Guest Reviews
- Frances (10/5): A perfect stopover on the way to the east coast. - The hosts made sure that we had everything we needed to be warm and comfortable, with a glorious wood heater set and ready to light. Such a nice vibe in this renovated 1895 historic bank building and so close to the IGA, shops and cafes. St Mary's takes you back to the 1960's and is a charming township which is an ideal overnight stop on the way to the east coast from the airport. Absolutely loved everything about our stay.
- Jacqui (8/5): -
- Steve (10/5): A hidden gem. - Beautifully restored old bank into an outstanding B & B. Centrally located in town and close to all facilities. Owners were amazing. Wonderful experience, highly recommend this amazing B & B in a beautiful little town. Nil

Beautifully decorated inside. Very charming Nothing to dislike
- Jennifer (7/5): - Location Huge property but only one bathroom that was right at the back. Didn’t have a lot of character from its bank history
- Nicola (9/5): A wonderful stay, thank you! Wish we had longer to enjoy this beautiful property. - Owners were really helpful in letting us know things about the area, left the heater on for when we arrived. Lovely property. Not much really we didn’t like!
- Horag (9/5): Great place to stay - Friendly owner, clean and spacious rooms, all necessary items for a family stay, IGA 1 min away. A little far from attractions.
- Pauleen (9/5): Was close to everything in the street. - What breakfast Single bed mattress was uncomfortable
- Peta Kasey (10/5): -
- Alicia (7/5): Very friendly and attentive owners. Lots of room and very clean for a comfortable few nights stay. - Very spacious and clean, fresh new bathroom, comfortable. No washing machine. Being a 3 night stay that would have been very helpful. Bed was a little too soft and kitchen items were mixed, eg lack of wine glasses, egg flip needs replacing. Decor was a bit miss matched for our liking and a bit cluttered.
- Heidi (10/5): Large, spacious, well equipped and beautifully presented holiday home - Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable- beautiful place to stay Shame there is no washing machine but there is a coin laundry just a few doors away
- Leroy (9/5): A unique and comfortable experience in beautifully converted bank - prefect for quick getaway. - Close to shops and eating places. The place was clean, comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful, even popped by to see if we checked-in ok (thanks). The conversion from a bank to accommodation was nicely done, giving the space a unique charm while still feeling cozy and functional. No separate toilet but it was ok for one night.
- bridges (8/5): Cosy and eclectic. - Main street location in a sleepy town. Restaurant style kitchen is excellent. Loved the fire wood and the easy to use convection heater. It’s a cold town at times so the amount of heating and electric blankets were welcomed.
- David (8/5): Lovely Quiet Place - This house had everything you need for a short or longer stay. It was very comfortable, comfortable bed, fully equiped kitchen, large lounge area, parking outside the door/gate. St Mary's is a quiet, village with nice walks. Nothing
- Margot (8/5): Great cottage in a small friendly town. - Very conveniently situated close to the shops and a great pub. Well fitted out and a fantastic fire in the living room. Plenty of free parking in the street. Handy spot to stop on the way to St Helens None

- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Huge space, well equipped, everything you could want.
- Hansen (8/5): A very pleasant stay - The unit contained everything we could possibly need. It was clean and so well thought out. It was very tastefully decorated and had been renovated perfectly The only thing we didn't like was that the middle bedroom curtains did not close properly so was too light to sleep, we slept in the front room and the traffic was noisy from about 0500
- Heydon (10/5): A great place to stay, with eveything we needed. - The property was immaculately set up and tastefully presented. It contained everything we needed, very comfortable and the host interacted with us in a friendly and engaging way. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We liked everything.
