• Jolanda (5/5): Zimmervermietung ohne Gastfreundschaft - Das Zimmer ist gut gelegen. Zu Fuss vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar. Ruhig in der Nacht. Durften Gepäck am Abreisetag bis 14 Uhr in der Unterkunft lagern Da ist man als Gast nicht willkommen. Schade. Es ist - sobald die Sonne weg ist - kalt im Oktober in Venedig. Keine warme Bettdecke, nur 1 Leintuch. Auf Bitte um warme Decke kam die Antwort, das sei halt so in Venedig. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Nie Tücher gewechselt, nie geputzt, nie Toilettenpapier ersetzt, nichts. 1 kleine Seife für 2 Personen. Für diesen Service ist das Zimmer überbezahlt. Die geben sich keine Mühe. Kaffemaschine und Teekochee m Eingang, aber keine Tassen.

Lo recomendaría - El barrio de noche era hermoso, lleno de bares y restaurantes, con un ambiente único y super Veneciano, comimos unas pizzas allí en el canal tomando aperol y fue único. Un día almorzamos también allí en un bonito restaurante y la verdad que valió la pena. La habitación era cómoda y la sala compartida también. Queda relativamente cerca de la estación aunque tuvimos que caminar con valijas y lo sufrimos bastante, te recomiendo tomar un vaporetto frente a la estación e ir hasta S. Alvise o Guglie y de esta manera caminarás menos con tu equipaje. Si compras el pase diario está más que recomendando moverte en Vaporetto, si no caminando también puedes llegar a todos lados. Al llegar tuvimos bastantes limitaciones hasta que logramos abrir la puerta del hall de entrada, llegamos antes de las 15:00 e intentamos entrar con el link que nos enviaron y no respondía el botón de apertura, luego de que hablé por booking lo habilitaron y funcionó, esto fue medio un embole la verdad porque uno quiere llegar y entrar o al menos que lo reciba alguien y acá no había nadie, nos abrió la puerta la señora que vive en planta baja pero nos dijo que no nos podía dejar entrar porque no tenía nada que ver con el alojamiento ya que queda en la planta 1. Luego de que pudimos entrar tuvimos que dejar todas nuestras pertenencias ahí en el hall en planta baja sin que nadie las revisara ni cuidara, obvio que entendemos que Europa es seguro pero bueno si faltaba algo de ahí quien se iba a hacer cargo? Por suerte no faltó nada y pasadas las 15:00 pudimos entrar a la habitación con los códigos sin ningún tipo de problema. (Ojo) revisa bien porque hay una habitación que tiene su baño fuera de la habitación y la verdad no me parece muy privado o cómodo, por suerte yo revise bien y no nos tocó esa, es solo una recomendación ya que el baño está en el medio de la sala compartida. Otro detalle que es menor pero resultó muy incómodo es la cantidad de enchufes disponibles para cargar dispositivos, cargadores o computadores, muy escasos para un alojamiento de 3 personas, y los que estaban a los costados de las camas eran totalmente incómodos, te tenías casi que acostar en el suelo para enchufar un cargador, pero bueno, detalles menores

Il bagno era nuovo ma senza il bidet, inoltre devi uscire dalla camera per andare in bagno, solo un separé leggero divide il soggiorno comune dal bagno, se esci o vai alla doccia o al servizio devi sempre vestirti ? Nella doccia manca una mensola per sapone e shampoo.

• Guest (10/5): - Big room, very spatious, nice location, very clean and comfortable there are just a lot of stairs in venice to accces the place from the train station so it as hard to carry my heavy suitcase all this way ; but if you take the vaporetto from the train station it's really easy and you don't have to carry the luggage up and down the many bridges and stairs of Venice ! There are also some stairs to acces the room. otherwise, the place is perfect :)

• Виолетта (10/5): The best place to stay in Venice - I just would like to say Thank you so much to the hosts for their apartment, for their work and care for guests! Everything was amazing. Beds and pillows are very comfortable which is important for us to sleep well. We had everything we needed. Location is also good - just 15 minutes from Piazzale Roma. And actually we were impressed with the high level of cleanliness because we expected worse quality (while searching for accommodation we had read bad reviews about other hotels). Just thank you! We really enjoyed Venice.

The shower drain was clogged so water backed up into the shower very quickly. The shower was also a little grimy. We found hairs in the shower and on our sheets

• Мар'яна2015 (9/5): Цілком задоволені - Чудовий готель у центрі Венеції. Поруч є канал і одна з головних вулиць, тож багато магазинів і ресторанів розташовано поруч. Та сам готель знаходиться на тихій вуличці і жоден шум до нього не доходить. В нас цілу ніч були відкриті вікна, але не було комарів. Зручно, що на загальній кухні був холодильник і кавоварка. Також був великий стіл, тож ми змогли повечеряти з комфортом.

• Luke (10/5): Fantastic first visit in Venice - The common room was spacious and clean. Nespresso machine worked well. The bedroom was large and aircon worked fantastic. The bed was comfy and shower was warm. I loved the look of the room, and the accommodation was more than adequate for my family and myself. The staff member we met the next morning as we were checking out was very chatty and pleasant. Google maps was accurate to find the accommodation, and we had no issues from the water taxi drop off. Only odd thing was the passcode lock, it didn't work for the other guests and it took us a few tries to get it to work for us. Hit the lock button first to start the passcode screen, input passcode, and hit the lock button again
