• Giulia (7/5): Tutto sommato bene ma da aggiustare qualcosa - La posizione ottima. Ottimo anche il self check-in in modo da arrivare a qualsiasi orario si voglia. Appartamento bello grande. Molto comodi i bidet. Diciamo che i bagni lasciano un po a desiderare, appena arrivati non abbiamo trovato neanche un rotolo di carta igienica e essendo arrivati all’una di notte non potevamo neanche andarlo a comprare. Nei bagni, in uno c’era la porta della doccia rotta e nell’altro non esisteva proprio (cosi l’acqua usciva tutta). Al mattino dell’ultimo giorno non si poteva nemmeno usare l’acqua che non usciva. Inoltre consiglio di mettere un pomello nella porta d’ingresso perché entrare tirando da una vite non è stato facile

• Suada (7/5): Tutto sommato bene! - Posizione centralissima Parcheggio difficile da trovare essendo in pieno centro ma grazie alla proprietaria che ci ha indirizzato a un parcheggio pubblico a 10 min dall’appartamento, tutta la notte 5€! La mattina non c’era l’acqua non abbiamo potuto lavare la faccia prima di andare via!

• FILIPPO (10/5): Molto bene - Appartamento ottimo, spazioso e accogliente. Da fuori è un palazzo vecchio, poi appena entri dentro l appartamento sembra di entrare in un posto differente, tutto ristrutturato e pulito Finestre poco insonorizzate, parecchio rumore nel cortile adiacente.

• Dounia (6/5): - L'emplacement central est idéal pour visiter le Tirana et le quartier de Blloku. L'appartement a de très bonnes dimensions pour une famille et est plutôt bien équipé (cafetière, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge) Malheureusement l'appartement est mal entretenu avec beaucoup d'éléments cassés ou qui ne fonctionnent pas : pas d'eau chaude au robinet d'une des deux salles de bain, plateau du micro-ondes cassé, climatisation du salon disfonctionnant, étagère cuisine cassée, lunette de WC cassée.... Il manquait des draps dans la chambre des enfants et il n'y avait pas de torchon dans la cuisine. Il restait des déchets d'emballage des locataires précédents. C'est dommage : cela gâche l'impression générale sur l'appartement

• Artsiom (7/5): Good - Spacious apartment in the center of Tiranë. A bit dated, but perfectly fine for a short stay. There is no parking directly at the apartment, but the owner shared the location of a nearby lot about a 5–7 minute walk away. We also had several issues with the air conditioning and had to exchange multiple messages with the owner to figure out why some units weren’t working, which was a bit frustrating and time-consuming. That said, the owner was very responsive and always ready to help.

• Miguel (6/5): Pleasant - Well located, close to main square and restaurante and bar area. Spacious modern flat and comfortable beds. The entrance is bit sketchy and difficult to find. We were 8 people and there were only towels for 5. There were extra towels in the balcony but they were all wet. Not enough toilet paper. One shower didnt have doors which made a mess that was difficult to clean due to lack of towels. We had to make the bed. The bed covers didnt look clean. The flat has potential but isnt well taken care of.
• Apurva (6/5): Go for it only if you want to stay in the center.. - Location- right in the center of the town, very close to main square Modern apartment Grocery right below the apartment - there is no lift in the apartment! So beware if you are travelling with heavy luggage and kids! It’s quite a task to get to the apartment - although on 1st floor -Heaters were not working - we had kids with us and the temperature was pretty cold for them . for both the nights we stayed the room heaters did not work inspite of raising the concern with the host. - geyser/ boiler is of small capacity. Barely 1 person could have bath with hot water and then we would have to wait until the water heats up again - which was taking too long.. - there was no knife in the apartment. The host arranged it after requesting him a couple pf times. - the attached bathroom needs repair in lot of areas- firstly the wc seat cover is broken or missing, the shower cubicle has no door to close so all the outside floor gets wet after shower and they don’t provide floor towels/ mats. Which is strange so you end up using bathing towels just to get the floor dried up and avoid slipping in the bathroom - lastly it wasnt easy to reach the host and he wasn’t very prompt in responding as he was busy travelling or busy elsewhere.. which was not expected as we were not given proper instructions upon checkin. - we checked-in a little early(1.5hrs earlier than regular checkin) and the cleaning lady was still doing her cleaning work who couldnot at all communicate in English. So we were left to figure out all by ourselves what are the facilities and how things worked in the apartment. - construction works happening around the building makes it noisy
• Sticks (10/5): Absolute bargain in a charming city - Upon first viewing, the area seemed a little intimidating but this feeling soon disappeared as we became familiar with our surroundings. The apartment itself was incredible. Large and modern in design. As for value for money, it was exceptional. I genuinely couldn't believe it could be so cheap. The chap who greeted us was very friendly too. I can honestly say that we shall be returning to this lovely country soon and we shall be looking at booking this apartment again when we do. There were one or two things, such as a lack of some cutlery and the shower in the en suite bedroom was of an 'open' design, so you just had to be careful of splashing outside the shower. But these are just minor things which didn't affect the group of lads who were staying there, it's just an observation.

• Mateusz (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, near to the city centre and the park with a lake, also a fancy neighbourhood. Helpful owner. The appartment is big and nicely arranged. Silent in the night.
• Niels (9/5): Superb - Fantastic apartment in a great area of Tirana. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Host is very friendly. We were skeptical at first, because there were not a lot of reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. There was not enough cutlery, only a couple of forks and one knife.
• Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were very clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable and nice to sleep on. The living room and kitchen looked amazing. And the bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing. There wasnt to much internet but everything was wonderful

• Paolo (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment Is very close to the night Life of Tirana, Is very big with 3 bedroom and an Amazing living room. The wifi Is working well in the entire apartment, a special thanks to the owner for the free espresso. I Will surely be back.
• Michb. (8/5): Very spacious and comfortable in great city centre location - We only had a quick overnight stop in Tirana. The apartment is in a very good location to access centre city and very comfortable and spacious apartment. Comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. We would stay again and happy to recommend for a visit to Tirana. Don't be put off by building exterior/shared entrance, inside apartment is lovely. It is normal in Albania for apartments to look unkept on the exterior. I felt some of the basic facilities were inadequate and this is easily resolved. 3 spoons and 1 fork is not enough for an apartment that sleeps 6 if guests choose to dine at home. Also only 3 bath towels provided, again not sufficient for an apartment sleeping 6.

• Moiz (10/5): good location, modern nice apartment with all the facilities you’ll need. - Very nice apartment in an excellent location. Parking outside and walking distance to many good restaurants/bars etc. It was clean, with all facilities working and in good condition. Excellent value for money. The host was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Hot water went out towards the end but we were leaving at this point so wasn’t an issue.
