- Wendy (10/5): Nature Lovers Will Love It, & Quite Rightly Too - This is just the best find for us, on Booking. We are a party of 2, in our 70s, and we absolutely loved it.
A well maintained, caravan, containing everything you need, apart from clothing and personal items. Towells, coffee, tea, oil, and a hamper/ supply of food/goodies to last most people a few days. Milk, bread, butter, juice, cereals, croissants etc. Hair dryer, field glasses, you want it, they've got it.
The garden is lovely, and there are outside seating areas aplenty.
There is a double bedroom, and a single bedroom, and I'm pretty sure there is a sofa bed.
You are looking over the Somerset levels from the kitchen window! During our stay we saw deer, geese, a heron, and coots in the reen in front of the holiday home.
- Petra (10/5): Verrassend leuk verblijf! - Dit is een hele fijne plek in een natuurlijke omgeving. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Om de hoek vind je een gezellige pub waar je prima kan eten. De gastvrouw is erg aardig en behulpzaam.
- Chris (10/5): If you love the country side you’ll love the location, we did - Every single thing It’s just one of those things, IT’s a caravan so sometimes things can be a little snug. But don’t be put off by that.
- Lesley (10/5): Quiet relaxing ideal base for a good chill out. - Amazing property so clean and with all you could ask for to have a great stay. The new cabin in the garden an added bonus and lovely surprise. Hosts are great and obviously look after the property with love and care. Nothing to dislike!!
- Dianne (9/5): 💜 Warm welcome and tranquil Somerset surroundings - 💜 What I liked
I had a lovely stay in this quirky little chalet — full of character and a strong bee-and-honey theme 🐝🍯. It was clean, well equipped, and clearly cared for, with lots of thoughtful touches. The host was exceptionally kind and even allowed an early check-in at 10 a.m. I especially enjoyed being able to pull back the net curtains and take in the spectacular countryside views — it’s such a peaceful, scenic spot in the Langport district. The décor was a little on the busy side for my taste, with lots of cushions and ornaments, so I folded the dining table down to create a bit more open space. Also, while the listing shows Langport, the chalet is actually in Aller, a nearby village about a 15-minute drive away along unlit country roads in a dark-skies area — worth knowing if you’re arriving after dusk and you're not used to blind bends.

- Margriet van der Veer (7/5): We love the Bee's. - Gastvrij ontvangen. Fijn een eigen parkeerplaats. Gezellig ingericht in bijen thema.
- Ann (10/5): Bimble bliss - Location was perfect for exploring the RSPB reserves & nature reserves. Lots more to see around the area. Only a 10 minute walk to the local pub for dinner, also facilities to cook. Lovely private garden area to enjoy the enjoy & relax. Decor was good. We'll maintained & very clean. Hosts provided plenty of breakfast items, bread, milk, cereal etc

- Gaynor (8/5): Most enjoyable stay. Need a car to get about but knew that before we booked. - The garden and the pod to sit in which was under cover. Nothing really. The lodge was exactly as described.
Had to do a bit of ringing around the local pubs each night because quite a few were not serving food only drinks. We visited the area in mid-week even though it was in the height of summer. I am presuming they will all be open Fridays and over a weekend. There is a Tesco about 2 miles away in Langport itself however.
- Lisa (10/5): Lovely quiet location, exceptionally clean, everything there you needed & the hosts were fabulous. - We loved everything about it. Sarah & Karl were amazing hosts and couldn't do enough for us.
- Alex (9/5): Superb -

- Andy (9/5): Lovely base for a motorcycling weekend - Lovely chalet on the edge of the Somerset Levels with views across the fields with deer and hares in sight. Great facilities indoors and outside. Quiet rural location with a pub in walking distance. Welcoming hosts who have plenty of local knowledge if you need it.
- Paul (10/5): Peace and quiet in a beautiful location. - Bimble Lodge is spotlessly clean yet homely, I enjoyed sitting in the arbour reading and watching the wildlife in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Mornings were peaceful and relaxing with the included breakfast. I'm already looking forwards to returning. There is nothing to dislike here.
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional - Only A FOOL would not use this AWESOME little lodge don't be fooled that it's a caravan it's more than that and it's by itself so the only noise you hear is nature and it has everything to help clear your mind only disappointment is I couldn't stay longer 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Martyn (6/5): False Advertising - The area was fantastic Did not book a caravan booked a luxury challet caravan was not luxury. Bedroom cramped shower you could hardly wash in.Breakfast supplied was pathetic(Rice crispies, croissants, toast and jam) done as cheep as posiable.
- George (10/5): Fantastic, over the moon with all they did and wanted to do for us 😀 - Location and people who run the static are life’s good people NOTHING Cannot complain

- Lynne (10/5): Mum & daughter break - Everything, the lodge was so cosy, welcoming & comfortable. A fabulous little escape from the daily grind. Loved seeing the deer, hares & swans outside. A very tranquil & relaxing stay. Just what we needed. Nothing.
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely beautiful place it was just what we needed such detail in everything definitely be coming back
- Jeremy (9/5): A perfect choice for our needs. - Very warm welcome from friendly and helpful hosts. The location, for our needs, was excellent. Exceptionally clean and tidy, with lots of nice touches. Warm and cosy despite atrocious weather. The inclusion of continental breakfast items was a real treat. The little single bed was exactly that: as a kindly dad, my son (24) was the one who enjoyed the spacious double. I somewhat regretted my benevolence. The only other (very) minor point was the mildly sluggish wifi speed. This may well be an area-specific issue in rural Somerset.
- Steve (10/5): Lovely little lodge great get away couples retreat ❤️ - Cleanliness, robes and slippers ,happiness of the owners ,outside area fire pits seating etc all totally taken care off .very relaxing private . Nothing.
- Doreen (8/5): A good relaxing week with a variety of visits to great places. - A good variety of options left for the week including bread and milk. The owners kindly messaged during the week to see if we needed more. The cleanliness and the facilities were excellent. The weather! We found the bedroom a little cramped but was able to use the wardrobe in the second bedroom. The lodge was down a narrow lane so nowhere to go for a walk from the property.
- Sharon (10/5): Perfect 😃 - We loved the wild life and location Karl and Sarah were very welcoming.
The facilities were spotless . Nothing
- Radek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (8/5): enjoyable few days lovely outlook and enjoyed feeding the swans & their sygnets. - Made to feel very welcome from Karl & Sarah, good to have outside space to use, everything provided for a self catering stay.
- Barrie (9/5): Superb - Everything. All very pleasant. So peaceful. Can't think of anything.
- Gina (10/5): I defy anyone not to enjoy their stay at Bimble Lodge! - Excellent continental breakfast as advertised. Cleanliness absolutely outstanding. Comfort and facilties in caravan also outstanding. Sarah and Karls hospitality knows no ends evan to providing Swan food to feed the family of swans(7 cygnets) that live within metres of Bimble Lodge. Nothing to complain about, just wish I'd booked for longer🤭
- Emma (5/5): Passable - Scenery beautiful, good location for visiting tourist spots. Host helpful on arrival. Poor sleep, the road next to caravan is like a race track everytime a vehicle went by the caravan was like being on m25. Sucb a shame as otherwise it would be idylic. If you are a very heavy sleeper you.may be ok.
- Sally (10/5): Nice and relaxing - Was in a lovely setting. Everything you needed Nothing
- Gareth (9/5): Superb -
- Sue (9/5): Great little hideaway with wildlife all around - Lovely peaceful location surrounded by wildlife, lodge was immaculate with everything you could need. Great base for walking the levels and not far to nature reserves. Karl and Sarah were on hand if we needed anything and there’s a pub that does grub nearby. There was nothing not to like, parking and breakfast also included so all good
