Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- Alison (8/5): Great as always. We've stayed here several times. - Level, single storey easy access property. Great for the dog. Super comfortable beds. Good facilities. Just for my physical needs, a comfortable, higher lounge chair with arms as I couldn't sit on the couches.

- Robert (10/5): Absolutely wonderful! - Absolutely everything. This is such a great house for kids and pets. It’s close to Cowes and Penguins. Extremely clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a short or long stay.

- Clarisse (8/5): It was good as we are in and out of the property during our stay. We basically just rented the property to sleep. - The backyard was so big. Beds are good size to accommodate 7 people. Appliances that we used are all working. There are some stains on few pillows. We hesitated to use the kettle and pots as they were either stained or dirty. Front security screen won’t lock from the outside when using the key.

- Alison (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rebook in the future or recommend the house - Welcoming feel to the house, well equipped, great garden and pet friendly. Easy access and parking. The beds were particularly comfortable and it was well worth the extra fee to have the beds made up with linen and towels provided. Good airconditioner and ceiling fans which were necessary as it was quite warm inside. As an older person I personally found the lounge furniture very low and difficult to get up from, but for the younger members of the family this was not an issue.

The house had many other kitchen implements like Airfryer, coffee maker and other things. Could not have asked for anymore. Cant think of any negatives.

- Brittany (9/5): Superb - The home was warm and cosy and very inviting. Everything was easily accessible and perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. The only issue we found was when we moved the ottoman we found used chewed icypole sticks. Also the fragrance was extremely strong which gave my husband a migraine.
- Stacey (8/5): Fantastic - A wonderful pet-friendly getaway. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay, the house had absolutely everything we needed including super comfy beds! The yard is huge and secure, perfect for a getaway with a fur baby. Good location as long as you have a car. Not within walking distance of much but a short drive to the dog beach at Ventnor, shops at Cowes or family friendly beach at Smith's. We look forward to coming back :) Need to be aware that you will need to drive to get anywhere as it's not within walking distance of anything. Nice quiet court though. The air fresheners in the bathrooms/toilet and master bedroom were very overpowering, something a bit more subtle would be great as we had to put them outside as they were so strong.
