• Camilla (8/5): Always an easy, comfortable stay here - Check in is always super easy and team go out of their way to make is a smooth experience. Plenty of towels in room, bedding is comfortable, plenty of parking on site. On site restaurant, pool (although weather a little cool to be able to use this time) and golf facilities all good. Minor thing - bigger sofa lounge and a pod coffee machine would be awesome.
• Julie (8/5): Ideal location, spacious and clean - This unit proved an ideal base to day visit other towns in the region such as Bunbury, Busselton, and Mandurah. The Fergusson Valley and Gnomeville were an unexpected surprise. Nearby Eaton was only a couple of kilometers away and had a great shopping centre with supermarkets and numerous fast food outlets. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. The stairs to the bedrooms could be a problem for the physically challenged and people with very young children. The kitchen is pretty small.

A few more items in the kitchen would've been great. Fir example some serving bowls to hold salad & food, a colander to strain rice, a grater & a few containers to store stuff in fridge. The communal spa needs some work as flooring is badly cracked & peeling which could cause injury to feet

• Colin (10/5): Glad we stayed here instead of where we were supposed to be - Everything from the meet and greet to the little touches in the room like the plants and pictures made this feel more like a home stay than a hotel. Even down to the side table had a wireless phone charger built in.. It was very comfortable, the location is great for access to the South West and the view from the room is lively. Our host made sure everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back. The only thing the room needed was a dustpan and brush :-) This was only since we like to leave the room in the condition we found it (which was excellent), and we'd been at some horses for the day, and we'd bought in some straw on our shoes. Otherwise, everything was perfect

• Dave (6/5): Nice, quiet getaway. - Host was super friendly and gave us a detailed tour of the room. Nice location, close to Bunbury & Australind for meals and activities. Nice views overlooking the course and lake, had fun playing on the driving range. Pillows were very thin and unconfutable but other than that the room was nice. TV was off-centre to the bed, not a huge problem but just kind of bugged me a bit.

Then he guided us to our unit and gave us the run done of everything in the unit and the other facilities at the complex. Our room opened directly onto the golf course!

My husband thought it was perfect!

The common area Pool should have some mechanism to be made warm as it was slightly cold outdoors. Also, additional guiding instructions be placed inside the room for any specific things like Turning on/off, heating/cooling etc.

The property was perfect for our needs, clean, functional and spacious. It was fabulous to be able to have coffee outside and overlook the golf course. After a long day out, very nice to be able to order food from the connecting restaurant and take back to our room. Close to some shops which allowed us to grab some groceries upon our late arrival. A really nice place to stay. Only very tiny things, maybe some different pillows. They were all really soft and please fill the salt and pepper shakers !! Other than that, everything was thought of, we were really really comfortable and appreciative of the stay.

• Pollard (9/5): Superb - Lovely facilities! Tim was incredibly helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming! Check in system was a little odd, having to do a meet and greet, however was not a big issue for us.

• Chantelle (10/5): Absolutely Amazing! - We loved everything. Jim was amazing. The communication with him was smooth and knowledgeable. He meet us and showed us through our accommodation, which was actually a really nice touch to the check in process. We loved bumping into him around the complex during our stay. The accommodation itself was more than we expected. Our kids have now dubbed it the white house away from home. We can't wait to come down again. The extra attention to detail was amazing. Even the simplest things like a range of different types of pillows. Everyone found a pillow that suited their preference. The beds themselves were so comfortable, and made for great night sleep. The extra towels on hand was more than efficient for the amount of days we were there. The WiFi connection was great for us all to tap into and use our own devices. We experience phone issues down in that area, but with the wifi we could use other means to contact family and friends through the wifi. The TV having Google Chrome was a great plus for the kids to tap into to watch their TV shows when they needed some down time. The pool was amazing and kept very clean and the spa within the pool was a great addition on the colder days, and could still enjoy by the pool vibes. The staff were so friendly, all so happy to stop and say hello. Ample parking for all guest to utilise. The grounds were kept clean and crisp. Honestly I could go on. We thank Jim and The Bunbury Stays staff for everything. We look forward in seeing you all again. We loved everything 💜
• Idt (9/5): We'll be back :) - Always love staying at the golf resort - first time we've used Bunbury Stay for the accommodation though. Having some of the 'extras'- a few more than usual tea bags, complimentary biscuits ( for the peckish, between meals moments!), bottled water was much appreciated. A suggestion rather than 'not like' - perhaps a bedside reading light in the second bedroom would be useful. Know you're most likely to have children in that room but our adult daughter would have appreciated having a light next to the bed.
