- Amy (9/5): Superb - A fantastic location. A nice spacious apartment with great views of the dock and stadium. Easy walk to attractions, plus very close to a tram line so super easy to get around. Apartment was equiped with everything you need for a short stay. Nothing really. Just the balcony area was a bit grubby.
- Emma (6/5): The stay was pleasant but room for slight improvements - The view was amazing and rooms were clean No tea or milk like other hotels or airbnb’s. Only one key so we couldn’t separate due to having to always arrive back together which was very annoying, no remote for blinds in the living room and a lot of stains on the carpet
- Julie (4/5): Dissapointed at least the location was good. Definitely would not stay here again - Great location, very quiet easy access to trams. Kitchen was very well stocked Blinds in living area did not work, it was very hot would hate to be there in summer.
Only 1 key provided for 5 guests made it difficult for everyone coming and going at different times.
Sheets in main bedroom had stains on them
Only 4 chairs at dining room table (for 6 guests apartment). Lounge only seated 4 comfortably again for 6 guest apartment.
- Helen (6/5): Needs a good update and clean - Location Dates furnishings, carpet dirty , lounge dirty, bathroom mouldy , coffee pods but no machine. No milk , outdoor area dirty , windows dirty.
- Helen (8/5): All in all value for money - Location was perfect for our needs. Rooms were spacious. Melb was warm. Lounge blinds could not be operated.
TV in lounge hard to operate and free to air pixie lated and could not be watched.
Being a bigger property for 2 families we should have had 2 keys. Scheduelling arrivels and activities around getting back into building was complicated.

Well laid out apartment
Close proximity to shops and trams This property could easily be exceptional but attention to detail lets it down. Carpets need a clean, couch needs a clean, no bath plug, only one fob and key, some blinds don’t work so you lose the view. Fix this and it would be superb
- Chris (9/5): Great place for our family - Apartment had a lot of the things you take for granted at home. Things like kitchen utensils, decent pots and pans, cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner. We've stayed in a few apartments this year that didn't have these things and it makes a big difference when you stay for a week. Best we've had so far. We really could have used a second building access fob. We are a family of five with three teenagers with very different interests and the one fob limited or ability to do things separately.
Some instructions for the air con would have been handy
- Tracey (8/5): The apartment is such a great location, could be cleaner, Had to phone the host several times regarding lift key and poo - The location is fantastic, quiet but handy to the tram and walk to good coffee and supermarket We couldn’t get a second key to the lift or a garage door remote, so trying to coordinate everyone arriving home at the same time was difficult, we also couldn’t get access to the pool and gym. The directions to access the property are not clear. Address is Victoria Harbour Promenade but the Lobby is on Cumberland St and garage on Hubbock Lane.

- Robert (8/5): Very good - Location. The unit was very comfortable and clean. Confusion as to delivery address. And initial entry to unit.
- Kerry (8/5): A few minor problems but on the whole it was enjoyable and great location. - The location was perfect, handy to trams and central The tv connection was faulty so kept dropping out which was annoying.
There is no full length mirror in the apartment although plenty of places to put one, a suggestion.
We had to be out by 10am but the shop where the lockbox is located was not open until afterwards so poor planning.
The cleaners need to look a bit closer, there was hair blocking the basin in the en-suite which doesn’t give a good impression.
- Bruce (8/5): The views & location great & the beds very comfortable, but for $600/night many items need attention - The location and views are terrific, though the neighbourhood is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen lacked many items - T-towel, dish cloth,bowls & containers for salads, storage etc, instruction manuals.
For an apartment that can accommodate 6 people - only 5 dining chairs and lounge can only comfortably hold 3 people.
Bathroom exhaust did not work and it took 5 mins for hot water to arrive each time.
TV reception poor, no streaming services and lighting levels in lounge/dining very poor
BBQ & Oven were dirty and carpet needs replacing.
No blankets available (Hate doonas !)

No signage to the lift from carpark. Took a while to find it..
The directions give were very poor aswell.

- Paula (8/5): Fantastic location, great views, bathrooms were spotless but rest of unit did not feel or look clean - The location was awesome There was stains on the carpet, the fitted sheet on main bed didn’t fit properly, 1 bed didn’t even have a top sheet, the kitchen and floors weren’t very clean. The balcony had awesome views but could have done with a good clean and the removal of the dead tree in a pot.
