouldn’t put the place on the bad list or refund, but will be good to let cleaners know about the washing machine and - Was ok for a short stay We checked in at 17:00 and leave our stuff, The washing machine still had clothes left inside which left a not so pleasant smell although we we had the window open we could still smell it when going to bed. Bathroom facilities as in body etc were empty even if we had our own and towels on the bed were still dumped.
- Giovanni (2/5): Poor and I wont use them again - keys were easy to get to and cost was cheap on arrival property had not been cleaned since last occupant - dirty linen and towels and rubbish left - contacted the property who sent out the cleaner and it was sorted in an hour but this was at 8-9pm so not a good first impression. The cleaner put the dirty washing in the machine in the property (its one bedroom) on a 3 hour wash, which was making a significant noise until very late. As I was there for 5 days this then smelt of damp throughout the room. Parking was not as advertised.

- Peter (6/5): At least it was clean would not stay again - It was clean Too noisy because off road, no complementary coffee or tea and for that price you would think you would get some parking was on main road not good,
- Mia (8/5): Would stay again. Overall very good experience. - It was very clean and the host was very hospitable The bed was silk and not very comfy.
- Reanne (9/5): Lovely little place - Lovely and clean we booked as we were seeing a show at the ricoh and it was a short walk. Very comfortable and homley, very clean and welcoming. It is on quiet a busy road so can hear all the traffic and numorous police going up and down. The bathroom light is on a sensor so when in the shower the motion wasn't detected and kept going dark when in the shower at night apart from that all lovely.
- John (9/5): Good value close to Arena - Very close to Coventry Arena which I was attending for a conference. Very clear and had everything I needed. Was able to park outside and walk. Bedsheets were a little rough!
- Aleksander (8/5): Loved it. Existing problems are minor. - Very cozy and well equipped apartment. Location is perfect if you need to visit Coventry Society Arena. Multiple small shops nearby (50 meters radius) and big shop with cafes and restaurants in a 10-15 minutes walk. Floor could be a bit more clean and shower requires small leak repair.
- Pippa (10/5): Perfect for a night away! Not far from Coventry Arena! - Perfect!!
- S (8/5): Very good -
- Kane (8/5): Very good -
- Okubadejo (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (8/5): Perfect small property for access to the Coventry Arena - The accommodation is small but has everything you need. Close to several shops and food outlets. It is also close to the Coventry Arena so it is only a short walk to get there. Firstly I did not get my check-in instructions in time for my arrival and had to call the owner. The property is on the main road so there is a fair amount of traffic noise. The bathroom towel rail was not functioning so the bathroom was a bit cold.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Convenient for arena. Well equipped. Heating instructions would have been welcome
- Ryan (9/5): Superb - Very clean, cosy and tidy. Has new appliances and everything worked perfectly. Has everything you need for a short pleasant stay.
- Tracy (5/5): Passable - Nice room clean. The upstairs neighbour was so noisy 11.30 at night, sounded like they were moving furniture until around 1pm. I needed to be up early for my shift. Very tired😫
Traffic from outside was very noisy also.
The room needs blackout blinds, and the green emergency lighting is very bright in the room when trying to sleep. The tv is a smart one, and I gave up with it. Would have liked to listen to the morning news 😕
The host was very apologetic regarding the neighbours and did say he would sort it. However, I was only there for one night.
On a positive note, the bed and bedding were good, but don't stay too long in the bathroom as the light is on a senser, and it's not fun showering in the dark!!!
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salma (10/5): A really nice, relaxing and comfortable stay. Very clean and all local amenities close by so location was brilliant. The - Extremely clean, very good facilities and everything was available that I needed. Nothing
- Lynne (10/5): Comfortable, convenient, well equipped and spotlessly clean. - The location was very convenient for the Coventry Arena. It is an easy walk.
The host was very helpful with queries.
The flat had everything needed for a short stay and was spotlessly clean. Parking on the busy road is limited and not guaranteed. However, I managed to get a space right outside.
- Mark (8/5): simple, clean and perfectly adequate for a overnight stay. - simple easy, very good for an overnight business trip
- Uzuh (9/5): Superb -
- Johnson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): Would definitely return - Cute little flat modern , clean and cosy really good value for money
- Warren (8/5): A property I’d come back to year on year if it wasn’t for silly mistakes by the owner. - Nice modern feel through out. Very clean. Here are a few things that take massively take away from what otherwise would be an excellent stay with MANY returns in the future.
The bathroom by some idiocy has a timer which can’t be one minute long. You can’t take a shower without the light cutting out every minute without you needing to throw your hand up to bring it back on. Let alone take a number two without it flicking on and off constantly. A really really ludicrous decision by whom ever owns this property. The money you save in electric is far far less than the money you lose from potential rebookings from people such as myself.
You literally walk off a bustling road right into your front room, bedroom / kitchen. A very simple as hell fix to this property would be to change the front door or at least block the light that comes through the semi circular window. By 0700 every day the whole room was unbelievably bright. This isn’t aided by the pathetic blinds that adorn the windows. PUT proper curtains in, or decent blinds. It would transform the space!!
The fire door alert sign is also horrendously bright. Makes you feel like you’re in a green room at night. Whilst I get needed for fire regs. Not sure it needs to light up the whole room.
Provide some cooking oil. Not hard… anything would be good it wouldn’t perish and would massively improve the usability of the kitchen.
Tv whilst I respect you’re running business. Is clunky and old. You click a button and have to wait 15 seconds for it to do something. You could get a far better replacement for very very little outlay.
The way you get into the property is using a lockbox. So don’t ask when I’m arriving.. like it matters. Don’t send me spam emails about irrelevant details… nor send me and message telling you’re going to tell me what the code is for the lockbox. JUST SEND ONE MESSAGE WITH THE LOCKBOX CODE.
Parking is a mixed bag. Can get right outside the property provided you’re parking at 0100+ or just getting lucky.
