• nicola (10/5): Old Town gem, would recommend, stop scrolling and book. - The apartment was airy, light and spacious. With the additional balcony and private terrace, plus a walk in wardrobe. It was perfect for our family of 3 trip to Puerto del Carmen. Location is perfect, a few steps away from all the bars and restaurants in old town. Nothing I would 100% return.

• ROSEMARY (9/5): Very enjoyable and would recommend to others. - The location was perfect for us. The apartment was very bright and spacious with a good modern specification. There wasn't an oven which we didn't realise until we bought a pizza, so found it difficult to cook. Also there wasn't a safe, which when travelling with various currencies and passports I think is essential, otherwise I'd have marked a 10.

Very home from home. Nothing negative for us. Maybe if you’re not good with steps it wouldn’t be suitable for you.

• Zoe (9/5): Lovely clean apartment in the centre of everything, Amazing host Christi - Lovely clean apartment with 2 outdoor seating areas. Great location for restaurants and bars, and very close to a supermarket and cash machines. 3 minute walk to the old harbour and only a 19 minute walk to 3 wonderful beaches. The Noise from the people passing and Irish bar noise at night time can get quite loud.

• Micheal (10/5): - Stayed for 5 nights break away. The apartment was fab, so clean and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, old town literally outside your door and the strip 10 minutes of a walk. Will definitely return.

• STEFANO (10/5): - Soggiorno grandioso nella meravigliosa Lanzarote. La casa era semplicemente stupenda, dotata davvero di ogni comfort possibile, e davvero pulita. Cristi davvero è stata una super host, disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni pub e ristoranti dove poter cenare o bere qualcosa. Consigliato davvero!

• Eamonline (10/5): Loved it. Best accommodation I've had yet in PdC. Would definitely book again. - Excellent accommodation. Well furnished and finished - Modern and clean -Well stocked. Spacious and quiet. Wonderful location in old town. Overall a highly recommended place to stay when in PdC So the stairs up into the apartment were a little steep....no issue for me personally, and obviously nothing can be done about it, but just worth bearing in mind for anyone with any significant mobility issues

So comfortable, fabulous bed, 2 balconies, 1 at back and 1 at front for people watching and views. Very peaceful too, couldn't hear anything when front balcony door shut. Very private, no onlookers. Close to all our favourite restaurants and bars and great walks and easy to catch bus to other places. One of the best places we've stayed at, couldn't fault the place and Crista is just great too, if you have any queries. Can't fault the place at all
• Janice (10/5): Lovely Christmas stay - We were lucky to stay in this apartment in Lanzarote over Christmas The apt was very clean , comfortable and spacious. It was centrally situated for all the bars and restaurants in old town along with supermarkets , taxis ,buses etc within a short walking distance. Because it in the hub of the activity, it does experience some street noise at the front of the apt. but the rear of the apt where the bedroom and rear terrace are located are quiet and relaxing. The apt is well equipped for a short or medium stay with hob, microwave with a grill option, kettle Dolce gusto coffee maker, a large fridge/freezer and a dish washer. There is air con in the bedroom. A walk in shower with a powerful dual shower. it has nice decor throughout. there is a dressing room / luggage storage area . Also a washing machine and drying rack on the rear terrace. Wifi is good and there is 2 wide screen smart tv s. Cristi is a very good host. She is very easy to contact and responds quickly. She also contacted part way through our stay to check we were ok with everything We stayed at Xmas and the apt had been decorated with some xmas decor and lights, also some chocolates and snacks were also left along with some bottled water which was very nice when we arrived.. We would stay at this accommodation again We didnt find any faults with this apt. It would benefit with the addition of a safe deposit box, even though i thought the apt was safe and secure to stay in .

• Robert (10/5): Casa Lorenzo ☆☆☆☆☆ star - everything: the apartment was amazing plenty space throught, the host host Cristi was always on hand for any enquiries and prompt reply. the rear balcony gave sunshine from 9.30 am until about 2 pm, the front balcony got sunshine from 2pm until sunset so sun from morning to night. Apartment had all the facilities required, cleaning carried out weekly and bedding change also weekly, Right in the centre of the old town and 2 minutes walk to the harbour and a 10 minute walk to Playa Grande beach and Puerto Del Carmen, superb location. We stayed here for 4 weeks and loved every minute of it. We will be going back for sure, if you are looking for a 1 bed apt with sofa in lounge this is the place for you. restaurants,shops,supermarket all within 5 mins walk. Also air con in bedroom was superb as temperature was 25/28 degrees for the 4 weeks of our holiday. ps also has 2 x 50 inch wall mounted tv in lounge and bedroom Robert & Mary I honestly have no negatives re the apartment only minus point was leaving it.

• Mike (10/5): Fantastic modern apartment in a great location with a host who is happy to help if needed. - The apartment was really modern and much larger than expected. There are front and rear balconies, great shower room, separate bedroom and a wardrobe room so you can keep all your clothes and bags out of the way. Good sized Lounge/ diner/ kitchen with a comfy sofa and large TV. Location is right the middle of old town and an easy walk from lots of bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed very much with my partner. The flat is new and big size with 2 terraces. Thanks 😊 Little Cheaper can be the price. All otherwise was good.
• Olasz (9/5): GORGEOUS apartment and pleasant host! - Had a 4 night stay at Casa Lorenzo. Firstly, the host, Cristi deserves a 100 out of 10! She was super helpful even prior to our stay when I had some issues with the booking. She met us the night we checked in in the apartment and she was super friendly. She also messaged me to recommend a few restaurants in the area, which were all impeccable. She even organised a taxi pickup for us to the airport on the day of our departure. The apartment itself is brand new and HUGE! The aesthetic is gorgeous and it is clean. They have everything you need for a short or even a longer stay: iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee machine with pods ready, selection of teas, toaster, plenty of pots and pans, 2 TVs - they even put a few snacks on the table for our welcome! I also loved the two balconies, one at the front and one at the back. The only thing I have to say is that the mattress on the bed is quite hard. Me and my partner had a really tough time getting comfortable, we didn’t sleep well, but this is completely personal preference!!

You got the morning and evening sun as there is a balcony in the front and area in the back. It's a bit noisy if you stay on the couch but in the bedroom you can't hear anything
