• Barbara (1/5): - Rien, la réservation n’a pas pu être honorée à cause de la fiabilité de l’hôte et son manque total de communication Nous avons tenté d’entrer en communication avec l’hôte afin d’obtenir des informations concernant le check-in et l’accès au logement, pour ensuite lui poser d’autres questions concernant le séjour, celui-ci ne nous a jamais répondu malgré les messages, mails et appels. Il ne répondait pas non plus aux appels de Booking. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises une annulation complète sans frais, celui-ci n’a jamais répondu à nos demandes pour pouvoir nous loger ailleurs.
• Caroline (9/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. - Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und allem, was man braucht. Supermärkte und Busstationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die Kneipe unter der Wohnung und der stark befahrenen Straße konnte man nur mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen. Es gab keine aktive Kommunikation des Gastgebers (z.B. Infos zum Check-In/ Check-Out, Bestätigung der Ankunftszeit über Booking).
• Mira (10/5): Perfektní ubytování - S ubytováním jsme byli naprosto spokojeni. Fotografie u popisu ubytování přesně vystihují jednotlivé místnosti, realita je dokonce možná ještě lepší a místnosti prostornější. Hostitel pozorný, zdá se, že myslel na všechno - adaptéry do zásuvek, dostatek ručníků, příjemné teplo při příjezdu (přijeli jsme pozdě v noci, kdy venku už byla docela zima) - a jako bonus uvítací košíček s potravinami a nápoji v lednici (milé překvapení pro snídani na druhý den). Ložnice útulné, postele pohodlné. Kuchyně dostatečně vybavená, nic nám nechybělo. Komunikace s hostitelem výborná a rychlá. Trochu hlučná ulice vedle, hlavně při ranním provozu. Ale zase bylo v okolí dost různých obchůdků (velký obchod s potravinami asi 300 m) a restaurací, kam si dojít třeba na večeři (výborný MOM Sushi hned naproti). Televizi jsme vůbec npouštěli (přijeli jsme na ubytování vždy jen přespat - byli jsme vždy celý den v centru Londýna), takže ani nevím jak to bylo s těmi ovladači na televizi. Velice dobrá dostupnost na autobusy do centra (zastávky kousek od ubytování), jízda asi půl hodiny. Nevím, vždy by se asi drobné nedostatky našly, ale celkově je to naprosto skvělé.

• Sven (10/5): Jederzeit wieder. - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Man kommt mit den Bussen jederzeit zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Restaurants und Pubs in der Nachbarschaft sind sehr empfehlenswert.

• Amanda (10/5): - I loved everything about my stay ♡ The apartment is exactly as it shows in the pictures. The host is so thoughtful and thought of everything detail. I was happily surprised to be welcomed with a basket of snacks and fridge items. Water, tea, coffee, suggar, chocolate powder were also available in addition to shampoo, conditioner, soap, outlet adapters, board games, books! Maura really thinks of everything for you to just enjoy your stay. The location is also ideal for you to easily reach the city centre by bus. Elephant and Castle tube station is nearest, but not within a walking distance. If you prefer the tube, you'll need to get a bus to get there N/A
• Theresa (8/5): Comfy and spacious - Spacious apartment in a good location. Well equipped and comfortable. The basket of breakfast items and drinks and milks in the fridge were very welcome. Better communication about how to get access and acknowledgement of our message about our expected arrival time would have been nice.
• Ana Maria (9/5): We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. - The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to public transport, making it very easy to get around London. The house was extremely well equipped and Maura was a wonderful host, leaving coffee, water and snacks for us – a fantastic welcome kit that made us feel very welcome. Everything was very well prepared and we truly enjoyed our stay. The bathroom heater makes a bit of noise when it turns on, but it did not affect the quality of the stay at all in any way.

• Tatiana (8/5): - L'alloggio non è centralissimo ma è ottimamente collegato con varie linee di autobus a breve distanza a piedi. Dopo qualche iniziale problema di comunicazione con l'host, abbiamo ritirato le chiavi in un pub proprio di fronte all'appartamento, ma non abbiamo avuto occasione di incontrarla, abbiamo comunicato tramite sms. L'appartamento è come da foto, pulitissimo e la proprietaria è stata molto gentile lasciandoci un cestino con dei prodotti per la colazione, latte e bottiglie d'acqua in frigo. La cucina ha la dotazione di base (olio, sale, caffè, the, zucchero, ecc...) per essere utilizzata senza dover acquistare nulla. Consigliatissimo !!! Il riscaldamento del bagno non è adeguato alla grandezza del locale, fa piuttosto freddo, andrebbe dimensionato meglio.

Dočekao nas je jedan paket s slatkisima, grickalicama, vodom i mlijekom. Ima sve stvari neophodne za početak boravka. Nedostajala nam je poneka deka još. Možda bude malo glasno ispod prozora zbog pubova, ali nama to nije smetalo.

• Mario (9/5): Spacious, comfortable house with great public transport and amenities - We loved the house! It is well-furnished, very spacious and comfortable. It is located a little far from the city centre, but excellent public transport made the experience even more immersive. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. A few minor drawbacks to mention: The TV remote control didn’t work and was quite damaged. The kitchen extractor hood had no duct to vent fumes outside—it was purely decorative. The bathroom radiator didn’t work, although there was a portable fan heater to warm the room before showers.

• Angela (7/5): Visit to see family - The property is lovely and very spacious. It’s not often a property supplies hair dryers in both rooms. Straighteners were available too. Good breakfast basket and plenty of milk. Maura was lovely and nothing was a bother Unfortunately the apartment was cold due to an issue with the heating. The bath which holds the shower is on a plinth which made it very high. As I have arthritis I couldn’t get in.

Ubicación muy buena, bien comunicado con varias lineas de buses. El barrio tiene muchos negocios cerca abiertos hasta tarde y no es peligroso. El apartamento genial, muy cuidado. Camas y sofá muy cómodo, baño muy amplio, todo limpio y nuevo, muy recomendable. Fuimos con dos hijos adolescentes y todos estuvimos a gusto. Nada ruidoso, caliente y acogedor. • Linda (7/5): - Close to public transport, loads of restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby. Easy to find A lovely basket of goodies on our arrival, plenty of tea, coffee and pantry staples. Further away from central London than I thought. Is a flat above a pub and across the road from another, so noisy at times. No dishwasher, not a deal breaker, but no plug or draining racks for washing dishes.

• Richard (10/5): Fantastic place to stay! - Such a lovely place to stay. Well equipped and comfortable. Super pub below and across the road too. Theos for pizza very good too. Easy to get bus back into town or anywhere in London. Lovely to have tea, coffee, milk and a bonus box with cereals, crisps and biscuits too. Highly recommend. Not a complaint, just a suggestion...as there was a heatwave when we stayed it was very hot. An additional floor fan would have been appreciated for 2nd bedroom at night.

Lots of little touches that made a stay away from home that much more Address/door number to property not displayed anywhere and no instructions on how to obtain the key to property spent an hour trying to find the right property and unable to initially contact owner. Stumbled across the pub storm bird and enquired and found where we should be. The property itself made up for the initial confusion and the owner was apologetic. Toilet seat a bit dodgy but an easy fix and didn’t spoil the stay just for the owner to be aware

• Iva (10/5): One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. - The apartment is amazing, unreal! It’s clean, modern, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with snacks, chips, juices, cookies, and most importantly, coffee, water, milk, and adapters for European chargers. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment! The only small downside is that the heating didn’t work in all rooms, and there isn’t a large mirror.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Very comfortable apartment to stay for a week. - The location suited us as it was outside the tourist area but a bus ride to anywhere in the London area. The apartment was really well stocked with a lovely hamper to greet us. The beds were really comfortable. The toilet seat was broken and a previous tenant had reported this so it hadn't been fixed.

Location is perfect because it is not a tourist place, but we have Many buses, 12 perfect to visit touristes places. You have good places where to drink a coiffé or a bier. Authentical places. The location is amazing: a lot of busses can lift you to the main points, they're many pubs, street food points, groceries nearby You should keep in mind that the flat doesn't have AC and at the same time the ventilation is not efficient as it is an old building, so it might be stuffy

• Katherine (10/5): Comfortable, tidy, stay in Camberwell, my group would happily return. - Responsive and friendly host, spacious apartment with high ceilings, everything was clean, and they left a few thoughtful goodies for us. Comfortable. For us, location was perfect with grocery, convenience, and some unexpectedly great food right there. Took the bus to the station or a destination easily. Only very minor complaints- a broken volume control on the remote, soap dispenser nozzle broken- and we did not request these be addressed or I’m sure they would have taken care of it! Prospective guests should be aware the location does mean traffic noise at all hours.

The welcome pack of goodies was excellent and the inclusion of fresh milk and drinks in the fridge was a welcomed addition for a late arrival. The linen was good quality, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. Public transport is very accessible being about 30 min from the heart of London, but we liked this reprieve. There are lots of supermarkets close by too.

Great location, too, wish we had had more time and will definitely stay again. Can’t think of anything - the property is on a busy road but noise over a weekend wasn’t excessive and didn’t disturb us.

Wonderful places to eat at good prices, just around the corner. I think there's nothing we haven't enjoyed... I had some allergies in the morning, but with the windows opened, I'd feel better quite quickly.

• Philip (9/5): Great pad in Camberwell - Spacious apartment, bright, clean & modern, huge bathroom, well stocked kitchen, including a choice of milks & a great welcome hamper with some lovely treats. Good selection of shops, convenience stores, cafes, bars & restaurants all on the doorstep or within easy walking distance. Good bus links & Denmark Hill overground station, which goes to Victoria, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away with some nice old pubs along the way. The flat is in a great, vibrant location, but its position, on a busy High Street & above a bar, can make it quite noisy if you have the windows open. During our stay, it was very hot in London but we were forced to sleep with the windows closed due to the noise, which made it very warm. Obviously, this isn't an all year round problem, but if you're staying in the summer months, I recommend closing all windows & curtains while you're out in the day to keep the heat out, but leave the bathroom window open & prop the bathroom door open to allow a breeze to blow through the flat. The bathroom doesn't get the sun & remains cool. Do the same while sleeping. There isn't a tube station nearby, but the busses are good once you've worked them out or Dennark Hill overground is walkable.
• Johnathan (9/5): Great space. - Love the layout and the space, very personable and homie without the clutter that a home has. Tye amount of light that comes in is amazing. The street noise, is too much to handle especially when an event is happening. So night times might be difficult. No cutting knives or seated knives so your limited if you plan on eating in.
• Sue (9/5): A wonderful spacious apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood with excellent access to public transport. - This is a lovely spacious well equipped apartment and we enjoyed the area as a contrast to touristy central london. Our host was responsive and friendly and we really appreciated the breakfast food and snacks left for us. Great, affordable eateries and bars to explore here. We would have liked to stay a bit longer We had been looking for something a bit closer to town and tube stations but were pleasantly surprised how easy and the buses were, direct route with the stops very close. The single beds while comfortable enough for us are more for children than tall adults.

The facilities, including a washing machine, were top notch. Tea and coffee was appreciated and the welcome pack, and breakfast items were also a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and although the apartment overlooks a busy road, the bedrooms overlook a quieter side street, so this helps when it comes to a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good and powerful. The host was welcoming and helpful. I will definitely try to book this apartment again if I need to stay in the area😀 Nothing.

• Enni (10/5): Exceptional - I spent over two weeks in this flat and loved it; it was very clean, spacious and fresh, and Maura was super friendly replying our messages promptly and being there for any needs and questions, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The flat is fully equipped with for example a bath, iron, tea & coffee etc. The location is in a lively neighborhood with a lot of small great restaurants nearby and bus stops are close to take you to central London in about half and hour. I warmly recommend this place if you are to stay out of the tourist crowds! The flat is besides quite a busy road, so if you are not a good sleeper, it's better to take earplugs with you. However, at nights it gets a bit more silent as there's not so much traffic.
