• Kay (1/5): Note to self! DO NOT BOOK AGAIN - Been greeted with the smell of curry. Where to start!! Booked a DELUXE ROOM 🤗 Stayed in room 1 🤨 a basic, filthy & cold room table lamp shade was fixed with sellotape around the top (fire hazard) bed was uncomfortable, blinds were broke. Greeted by a slug in the toilet/shower room. I think we were in the room for a total of 20 min ish before we left. Couldn't be arsed to even go complain 😴

• Tariq (8/5): - The location was very good. It was 30 minutes walk to the Town. The property is in a lovely quiet street with plenty of parking.. The bed was awful. It was too low and the mattress was not comfortable. The pillows were flat as a pan cake. I had to put my clothes under the pillow to make myself a pillow. I might as well just slept on the bed without pillows. The pillows were just too flat.

• Nathan (1/5): Dreadful - There was absolutely nothing to like unfortunately The room was not as described, definitely not a deluxe room. The room was very dirty with used tissues down the side and back of the bed, the carpet and walls were also dirty and the bedding and room smelled damp. The room was poorly maintained and was not clean the electrical work was very low standard. One window was sealed up with silicone so only the one side could be opened. The garden view that I was supposed to have was nothing more than a small patch of overgrown grass full of rubbish. There was definitely no balcony as described. The shower was small and dirty. The shared kitchen was absolutely filthy and the back door was blocked with rubbish and ladders, and I have no idea were the supposed private pool is because as it turned out this was not a lodge with balconies and private pool with deluxe rooms but in fact somebody’s house very badly converted into accommodation and I use accommodation very loosely. I had taken photos to show both the accommodation owners and the booking agent and requested a refund. The booking agents keep advising that I speak to the accommodation owner directly of which I have done but they will not speak to me about this and the booking agents still have not got back to me even though it says they will within 24 hours, that was in September so all in all a very bad experience from both the booking agents and the accommodation owner. I would strongly recommend finding accommodation elsewhere.

• Obed (1/5): Awful. Won’t recommend for that price - Car park The bedsheets were unclean and unwashed with foul odour. Pillow cases had hairs of previous occupants all over it. The washroom had a soggy smell. Two used T roll were left for me to use. Sink was too small to brush and rinse your mouth comfortably.

My room room two is not tidy. the room needs wovver and the toilet floor was hurrible. The foot mart was soaked with water and the floor has tissue particles evry where.

The room was an absolute waist of money and I feel that we deserve a refund and that booking .com should look into this and no longer advertise theses rooms .
