• Francesca (9/5): - La posizione è ideale, tra Rialto e San Marco ma in una delle poche vie senza passaggio di persone e con una bellissima vista sul canale. La casa è fornita di tutto quello che occorre per una visita di tre/quattro giorni. Vicino anche uno dei pochi supermercati. Io e i miei due bambini molto felici.

• Григорий (6/5): - местоположение!!!! работала стиральная машина до ночи, пока сами не отключили! мебель и ремонт конечно, как у бабушки в СССР. но при хорошем настроении, на все можно закрыть глаза.
• David (4/5): Loved our short stay in Venice, great location but the room needs a makeover. - Central location, overlooking the canal. Very old fashioned..mould on the walls. Badly Needs updating..tumble drier was leaking water everywhere..!!
• Gilles (10/5): A refaire - A proximité de la place Saint Marc, vu sur un canal, un régal vénissian. On est plongé dans l'ambiance de cette magnifique ville. Je conseille fortement. Le logeur est très réactif et c'est très appréciable. La gestion des ordures, avec des passages certains matins selon les déchets, et pas (ou très peu) de poubelles publiques. C'est une organisation particulière qui mérite plus d'explications. Mais en aucun cas cela nous a gâché le séjour.

Tiene cocina y lavadora, incluso una secadora que fue un punto sensacional a favor porque fuimos en invierno El mobiliario y el baño podrían estar mejor, pero igual sólo estábamos para dormir y la cama estaba muy bien para descansar. En relación calidad precio es perfecto!

• Zeynep (6/5): - Evin içindeki olanaklar iyiydi. Ev eskiydi. Asansör yoktu ve valizlerle 3 kat çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Ev temiz değildi. Çamaşır makinasından su gelip duruyordu. Ev kanal manzaralı ama bulunduğu sokak çok tenha ve kanal çok arkada bir yerde.
• Clifford (10/5): very comfortable and central historical location - the owner was so helpful and patient with us. She even allowed us to change our minds in the last minute in the check out moment and she helped us with all directions and needs, also with the central heating.

• Giuseppe (8/5): - La casa è molto semplice ma centralissima e molto comoda. Abbiamo pranzato in caso e avevamo tutto quello che ci serviva. Sicuramente si tratta di una sistemazione tranquilla, ma secondo me ne vale la pena. Abbasserei di poco il prezzo, questo è giustificato sicuramente dalla posizione centrale, però per il tipo di casa avrei pagato qualcosina in meno.

• Aaron (8/5): Very good - The location is stunning. Had no issue locating the keys or the apartment. The bed was comfortable and large. Communication was really good. Apartment is basic but really good value for where it's located. I would stay again. It is on the second floor without a lift so if you're not good with stairs it's not for you but the view is worth it. Internet easy to get on to. So the apartment is tired and could do with a refresh. The sofa bed desperately needs to be changed to something comfortable and safe. The kitchen could do with more utensils and a coffee pot with a handle. Shower is small (not an issue for me but might be for some). Could have been a little cleaner. With not much money spending and more attention to detail this could be a really special place.
• Kimberley (8/5): Very good - Very good location and the apartment was significantly bigger than expected which was great. The shower was very small and the apartment wasn’t perfectly clean. We had to rewash all the dishes as they were pretty bad.
• Karen (8/5): Nice view - Nice location and great view apartment was open and not 2 bedroom as stated as we were friends sharing we didn't have privacy No teatowels to dry dishes no instructions for WiFi at all and very tricky to find was a hassle to get the other key elsewhere with luggage ect we got lost sofa bed was very uncomfortable
• Judith (7/5): Good but with few bumps that hit hard. - The Location is ideal, as it is in the middle of everything. Close to the port, it was easy to go back mainland. The location of the key, they give you the information and location which is totally different to where they will be found. you have to communicate with them at least three times for them to give you the correct location. Also no trash location, people left it around the stairs.
• Phil (8/5): The property had everything we needed, great location and view. - The keys were hard to find but Venice is a maze anyway. Would have been easier if the keyswere at the property. The stairs with two fairly heavy suitcases.
• Kaili (3/5): Pictures exaggerate the marginal niceness of this apartment. No AC even though it’s in a picture. The paint is old, the - Location and wi-fi were only saving grace. Dirty. Hot. Mold. Bugs. No toiletries as advertised. Uncomfortable beds. Kitchen did not have any seasonings or basics. Old dusty fans do not keep help much.
• Mscb (4/5): Good location pity about the Property - The view and location were very good. It did not take long to get to about. Also it was fairly close to main amenities. The property really was dated and tired in desperate need of repainting. The electrics left a lot to be desired and the so called shower was a small cupboard that you squeezed into with rust on the handle bar.- in need of retiling. The air-conditioning did not work as was apparent by the amount of dust on the air-conditioning unit. The two fans provided were of marginal assistance. Inside the tumble dryer was an unfinished load and the water collector was partially full and required emptying. The gas ignition button is prone to get stuck or slowly spontaneously self depress which woke us up on the second night. We would not recommend this property despite the views
• Olesia (6/5): We rented an apartment for only 1 night, at a price of 130e. for the purpose of spending the night, the apartment is sui - unique location, old building, beautiful view from the window the apartment has great potential! in order to get good reviews, I would recommend: 1) buying basic products for the apartment, such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea. this is something that is inexpensive, but it is very inconvenient for a tourist to buy for one night. 2) adding shampoo and shower gel to the bathroom (now there is ONLY gel for intimate hygiene). 3) repairing the door in the kitchen set 4) changing the tablecloth on the table 5) adding modern paintings. after this, living in the apartment will be more pleasant, and the reviews will not be so terrible

• Karen (3/5): I would not stay here again. - Washer & dryer The apartment was covered in scaffolding and we were not warned about this. We could not see out of the windows. The room did not look like the photos on the website. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
• Melissa (2/5): I’m upset we were not told of the construction work in advance as we paid 307 Euro/$327 USD for what was supposed to - The location was central to shopping and restaurants. The twin bed was broken and couldn’t be sat on or layed on so we had to share one bed; the shower curtain rod was broken and kept falling down in the bathroom; we were not notified the space was on the 3rd floor and we’d be carrying everything up and down 46 stairs; we were not notified that there would be construction occurring every day from 8am to 4pm with banging all day long; we had no view of the canal or the bridge because of the scaffolding and plastic up against the windows; and there was no airflow into this 3rd floor apartment because of the construction. There were only 3 available working power outlets for electricity in the apartment, 2 of which were used up by lamps on either side of the master bed Leaving only one in the kitchen.The bathroom was musty and smelled of mildew. The photos on the booking app are incredibly misleading as the apartment currently is very run down. I wish we had taken more pictures to show just how run down it is.
• Alicja (4/5): great location but very low standard apartament. - Great location The apartment is very basic with questionable cleanness and equipment. The bed smell in the bathroom was very intense and cleanness of bathroom was poor. The flat was advertised as one bedroom apartment but in reality it was just one large room divided by wardrobe. I wish I knew that before booking to spend time with co-worker there. The single bed in so called living room was completely collapsed, there was mould just above this bed. There was not appliances in the kitchen apart from single stovetop espresso maker. It was tricky to fund the locker with keys late in the evening, the way this accommodation is presented is very misleading and very disappointing.

• Attila (2/5): Very poor - The accommodation is difficult to find, and its location inside the house is not clear either. The accommodation's furniture and kitchen utensils are not clean. The bed in the living room is poorly constructed and needs repair. The wall under the window is moldy. There is no directly available information about wifi at the accommodation.
• Rosanna (1/5): No Check in - This property had a terrible check in process. Lockbox located in a different location to property. Lockbox was broken and key inside came broken so they were unable to cater for our stay and we were forced to cancel All the Above.

Door not lockable, Wifi not accessible, bed sheats and towels wet in the dryer, bathroom smelled like sewage, no coffee machine (even though it was announced)... We consider it quite costly for what we found.
