- Angela (5/5): I wouldn’t recommend it - Location was good Communication with the property staff terrible right from the start to finish. We were at the airport for nearly 2 hours (after a 16 hour flight) trying to find out the address (one on the website is wrong) and location of key.
The apartment had mice.
Had to go through PayPal to get my security deposit back as they didn’t refund it or reply to my messages or email.

- Paweł (9/5): I’d highly recommend Midtown Luxe to anyone visiting New York who wants both location & convenience - The location in Midtown is hard to beat — close to Times Square, Bryant Park, and public transit, which made it easy to explore the rest of Manhattan.
- Ciara (5/5): We loved the property for its cleanliness and location, but still haven’t received our $350 refund despite multiple atte - We stayed at this property in New York in August 2025 and overall, the experience was great at first. The place was clean, tidy, and in a perfect location. Unfortunately, the post-stay experience has been extremely disappointing.
I was due to receive a $350 deposit refund within 8–14 business days after check-out, but despite numerous attempts to contact the property, nothing has been actioned since. The property was left in perfect condition, the same as we found it. This lack of communication and failure to process the refund has really soured what could have been a perfect experience.
If you’re considering booking here, be cautious and ensure you have everything in writing, as getting your money back is a struggle.
- Cathy (7/5): Good - They were very flexible with our arrival. The unit itself was great. Had all working appliances including washing machine and dryer. Main bed was only a double but bigger would have made room too small. There was a cupboard but it had stuff in it which meant there was nowhere for our luggage except in the lounge room. There is a cafe downstairs which is handy but deliveries were made at 4 in the morning and took half an hour with the driver having his music in the van up really loud and refused to turn it down. There was also an automotive workshop a few doors down who used their rattle gun all night. The garbage truck came every night but wasn't too loud. Some double glazed windows would have made this stay much much better. The location advertised on Bookings is not accurate and instead of being close to the subway it was three long blocks and 2 short blocks the other direction so not close to transport.

- Loretta (1/5): We could not stay except to sleep. We could not eat there and we could not sit down there. - Nothing Noisy location, bugs, dirty dishes, hair in shower drain, fridge not working (had to throw out the food we bought). Toilet not working properly, then stopped working completely. Took 12 hours for handyman to come and fix it. He refused to fix the fridge. Contact person for the property was very slow to respond to messages.
