• Sophie de W (4/5): - Goede locatie, mooi uitzicht vanaf bovenste verdieping. Enorm gehorig, bed is super klein, vieze geur in het verblijf, slecht schoongemaakt.
• Charlotte (9/5): Fijn verblijf gehad - De communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf met de eigenaar verliep soepel, duidelijke check-in instructies. Het appartement zelf was erg schoon en ruim. Fijne locatie, 5 minuten lopen naar de Grote Mark en Groenplein. Het was jammer dat we met onze koffers drie verdiepingen omhoog moesten lopen, er is geen lift aanwezig.

• Lukas (8/5): Great location, comfortable apartment. - Location! And roomy! Stairs are a bit sketch, especially when the lights don’t work. The lock on the door seemed damaged, but also seemed to lock with the key.
• Irina (3/5): Poor - Location and fast owner replies Apartament was VERY dirty. Our bedsheets was smelling bad (we think they wasn’t washed from previous people). Full of weird spots and very itchy. I know that price isn’t that high , but can we can at least fresh sheets and towels ??!!!! We felt dirty after spending night in this place. At 7:30AM we had some repairs in building. It was so noisy , that sofa was vibrating. Impossible to rest after long travel. I DO NOT RECOMENS THIS PLACE FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO REST. If you have suitcases it’s very hard to get on stairs, especially if you get room above floor 1.
• Peflorent (8/5): Well located, safe choice for a comfy and easy apartment. - We liked the location. Well located at walking distance from various points of interest. The apartment was comfy with a good volume. It was clean. Good choice of complementary products (tea and coffee). We didn't pay attention of the absence of elevator. We did not check either. It was a bit tricky with our gears for a 1 year old baby. The stairs were a bit narrow and stiff.
• Eliska (9/5): Superb - I really like the place.Kitchen is almost fully equipped. I only missed cutter board but easily you can buy it in shop. I didnt like there is no recycle bins at the appartment.there is only one trash bin for everything
• Kai (6/5): Decent. - Good location. Definitely not suitable for 4 adults, very small and only for a really short stay. Shower drain was clogged, sheet's weren't clean.
• Christopher (1/5): Fraudulent listing, stay away, it's an abandoned building! - Nothing. The place looked nice in the listing, but the building was closed, and appeared to be condemned. Consider it a fraud and do not book. Total fraud. I reserved this hotel online, was told it was was at a specific address, went to the address, and found an abandoned building. Do not use this listing, it is a fraud. Tried phone number, went to a voicemail box that was "full". Obviously a fraud. Tried contacting booking.com, no assistance, and now they don't want to give me a refund. Will dispute on my credit card, but I am warning you: Do not book this listing, it's a fraud.
