• Monika (10/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer schönen großen Villa mit mega Blick - Wir waren eine Nacht in einer Villa am See mit atemberaubenden Blick über den gefrorenen See, auch vom Esstisch aus. Nach Aufwärmen in der Sauna haben wir erholsam geschlafen. Die Villa bietet alles, was man braucht, wir wären gerne länger geblieben, hatten aber vorher anders geplant. Sehr nette Gastgeber, Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. nichts

La mancanza di avviso che il ristorante era chiuso perché fuori stagione, con la cucina basta essere avvertito prima e ci si arrangia.. ma scoprirlo solo la sera rovina un po' i piani. Metterei delle tende veramente oscuranti per chi, come noi, non è abituato alla luce quando dorme

• Valentina (10/5): Soggiorno di pace - Struttura immersa nel verde dei boschi e affaccio sul lago, posto idilliaco. Lo chalet in cui eravamo era attrezzato con ogni comodità, ben pulito e tutto era curato nel minimo dettaglio. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la piccola sauna privata e barbecue e camino in comune all'aperto che non abbiamo potuto sfruttare a causa del maltempo...Sarà per la nostra prossima visita a Himmerki in estate!! Durante la nostra permanenza abbiamo trovato sempre chiusi safari house, ristorante e reception, ci sarebbe piaciuto usufruire maggiormente degli spazi comuni

La casa, che si sviluppa su due livelli, è molto accogliente spaziosa e pulita. Ottima e funzionale la sauna. Ottimi i servizi compreso la cena a buffet nel ristorante del villaggio Personale cordiale e gentile Porta finestra della camera da letto senza tenda oscurante

• Anja (9/5): Für einfach Seele baumeln lassen ohne elektronische Ablenkung eine traumhafte Unterkunft. - Die Lage des kleinen „Feriendorfes“ direkt am See ist einfach traumhaft. Die Hütten bzw. Häuser sind schön verteilt, so dass es eine tolle Atmosphäre mit all den Block- und Holzhäusern ausstrahlt. Das Frühstück war eines der besten während unseres Roadtripps. Kein WiFi in der Hütte, sondern nur im Restaurantbereich. Fernsehen nur finnisches Programm.

• Rosey (10/5): Would love to return for longer - The sauna and wood burner were fabulous, excellent kitchen facilities. Comfortable and lovely warm cabin. Great walks in woods and easy access to skis, snowshoes and tracks. Very reasonable prices for hiring equipment and easy going approach throughout. Sauna instructions were a little confusing to us (as not speaking Finnish or sauna savvy) especially due to darkness in the sauna... Reception closes at 9pm so with late arrival hard to get advice, firewood etc.

• Darius (10/5): A wonderful visit - The resort is well known, with history and good recommendations. Arrival and key collection is simple, separate cottages with private sauna. In winter everything is frozen but in summer - near the lake shore. There was enough space for two or more, there is a small terrace. It was well heated in winter. The staff was helpful, provided enough information. The place is far from the town so you should stock up on the necessary things in advance. We recommend

• Katarzyna (10/5): Fantastyczny domek - Fantastyczny domek w otoczeniu drzew i jezioro. Domek jest przytulny, ma kominek i saunę, wyposażona kuchnie i wygodne łóżka. Żal było z tamtad odjechać.
• Anna (3/5): Da ristrutturare e rimodernare totalmente, ma buona posizione - Buona posizione per visitare il parco di Riisitunturi e in generale per vedere l’aurora boreale essendo in una zona buia e direttamente sul lago. Abbiamo soggiornato in un cottage da 2 persone, precisamente il Grey cottage, la struttura é vecchissima, da ristrutturare completamente, scarsa in qualsiasi servizio e la pulizia assolutamente insufficiente (posate sporche, briciole in cucina degli ospiti precedenti, peli di animale sul divano). I letti non erano fatti al nostro arrivo, li abbiamo dovuti fare noi, viene fornito 1 solo asciugamano per ospite e il bagno é minuscolo. Nel villaggio non tutte le casette sono così vecchie, alcune si vedono essere di recente costruzione, ma queste più piccole davvero impresentabili.

• Valer (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in una baita con posizione ideale direttamente sul lago. La cabina è dotata di sauna privata, cucina completa, due letti singoli, TV e un piccolo divano. È inoltre presente una veranda coperta e un posto auto. Raggiungere il villaggio e individuare la reception è stato semplice; al nostro arrivo una signora ci ha accolti e in meno di dieci minuti ci ha consegnato le chiavi della nostra cabina. Il bagno e la cucina sono piuttosto piccoli, pur essendo dotati di tutto il necessario. Al primo impatto la baita non risultava molto calda, ma regolando la temperatura del riscaldamento il problema si è risolto senza difficoltà.

Legnaia accessibile direttamente da dentro, con legna già tagliata. Tutto molto bello, il lago di fronte poco illuminato è perfetto per vedere l'aurora. Posto veramente fantastico, CONSIGLIATO. Ci sarei rimasto molto più tempo se ne avessi avuto la possibilità. Bagno molto piccolo.

• stevemurray88 (9/5): - Il villaggio è situato in una posizione fantastica, immerso nella natura a circa un paio d'ore di auto da Rovaniemi, un luogo autentico e tranquillo. Nonostante la posizione, raggiungerlo in pieno inverno non è stato assolutamente un problema (con pneumatici adatti): la strada era perfettamente percorribile. Il nostro lodge era pulito e accogliente, spazioso, ben riscaldato e dotato di tutto il necessario tra cui la cucina completa, il caminetto con la legna già tagliata e un'ampia sauna. Dalle finestre è possibile ammirare un paesaggio incantevole. Purtroppo non abbiamo visto l'aurora a causa del cielo coperto, ma la posizione, lontana dall'inquinamento luminoso, sarebbe stata ottima. Il villaggio è situato in una zona strategica se si vuole visitare l'est della Lapponia (ad esempio i parchi di Riisitunturi o la zona di Ruka). Non abbiamo provato la colazione, mentre possiamo confermare che la cena a buffet è buona e varia. Il bagno era un po' datato e la doccia non era caldissima

• Miriam (6/5): Aspettative troppo alte. - abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di legno per due persone, in stile rustico e molto suggestivo. Piccolino ma con tutto il necessario. Cucina con elettrodomestici, sauna, riscaldamento. l’ambiente intorno è molto bello immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Abbiamo trovato pentole sporche, piatti bagnati… all’esterno un bicchiere utilizzato come posacenere con mozziconi (noi non fumiamo). Ci ha dato l’impressione che l’appartamento sia stato lasciato così dai clienti precedenti e non ci fosse passato nessuno a pulire se non per un cambio di asciugamani e spazzatura. I letti ce li siamo dovuti fare noi. capisco si tratti di un camping ma ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo. Per quello che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo più cura ed attenzione (abbiamo soggiornato in periodo di bassa stagione). Peccato perché il posto meritava davvero.

Yksi ylimääräinen pyyhe kylpyhuoneen lattiapyyhkeeksi olisi plussaa, koska vessan/kylpyhuoneen lattiapinta-ala on rajallinen eikä lattiaa saa kuivauslastalla täysin kuivaksi.

• Eloisa (8/5): Nice cabin with private sauna - Nice private cabin, good value for all that offers and the ideal location by the lake. The cabin has a private sauna, complete kitchen, two beds, tv and a small sofa. Also a covered porch and parking space. Brand new plates, glasses and cutlery. The holiday village is nice with different cabins, and a main building with the reception and bar/restaurant. Easy to reach from main road. Beach with easy access, perfect to see northern lights. Although I didn't have breakfast included, I was allowed to grab a coffee when I checked-out Wifi was only available in the main building. Construction work is being carried out which may cause some disruption in the morning. There was some dirt and mosquitoes inside, but that's normal in rural life.
• Piia (8/5): Luonnon kaunis ja rauhallinen alue, missä lukuisia eri tyylisiä mökkejä ja caravan paikkoja. - Yövyimme juuri rakennetussa Log Housessa, joka oli hieno ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Takana olevalta terassilta avautui pieni järvimaisema ja oma rauha. Alueen ympäristö on kaunis ja siisti, vaikka vielä rakennusprojekteja käynnissä. Pieniä puutteita vielä uudessa mökissä, esim. mökin käyttöopas puuttui ja sen vuoksi esim. lieden käytön kanssa ongelmia.
• Mervi (9/5): Siisti majoitus upean Kitkajärven rannalla - Järvenrantamökki oli kauniilla sijainnilla, terassi suoraan Kitkajärvelle. Mökissä oli siistiä ja kaikki toimi hyvin. Riisitunturille lyhyt matka ja kivat patikointipaikat muutenkin lähellä. Rauhallista. Vastaanotto oli toimiva, joskaan ei kovin ystävällinen. Kaikki kuitenkin ok. Mökissä hieman outo liiketunnistinvalaistus - kirkas valo syttyy eteiseen ja keittiöön vaikka et haluaisi. TV -tila hieman hankalasti vain yläkerrassa.
