• Michael (8/5): - Good location , close to the Duomo; yet far enough back nit to be overwhelmed by people. Most generous amount of coffee, sugar, soap etcetera I have ever seen!! Tricky getting into shower, if you are immobile I suggest you don't book this apartment. Initial confusion as to where apartment is, it is in another building. I'd booked months ago and either didn't realise or had forgotten. Position is good however.

• Nuria (9/5): Un maravilloso viaje en familia, la mejor ubicación para visitar los imprescindibles - Albena nos recibió y nos enseñó el apartamento, fue muy amable con nosotras y nos recomendó tanto los sitios imprescindibles pata visitar como algunos sitos para ir a comer. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, cafetera, vajilla, micro...La ubicación sin duda lo mejor. Si vuelvo a Florencia sé donde me alojaré. Hay algo que no sabíamos y es que en Florencia hay bastantes mosquitos, aunque sólo recibimos una picadura es molesto dormir oyéndoles a tu alrededor, recomiendo llevar repelente.

Το μπάνιο ήθελα λίγη προσπάθεια παραπάνω στο καθάρισμα αλλά όχι ότι δεν ήταν καθαρό. Δεν παρείχε ένα μπουκάλι νερό.

Ingresso con corridoio stretto ma luminoso, sulle mensole si possono trovare alcuni libri guida sulla città di Firenze. Cucinino pratico e fornito di frigo e anche condimenti. Camera da letto confortevole, la finestra apre sulla via che porta direttamente in piazza, infatti si può scorgere il Duomo, come in foto. Materasso a prima impressione duro ma secondo me è un memory perché poi si dorme benissimo. Bagno pulito, fornito di sapone e ben tre asciugamani per persona (mani, bidet, doccia); da donna ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza di acqua micellare per struccarsi. Tutto perfetto

Кровать для меня чуть мягче, чем хотелось бы ( но это дело привычки- широкая удобная) Все идеально чистое. Посуда, все мелочи, необходимы для готовки были, кофе для кофемашины. Очень легко ориентироваться -увидел Дуомо- значит дом рядом. Нас встретила Албена- огромное ей спасибо за подробный рассказ где и что посмотреть, где вкусно поесть. Мы были раньше во Флоренции, но советы нам пригодились. Рядом есть магазин и это очень удобно. Еще раз спасибо, Албена! Общение с Вами доставило удовольствие и задало тон пребыванию в этом гостеприимном доме.

• Paula (1/5): - I stayed in the “Teatro” apartment with balcony, which has an amazing view of the Duomo and a fantastic central location — very close to everything. The internet was also working well, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was a serious issue. There were dirty dishes and cups left inside the cupboards, dusty and stained furniture, bread crumbs on the dining table. It did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for a new guest. There was also a strong smell in the kitchen that made the space uncomfortable. In addition, several maintenance issues need attention. Some lamps were not working, and one electrical outlet was coming out of the wall, which did not feel safe. Overall, parts of the apartment feel worn and not properly maintained. Due to these conditions, I unfortunately couldn’t stay. On a positive note, the host was very kind and helpful in assisting me with canceling the reservation. It’s a pity, because the location and the view are truly special — the apartment just needs proper cleaning and some proper maintenance to meet expectations.

Также есть шкаф и телевизор. Из окна немного видно собор. Расположение в самом центре. Недалеко есть небольшой продуктовый магазин. Девушка приветливо встретила нас, рассказала о местных достопримечательностях, дала советы о том какие места посетить. Рассказала все необходимое про квартиру. Спать было довольно тихо,но часов в 6.00 под окнами началась стройка, было не приятно. Кровать удобная.

Very central to everything especially Duomo. Good restaurants nearby on same street and a mini mart down the street that sells just about anything. Liked the spacious apartment and 2 bathrooms. Lift to 2nd floor then flight of stairs to 3rd level ok we had heavy bags and managed. Washer/dryer was good. Loved the large terrace and views of Duomo cupola.....🥰 Fridge didnt close properly and didnt seem to cool enough. Powerpoint falling out from wall. Overall needs a bit of maintanance. Needs a good deep clean.

• Margaret (10/5): Perfect home base in Florence. - The property was perfect. There’s an elevator to 3rd floor (still a small set of about 3 stairs involved). There’s apartment was perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The view of the duomo and bell tower was just magical. The location could NOT be more convenient. We could pop back “home” anytime to change or drop things off or rest for a few minutes which helped so much as a family with Middle ages kids. Our hosts were so welcoming and responsive. We absolutely loved them and their place. Finding this gem of a place to stay made our trip truly special. Leaving! I wanted to stay for a month!

• TampaBay Sunlover (9/5): Great location, THE WINDOWS! comfortable beds. Albena and Walter were great. Non-functioning wifi. - The windows and doors!! very nice, seemed like new windows/doors to outside. We could open them and here the accordionist playing. It was sooooo nice. Light and airy. Beautiful marble staircase leading to apartment. We liked that the bedroom and the living room had a door to allow privacy. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and had a great view of the Dome from the balcony. We were glad there was an elevator that took us part of the way up. After elevator, there is two more sets of stairs but easy and solid. Albena and Walter were super nice and very helpful. She even called us a cab when we were leaving and stayed with us to ensure the cab arrived and picked us up safely. The walls to the next door neighbor are super thin. When you are in the kitchen, you can actually hear him breathing and coughing. He is obviously not healthy. Can not be heard in other parts of the apartment, so it's easy to overlook. The internet never worked. Reviewing the rating comments- you can see that this is a long standing issue. The owner needs to get this fixed. Until then, don't expect wiFi. We could not watch movies or anything due to this. The routers were changed (as it appeared they had done for past renters) and that is not the problem. The routers are both super old. Need to find a wifi solution as yours is not working. Albena and Walter did everything they could, we felt it was out of their control.
• Jamie (8/5): Short stay - Location by the Duomo, roomy apartment. Host was very responsive. Comfortable bed. The floors were dirty. Coffee maker didn’t work. Had wifi issue but they responded quickly. Took forever for our clothes to dry. The heating system wasn’t consistent. I think the apartment was too humid . And some dishes were dirty in the cabinet.

• Kevin (10/5): Great location and a nice place to stay in the middle of the main tourist area. - Location is so close to the dome! What a view looking out the window of the dome. Elevator was extremely handy. We had just a small problem meeting up with the representative of the property.
• M Carmen (10/5): Estupendo - La ubicacion perfecta, junto al Duomo. La chica que se encarga de la casa muy amable y nos aconsejó muy bien por donde movernos. El apartamento muy comodo y calentito.
