• Karolina (9/5): Ideal location for a quiet comfortable stay - The apartment was great and well equipped. It’s located very close to shops and restaurants but it’s not noisy. There is a few lifts to higher floors. Large enough to fit a bike box 👍 Having read some reviews I knew getting in will be a challenge. After a long travel I just rang the number and a helpful lady guided me through it. She was very kind to put up with my little tantrum 🤪

• Claron (9/5): Had a lovely time there. However you need to address the access problem to the apartment - Lovely Apartment. Everything we need was there. Bright and spacious. Very comfortable and pleasant. Access to the apartment on arrival was difficult to say the leas!

• Juan Carlos (7/5): Agradable y desepcionante a la vez por que te quieran cobrar por algo que encontramos roto al llegar. - La situación , a 5’ de Playa La Arena. Al llegar un Store del salón estaba bloqueado y le faltaba la cadenilla para poder accionarlo , por lo que nos asombra que el propietario nos reclame el pago de 50€ por algo q encontramos roto al llegar. Para evitar que el apartamento se calentara en exceso es imprescindible bajar los toldos de la terraza , pero tienen los mecanismos de engranaje gastados lo que dificulta mucho la maniobra.

• Shirley (10/5): Very nice apart from the issues with door codes - Very nice apartment, really handy having supermarket outside the gate. Pool was lovely. Had difficulty getting into main gate with the code that was given, good job someone else was going through gate so we could get in. Wasn’t too happy that apartment door code was changed after 7 days when I had a ten day stay booked.
• Volodymyr (9/5): Nice place to stay in Los Gigantes - Flat is equipped with kitchen, washing machines. 2 separate rooms and 2 WC with parking place. Nice place for family with kids, close to Playa de Santiago.
• Trey (8/5): Brilliant and chill hoilday - Was very well run other than we found it hard to get into the apartment and didn’t know where to get the keys from so some random person let us in then we went upstairs and our keys for the entrance was in the apartment so that bit could be more organised Nothing really was a brilliant stay and highly recommend
• Karen (10/5): Wonderfully relaxing, clean and comfortable - the apartment had everything I needed! - The location of the property was perfect - Puerto Santiago is walking distance to Los Gigantes. The town was busy during the day, quiet at night, lovely views. Just a great place to be situated. I could drive south to other areas in 30-40 minutes and a trip into Mount Tiede was less than that depending on where you were going. Some days I just walked to the markets (it was good exercise and justified the meal calories). The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The washer in the kitchen and drying rack on the balcony came in very handy for a 2 week stay. All of the cooking utensils, pot and pans, appliances were plentiful and in good condition. I actually cooked more than I ate out - it was a great opportunity to experience all of the fresh and high quality market produce and meats! Above everything else - the service and attentiveness of the booking company was excellent. I only needed a little help in day one figuring out the front door lock - but they were so helpful (and really it was just me figuring out the direction to turn the knob after entering the code). I may also have been a bit jet lagged from a 12+ hour travel day. Underground car parking was excellent as at night street parking was hard to come by after a certain hour. Overall - it was an excellent stay, great accommodations and I would not hesitate to return to this location! The pool was a bit too cool for me in March - but that’s personal preference and shouldn’t reflect on the property itself as most pools would not be heated.
