• HBK (3/5): Rhodos - Stadt hat uns gut gefallen, der Elli - Beach ist leider voll zugestellt mit Liegen. - Das Apartment befindet sich in einer guten Lage, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen und der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette in der obersten (3. Etage) eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Zuschnitt und 3 Balkone, sie ist sehr geräumig mit viel Stauraum. Außerdem möchten wir uns sehr bei Herrn Andreas bedanken, der sich in Rhodos Stadt rührend um uns gekümmert hat und uns helfend zur Seite stand. Vor einigen Jahrzehnten handelte es sich bestimmt um eine gut ausgestattete und eingerichtete Wohnung. Jedoch hat der Zahn der Zeit zum Teil stark daran genagt. Auch ist die Wohnung dem Zustand nach nicht gut gepflegt worden. Besonders abstoßend fanden wir die Duschwanne und Duschabtrennung aus Plastik im Bad in der oberen Etage, die wir deshalb auch nicht genutzt haben, total versüfft und abgängig. Wir mussten daher in der zu akzeptierenden Badewanne in der unteren Etage stehend mit der Handdusche mit einem schwachen Wasserstrahl duschen. Die Toilette in diesem Bad ist ebenfalls versüfft. Außerdem mussten wir hier zunächst , um es nutzbar zu machen, die Badewanne und das Waschbecken reinigen, waren dreckig. Wir haben uns eine neue WC-Bürste gekauft, trauten uns nicht, die vorhandenen anzufassen. Der Haarfön ist verbeult und total pekig, versüfft, kann man nicht anfassen, sahen uns daher gezwungen, einen neuen zu kaufen. Die Fernbedienungen für die Klimaanlagen und den Fernseher waren pekig, wir mussten sie erst einmal reinigen, um nicht daran festzukleben. Auch Klinken, Küchenschrank- und andere Schrankgriffe bzw. Knöpfe waren pekig. Die Dunstabzugshaube ist versüfft und auch das Ceranfeld ist kein schöner Anblick. Die beiden in die Jahre gekommenen Sofas sind durchgesessen und wurden mit einem simplen Stoffbezug überzogen. Ebenso die Esstischstühle. Nach kurzer Zeit auf dem Stuhl sitzend verrutscht dieser Bezug und man sieht die darunter befindliche dreckige mit Farbe o.ä. verschmierte Sitzfläche. Der auch in die Jahre gekommene Esstisch ist an einem Tischbein unten mit Packband umwickelt worden. Das W-LAN ist instabil. Die beiden französischen Betten sind in Ordnung, wohl auch noch nicht ganz so alt. Hier stehen ein paar neue Kleinmöbel. Das Etagenbett haben wir nicht benutzt. Den Balkontisch und die Stühle mussten wir ebenfalls reinigen. Aus den vorgenannten Gründen halten wir das Apartment nicht für empfehlenswert.

• Izabella (10/5): Było super :) - Ładny widok z balkonów, było ich aż 3. Bardzo wygodne, duże łóżka. Lokalizacja super, piechotą do starego miasta ok 8 min, do najbliższej plaży około 15 min. Bardzo blisko (ok 5min) duży, dobrze zaopatrzony sklep , troszkę dalej mniejszy sklep czynny do późnych godzin. Niedaleko knajpka z pysznymi pitami (Doctor’s) . Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, odbiór kluczy bez problemów. Dziękujemy za podróżnicze porady :) żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka i suszarka do włosów, toster, pralka, zmywarka też były. Dużo ręczników. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów. Wszystko na duży plus, polecam serdecznie i pozdrawiam! Nie ma takiej rzeczy :)

The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location was great, close to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. Additionally, the apartment was located in a peaceful building and in a quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the beautiful island. The calm surroundings really added to the overall experience, making my stay in Rhodes even more enjoyable.
• Elessa (10/5): Amazing family holiday - The property was amazing and quite large with an upstairs bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was fully serviced which was great for cooking meals / snacks. The facilities were very modern and the balcony views of the marina / port were amazing. Washing machine was a plus. The communication was fantastic and easy. The neighbours were very friendly with the benefit of an exceptional bathers shop across the street and an incredible tasting “souvla” bbq restaurant 5 mins away. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Nothing
