• Spinelli (9/5): Weekend a Napoli - L'appartamento è in centro per cui comodissimo per spostarsi a piedi. La dimensione è sopra la media, spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Lo staff gentilissimo, in particolare Enzo che si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile.

• Tommaso (7/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione è ottima e il proprietario disponibile. C’è il self-check in che permette molta flessibilità nell’orario di arrivo. Purtroppo la pulizia non era al massimo e anche la cura delle docce andrebbe un po’ rivista.

• Gloria (8/5): A great value for money flat for big groups in the city center of Naples - The flat was very spacious with three bathrooms, nice living room and located in the Quartieri Spagnoli area so pretty central. Towels were provided by staff The flat wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t much toilet paper
• Keith (10/5): Ideal location to discover Naples. - Perfect location to discover Naples; just off the busy Via Toledo, just a five minute walk to Piazza Plebiscito and ten minutes to the Waterfront. Ideal for a family or a group - and even though the area is relatively busy, the building itself is quiet and tranquil. Owner was helpful and responsive to our needs.
• Scott (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend. - This was such a great location; quite literally nearby everything you'd want to do and see while visiting Naples. Aside from that, we never felt unsafe walking around the immediate area at any point in time (day or night). In fact, the area of town is where you'll find lots of high-end stores and boutiques, as well as the Galleria and Opera House. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and perfect for our group of six. And the host was incredibly accommodating. I could not recommend this location any more than I am now--it is a must stay if you are visiting Naples! Thank you for hosting us! I have nothing bad to say about this location.

• M (7/5): Good - Fantastic location in the heart of Naples - bars, restaurants, motorbikes - we all loved the bustling city life. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Really responsive host. Bedding and kitchen area all very clean. We were able to get into the property early and leave luggage later on the day we left which was incredibly useful for us. Floors could have been cleaner - not sure they had been mopped. Washing machine didn’t work properly. Could have done with an extra sofa or chair in the seating area given how many people were able to stay there.
• Tracy (5/5): Do your due diligence with owner pre- commitment. - With some owner attention this could be a stellar rental. Ad it was we were met with a wet floor due to freezer doo being open, one kitchen towel to clean up water, a kitchen with one knife and dirty pans, ashower door that did not function, a lock box that was broken resulting in one set of keys with a party of six.The owner, while responsive did not give sufficient info prior to arrival about cars and location being ..impossible for cars. I take responsibility for assuming rather than asking more ???...but as an an bnb owner. I know how important incoming info is. It is hard to dis someone who is open enough to.put their property up for vacation rental: but this one needs work before it should be tented again. Also: no notice about one of the beds being in a loft with an almost vertical ladder... The owner was open to my comments and if the repairs and updates were completed I would consider renting again ad the location..if you live Napoli noise is stellar.
