Andreas (9/5): Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub - Die Aussicht auf den Skihang war super und das drum herum Wir hatten leider nur Tschechischen Fernseh - und Radioempfang , es bestand keinerlei Möglichkeit dieses zu Ändern um deutschsprachige Sendungen zu empfangen, gerade für Kinder .

Markus (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - (4 Erwachsene zu Ostern 2026 - Kurzurlaub) Ausstattung: 1 Parkplatz pro Wohnung direkt vor dem Haus gemütliche Einrichtung toller Ausblick viele Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar (Aquarium, Bergwerk, Museen,...) sehr sauber (bis auf Kleinigkeiten - siehe unten) Betten komfortabel, für Seitenschläfer evtl. etwas hart, ein Doppelbett im 1. Schlafzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer (App. Nr. 5 im 2. OG) Waschmaschine vorhanden Dusche schön groß Küchen Ausstattung ist ausreichend (siehe unten) 4 große und 3 kleine Handtücher bei 4 Personen, Bettwäsche, 1 Geschirrtuch, 4 Spülmaschinentabs, 2 Kaffeekapseln, Handseife, Spülmittel, Spülschwamm, Spültuch und 5 Rollen Toilettenpapier wurden zur Verfügung gestellt W-LAN ist schnell Wohnung war gut beheizt Sauberkeit: Fläche hinter Kochfeld, Platzsets, alle Spiegel, Türblätter, Schranktüren, Spülmaschinentüre innen, Bettgestell, Halter Klobürste und Fenster sind nicht gereinigt, aber das trübt den sauberen Rest der Wohnung auf keinen Fall Küche: keine speziellen Gerätschaften wie Schneebesen, großes Sieb, größere Schüssel, Topflappen usw. vorhanden, nur 2 Kaffeekapseln für 4 Personen Sofa hat Platz für max. 3 Erwachsene Wind: durch die Höhe der Wohnung zwar toller Ausblick, aber auch viel Wind (Geräusche) Zufahrt: sehr steil, viele Schlaglöcher keine Möglichkeit, E-Autos zu laden in unmittelbarer Nähe

Teils fehlende Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien. Keine Suppenkelle. 15 Suppenlöffel aber nur 5 Messer (bei einem 6er Appartement) Zweiter Fön im zweiten Bad wäre nett

Max (6/5): - Gute Lage, unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Küche gut ausgestattet. Eigener Skiabstellraum im Keller. Wir hatten Bettwanzen in den Schlafzimmern und die Unterkunft reagierte nicht auf unseren Hinweis. Mehrere Reisende hatten Bisse und wir haben die Bettwanzen auch fotografiert. Die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten.

B. Stehlampe) - fehlender Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken - Nespresso-Maschine (teure Umweltverschmutzung) statt einfache Filtermaschine oder Vollautomat - Mülleimer Tretfunktion defekt - Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nur langsam ab Das sind insgesamt nur Kleinigkeiten, welchen den Aufenthalt in der sonst sehr schönen Wohnung nicht weiter trüben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

czapski (9/5): - Lokalizacja, standard, komfort, wielkość, spokój w lecie, infrastruktura w pobliżu, atrakcje w pobliżu. Mogłoby być czyściej, obsługa też mogłaby być milsza. Większość była bardzo miła i pomocna ale zdarzyła się jedna pani wyjątkowo niemiła i niepomocna. Nie wpływa to jednak mocno na całokształt. Ogólnie, w sumie, mimo drobnej nieprzyjemności przy meldunku, ostatecznie było ok.

Alexandr (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was big and clean. with good view. We arrived at 7:00 PM and couldn’t find the keys or the apartment. It’s important to note that the reception and the apartment are in different locations, about a 20-minute walk apart. The staff didn’t respond to my messages, calls, or emails. I spent about an hour in the cold searching for the keys and started thinking that I might have to sleep in the car with my young children. This is simply unacceptable. They only wrote back the following morning, and if I hadn’t found the keys myself, then…

Gergö (10/5): Great stay with beautiful view to the mountains. - The apartment was big with lot of windows to the mountain. The terrace was such a good location to watch the sunset. The kitchen was equipped well, nothing was missing (backing paper including). The rooms were big just like the bathroom. Parking might be tricky if the parking place is full, but no issue for experienced drivers. Communication was smooth and easy and we loved the cleanness.

Mattia (9/5): Very comfortable and clean apartment close to the ski slopes and the bike park. - The apartment was very new, clean, and nicely furnished. Parking was excellent with an reserved parking spot on site. Additionally, there is an individual storage room assigned to the apartment to safely store bike or skiing equipment. The only thing we missed was a toaster. That would be a great addition to the apartment. If I hadn't brought my own pillow, the provided one would have been much too loose for me.

Maxim (9/5): Superb location and apartment - I really liked the view from the balcony and the apartment is so comfortable and with everything you need. The staff was so nice. It was after 10 o'clock at night and we couldn't find the apartment, and the woman at the reception explained and guided us over the phone. I liked knowing that it doesn't matter what time it is, there is someone on the other end of the line. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment at 10 o'clock at night, when I wrote the address on the information sheet, I was directed elsewhere. It is necessary to use only the QR code to reach the destination.
