Чудові власники квартири,приємні. - В цій квартирі є своя невеличка територія біля входу,де можна посидіти з чашкою кави або келихом вина 🥰 розташування чудове,зупинки поруч. Невеличкий пляж поруч 5 хвилин пішки. Багато зелені на території. Вікно маленьке,мало природного світла. Але ми багато гуляли по місту,не сиділи вдома. Мікрохвильовка відсутня.
• Eleni (10/5): Value for money! - Περάσαμε super στο συγκεκριμένο loft! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και πολύ όμορφος, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Η τοποθεσία τέλεια, πολύ κοντά σε στα μαγαζιά της Καλαμαριάς ! Ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο κύριος Χρηστος εξαιρετικός!!!Μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Γενικά νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Μας πρότεινε πολύ όμορφα πράγματα!! Θα το ξαναδιαλέξουμε σίγουρα όταν ξανάρθουμε στην περιοχή!!

• Alina Andreea (10/5): The perfect stay - Everything was amazing about this apartment. Very good location, in a nice area, more quiet than the center. Alot of shops and restaurants near by. The loft is beautiful, extremly well equiped. We had everything we needed. We were 4 girls and has plenty of room and we felt like we were on holiday even though we came for work. The owner is so nice and helpful we highly recommend this apartment Nothing, everything was perfect
• Johanna (10/5): Vi hade två fina dagar i lägenheten. Det är nära till busshållplatsen vilket gör det smidigt att ta sig in till stan. De - Vi gillade den smakfulla inredningen. Allt var rent och fräscht. Ett extra plus för utsidan som var härlig att sitta på morgon och kväll. Trappan upp till loftet är brant och passar kanske inte barn och äldre.

The décor is stunning, with unique, carefully chosen furniture that gives the space a distinct charm. The cozy nook above the bedroom is perfect for relaxing, and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. Every room is bathed in natural light, making the entire place feel bright and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Kalamaria, with everything you need just a few steps away, and the beach within walking distance. Parking was surprisingly easy, which was a huge plus! But what truly made this stay exceptional were the hosts. They were absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. I’ve never stayed in a cozier, more thoughtfully designed place. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
