• Margaux (8/5): - Ubicación perfecta y piso limpissimo La escalera es para matarse si no subes con cuidado. No hay un escalón igual al otro y una curva anormal. No hay cortinas oscurantes asi que a las 5.30 ya entra luz.
• Stefan (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. - Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und auffallend sauber. Die Lage sehr zentral, selbst Parkplatz in der Blue Zone im Zentrum gut zu finden (Nebensaison). Beschreibung zur TV Bedienung wäre hilfreich. Manuell einschalten, manuell HDMI einstellen am TV. A1 Box ohne deutsche Sender. Betreuung durch Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir haben Tisch und Stühle ans Fenster gerückt, obwohl bereits der Wohn- auch Schlafbereich ist. Im Treppenhaus hat jede Stufe eine andere Höhe, erinnerte uns ans Klettern auf der chinesischen Mauer. Insgesamt ist das Apartment sehr empfehlenswert, daher hier nur kleine Hinweise und nicht als Kritik.

• Salvador (9/5): Bastante bien para pasar un par de noches - Un estudio bastante espacioso y equipado El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, le costaba arrancar y se detenía. Las escaleras de acceso son bastante asimétricas y hacen una curva peligrosa

• Anzhela (10/5): - Відпочивали з сином 6 днів, все чудово. Приїхали трохи раніше, нам дозволили заселитися .Відмінно працює кондиціонер. Магазин цілодобовий по сусідству. Дякуємо за умови для відпочинку. Рекомендую всім .
• Emilie (8/5): - - super emplacement - propreté - matelas confortable - mini balcon - pas d'électricité les 1res 24 heures, pas de solution de recours et personne ne me donnait de visibilité si je ne rappelais pas l'hôte. on m'a fait livrer à dîner en compensation mais il a quand même fallu attendre le lendemain après-midi pour pouvoir cuisiner - salle de bain très très petite et douche vraiment juste à côté du wc - équipement de cuisine correct et en plus ou moins bon état mais réduit au minimum : juste une plaque de cuisson
• Триль (9/5): - Нам с подругой понравилось расположение дома - это старый центр. До пляжа 20минут медленной прогулочной ходьбы. Практически рядом приморский парк, пешеходные прогулочные зоны. В пешеходной близости достопримечательности Варны: Археологический музей, картинная галерея, планетарий, музей -аквариум и другие. Мы с подругой почти везде успели побывать. Если когда-то получится ещё приехать в Варну, то хотелось бы арендовать апартаменты именно в этом районе. Мы заказывали 1 этаж. Но мы не ожидали, что здесь в Болгарии сначала пишется нулевой этаж, а потом - 1 этаж. И этот 1 этаж по-сути является вторым. И каждый день в апартаменты приходилось подниматься по очень крутым ступенькам. Для меня в мои 69 лет это было не очень легко и совсем не комфортно. Здесь нет вины хозяина. Просто я этот момент теперь буду знать на будущее. Апартаменты небольшие, но для нас 2 подруг вполне достаточные. Удобства в доме нормальные как для такого старого дома. Единственный момент, что стиральная машинка не работала - в неё не поступала вода. Нам пришлось переполаскивать свои купальники и футболки руками в тазике. Всё остальное нас вполне устроило. Я так понимаю, что это считаются дешевые апартаменты. У нас нет претензий. Мы довольны своим отдыхом. Спасибо.
• Tsvetozar (10/5): Spacious well-equipped apartment in the heart of the city - A spacious 1-room apartment located on a quiet street in the ideal city center, close to basically everything. There is a non-stop grocery shop right outside, which was a big plus. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you'll need (for a few days' stay). Beds are comfy. I'm booking it again on my next stay in Varna for sure. There was a slight issue with the bathroom door that does not seal perfectly so after taking a shower some of the water manages to penetrate underneath the door and ends up on the kitchenette floor. This created discomfort as almost every time I had to clean up with the mop. This is something that definitely needs to be looked at and get fixed. Also, the apartment lock was very weird, as you need to adjust the key multiple times, pull/push back and forth until you get it in the proper position in order to unlock. It took me no less than 10-20 seconds every single time lol.
• Carolyn (9/5): Superb - Great location and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The stairs were steep, especially at the top where it twisted and the smell in the hallway was awful. In the bathroom the drainage was poor.
• Marharyta (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this property was just amazing. It was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed for our stay. The host also allowed us to stay for a bit more after the check out to accommodate our needs and it was really appreciated.
