- g11 (8/5): - Zimmer sehr gut, nur der Blick in den Innenhof, na ja. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, sehr gutes Frühstück. Parken an der Straße. . Nichts.
- Debbie (7/5): - Tasty breakfast Very tiny sink in bathroom
- Lucy (8/5): Fantastic location. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. - Great breakfast and staff were excellent and friendly. Weirdly, my husband was incredibly impressed by their loo brushes! Very good shower. Our room was facing the street and even though we were there for the music festival it was not noisy as there is good secondary glazing. But this meant it was a bit hot as we kept our windows closed to be quiet.
- Zoe (9/5): - Location and room. Help yourself to tea and coffee was great. All good.. Just beware it is an old building so narrow stairs. Don't book if you have mobility issues but lovely other than that

It was comfortable clean and tastefully decorated. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was super comfy. Excellent breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. N/A
- Peter (10/5): Very nice hotel in the centre of Dartmouth. - Stayed here for 2 nights. Very friendly staff, lovely room with a great shower. Secondary glazing works well - minimal noise from the street. Breakfast cooked to order. Plus a parking voucher for £8 per day. Perfect for a short break away. An earlier breakfast would be a bonus - doesn't start until 8.30 am.
- Harendran (10/5): Caring and welcoming couple. Great value. - Excellent proprietors. Mike and Susan were very welcoming and caring individuals. Went over and beyond when had a crisis.Had a great breakfast. Great shower pressure. Nothing

- Graeme (9/5): You cannot do wrong with staying at this fabulous townhouse hotel.. - Everything nothing not to like.. All good..
- Ashley (9/5): Fantastic team running a great dog friendly hotel in the heart of Dartmouth. - Amazing team, super helpful. Parking voucher was a great addition. Super dog friendly and they even stored our dog food in the fridge. Nothing was too much trouble, nice bar and a fantastic breakfast. The full English was fabulous.

- Richard (9/5): Excellent short break with plenty to do in Dartmouth and surrounding area - Very good breakfast, freshly cooked to order with good choice of cereals, fruit etc .
Located near centre of Dartmouth, but on a quiet street.
Comfortable bed and good shower. Enjoyed the small plates served in the Bistro with good wine and cocktail selection We would like to have been able to open our bedroom window
A short walk to car park, but able to park outside hotel for 2 hours for unloading luggage. It was not a problem for us.
- Bruley (9/5): Excellent hotel, really nice staff, excellent location, very superior accommodation - Excellent boutigue hotel, very arty with nice furniture. Very friendly staff. Real coffee in the rooms. Staff very helpful. It is a small hotel, the staff are amazing, very hard working, but they cannot offer absolutely everything that a big hotel can. I would have preferred a slightly earlier breakfast
- Marcus (9/5): Warm welcome to Devon - Very welcoming, clean, tidy and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Great place to take our Jack Russell along with a warm welcome. Room had all we needed for our stay. Fantastic breakfast along with great service. Planning our return already.

Breakfast was amazing Everywhere closes on early Sunday evening
- Sharon (10/5): -
- Chris (7/5): - The rooms are excellent Could not have breakfast because it doesn't get served until 0830hrs. This is too late when one has to be at work at 0830hrs. most hotels start breakfast at 0730hrs so one can eat and then go to work. It must be a South Hams thing.
- Angela (10/5): A lovely short stay in Dartmouth - The owners of the hotel were friendly informative and nothing was too much trouble! Room cleaned every day with fresh towels! Good choice at breakfast Would have preferred a simple menu in the bistro which would attract more customers
- Richard (10/5): -
- Tracey (10/5): Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable and cosy. - Great location. Beautiful decoration. Clean, cosy and comfortable.
- James (8/5): - breakfast and staff were excellent we booked and paid for 3 days plus parking. Although we left after breakfast on day 2 , there was no offer of a days reimbursement for the parking or fir a days breakfast that we didn’t have. i was not expecting any refund for the unused day but a token effort to reimburse the parking and one breakfast would have been appreciated
- Julian (10/5): - Excellent breakfast. Friendly bar
- Lynda (9/5): - The hotel was very close to the town and amenities. It was uniquely decorated and in keeping with the area. The room and bed extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate and very leisurely, a good choice and all freshly cooked as you want it, we'll definitely be returning. The only downside was the bar/restaurant closed at 7pm on Sunday which I understand as it's a family run hotel, also most other places in the town were the same.
- David (9/5): Beautifully appointed room with very friendly owners -
- Anne (7/5): It was fine . - Location Two floors up with no lift
- pascale (9/5): - Location A bit expensive. Bar closed after 7.30pm

- chris (7/5): Staff very friendly and we’ll definitely be back - The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t very busy and therefore the bar and restaurant weren’t open. This in no at impacted our stay we found restaurants and bars quite nearby.

Breakfast good although the toast was more warm bread than toast! Friendly staff Bar only open until 8pm no food on offer other than breakfast. Communal areas looking a little tired and lots of cobwebs and dying plants around.

- Wilder (8/5): - Good location, short walk to the town centre. The brasserie was closed during our stay. This was a disappointment as this meant we had to go out at night to eat. Would have been nice to know this at time of booking. Breakfast was good

- Yehudah (9/5): -
- Alison (10/5): Perfect boutique hotel - The staff were super helpful and the location was perfect. We booked at the last minute and had a suite on the top floor which was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely too. It's an old property so the floor in the bedroom was a rather uneven and takes a bit of getting use to, but that's not uncommon in the older properties in Dartmouth and can't be helped.
- Dawn (10/5): Last minute booking and very happy about it - Close to everything Lovely room
- Barrie (9/5): -
- Heidi (8/5): -
- Barry (6/5): fine for 2 nights - Breakfast was great. Room was a little cramped

- robert (8/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): It was good for our one night stay. I wouldn’t really want to stay any longer because of the smell and dogs allowed in t - Close proximity to the town.
Good breakfast The smell. It had a damp kind of smell and also old cooking fat smell lingered around the property.
- Helen (8/5): A good stay in a beautiful town, very clean spacious and comfortable - Decent room size, very clean, excellent supply of teas and coffees for the room. Nothing - it was all fine
- Jacqueline (10/5): Excellent stay, will be back - Great hotel, excellent location. Staff couldn’t do enough Lovely small boutique hotel. Great staff
- Sue (7/5): This worked well as an overnight stay en route to Cornwall - Great location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was brilliant. Like the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was a decent size and although the shower was powerfull the bathroom felt very tired - especially the floor.
