• Almuvm (9/5): - Me gustó mucho toda la casa, la terraza, la cocina tan equipada... Está en un pueblo muy bien conectado y cerca de muchos servicios. A veces se pueden escuchar algunos ruidos por ser un bajo.

• francisco (10/5): Absolutamente perfecto - Aciertazo, el apartamento en si y el trato recibido, un 10, pero además el detallazo de dejarte allí una neverita de playa, sombrilla y todo lo que puedas necesitar se agradece un montón, hemos estado súper a gusto, tan cómodos como en casa.

• Romero (8/5): Buen sitio para veranear, solo hace falta mejorar la limpieza. - El barrio es tranquilo, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos sombrilla y toallas de playa. Nos gustó que el apartamento estuviera en un sitio accesible al transporte, muy cerca de sitios turísticos. Es un apartamento grande y bonito para ir con tu pareja o familia. Había un gran problema con las cucarachas, vimos una cada día que estuvimos, paseaban por el comedor mientras cenábamos y se metían en las cortinas. Por la calle también había muchas, por lo que entendemos que vinieran de la calle, pero igualmente era muy molesto y nos generó mucha incomodidad. Además, sobre el tema de la limpieza, las ollas, el horno, sartenes y vasos olían muy mal.
• Patrick (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité/prix - Situé dans une rue calme, à proximité des commerces et de la plage, cet appartement d'une propreté rigoureuse, très confortable et bien équipé nous a vraiment séduit. Il est assez facile de garer gratuitement un véhicule dans les rues du quartier. La terrasse avec son barbecue est idéale pour les repas. L'exploitant, convivial et efficace, est très bien organisé et facilement joignable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La proximité de l'aéroport, donc du bruit des avions, se ressent incontestablement. Mais comme vous serez peu dans l'appartement ce ne sera pas vraiment un problème
• Alan (10/5): Lovely apartment with all facilities that we needed! - We loved the location in a residential area, easy walk to beach and buses. Apartment lovely and clean, spacious. We worked while here and the wifi was excellent. Full kitchen facilities and all the equipment you would need for own cooking. Fans in rooms and air conditioning in living room too. The outdoor space was private and shaded.

• Marjorie (9/5): Great apartment with many useful features! - This is a really well - planned apartment with a lot of nice touches. The living room is comfy, it has a spacious terrace and a well organised kitchen with many useful features. The items for kitchen use are good quality and plentiful. The bedrooms are well ventilated and spacious withots of storage. Beds are very comfortable, maybe single beds are a little small for large adults. Good TV service with Netflix, great security. Coffee machine that did not accept locally available capsules. Everything else very good.
• Alan (10/5): Absolutely superb property in a fantastic location. - We loved the facilities, location and cleanliness of the property. Easy accessible to all that Playa honda has to offer as well as bus stops to explore the island. Communication with the host was superb and overall was an absolutely superb stay in my favourite resort in Lanzarote. Nothing. We loved everything.
• Eleanor (9/5): Well presented comfortable flat. - The apartment was excellent. It was very comfortable, very well appointed and very clean. The apartment was very spacious and well kept. There was a nice shaded outdoor space for breakfast and dinner. The outdoor space was really nice for eating unfortunately there were no comfortable chairs for sitting to relax or read. The only other issue I would find with this apartment was the noise. It was very central in Playa Honda and there was a lot of passing traffic noise. As it’s in a residential area there was also a lot of noise from upstairs neighbours which sometimes went on till 1 am! This was really a pity as we had come for a restful break after my husband had been ill.

Secure, safe, homely, comfortable, clean, spacious, filtered drinking water, air con and ceiling fans, super thoughtful lighting, lovely and quiet sun terrace, storage space, utility area, close proximity to cafes, beach, bus stops, bicycle hire and supermarkets, and friendly neighbours. I stayed here for a month and remotely worked for some of that time without any wifi issues. Superb value. I have stayed in Lanzarote many times and took a chance with this property and let Booking's rating and the reviews guide me, and I'm so glad I did. You cannot get the feel of a place from its photos. There was no ordinary 'welcome pack' often mentioned in reviews. This property's welcome pack was a 'wecolme package' consisting of all the finer details, care and attention one needs in order to feel 'welcome', and I felt very welcome. • Mary (10/5): Exceptional - 5 star accommodation. Decorated to a very high standard, comfortable beds, spacious, large flat screen TV with Netflix in English which was a bonus. Large supermarket nearby, quite area. Nothing we walked to Porto del Carmen and got bus back very cheap 1.40 euro..
