L'hotel esta ubicat en un tercer pis i el primer cop que arribés ningú t'indica com accedir a recepció. Seria convenient que al client li fessin conèixer a través d'un missatge, el codi o almenys instruccions de com posar-se en contacte amb recepció.

• Stuart (8/5): Hotel Perseo was an unknown but turned out to be a very comfortable hotel with adequate services and accomodation right - Fantastic location right in the heart of Florence for access to sight seeing, shots and restaurants, and easy short walk to and from the train station. Good value and quality for a 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and allowed us to setup for a days sightseeing. Secure access and entry.

El hotel ocupa varias plantas de un edificio antiguo donde hay otros alojamientos. El portal y la escalera del edificio están sucios y mal cuidados. Las habitaciones tienen lo justo y, en general, todo necesita una mano de pintura y una renovación.

• Barbara (9/5): Location! Comfort! And feels like home - Haven’t been coming to this property since 2013 when I was assigned as a professor to initiate a study abroad in Siana. I can get to the hotel by walking from the train station and I can also leave from the shuttle that takes you to the airport. I like the property because it is so centrally located yet, it feels like a familiar friend because the breakfast is wonderful you’re greeted when you arrive. You can’t even use a little sitting area if you want to store your bags and just relax in the quiet. I made the mistake of opening the window and somehow the noise in the center was just overwhelming and you really have to keep the windows tightly shut other than that. Everything was beautiful.

They were extremely helpful with everything. The room was quiet and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent—you can easily walk to everywhere. The breakfast was also quite good, with a variety of options that would suit many different tastes. The daily rate of the hotel is quite expensive considering the facilities and services it offers.

Breakfast was pleasant and did the job. Bathroom light flickered and then died by the end of our trip so just something to fix. Be nice if there was an available bar in the facility. Lift was slow sometimes. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe (4 between 3 people)

The hotel was in an old run down building on the 3rd and 4th floor. The breakfast was poor. We paid Euro 400 per night for a family room of 4 which in my view was excessive compared to the state and facilities of the hotel. The communal parts and lift were run down and dirty.

It was easy walking distance from the train station and right up the street from the Duomo. Nothing really. Yes the hotel is on the 3rd and 4th levels of the building but the elevator was fine and you never waiting long.

• Jian Mei (9/5): - I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and I felt very satisfactory. The location is right near the Duomo and most of places can be reached on walk. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the luggage can be stored before checkin and after checkout. The reception staff are all very welcoming and nice to help! The room is big, very clean and bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and I will choose it again for my next visit to Firenze. The hot water in bathroom was a little bit unstable but can be tolerated.

The toilet needed repair, when you sat it came away from the wall and the O-ring needed replacing (the smell was coming through the pipes).

• Mario san1995 (6/5): Hotel muy bien ubicado - La ubicación es increíble, el personal super amable. El desayuno estaba bastante bien, no esperes una maravilla pero te hacen el café bien hecho y tienes algo de variedad. La ducha no se quedaba en una temperatura, pasaba de fría a hirviendo continuamente, lo que hacía que ducharse fuese imposible.

• Sharon (6/5): Stay for the location! - The location was wonderful! Central to everything downtown Florence so you won’t need a car if you stay here. We loved stopping in midday to drop off our bags or take a little rest. You have to return your key to the front desk and ask for it back when you want to go back to the room. The room was also not the cleanest — we found dried blood on our sheets and there was a weird smell so we had to open the windows fully every night.
• Renato (8/5): Soggiorno ottimo - Hotel molto accogliente e pulito. Personale alla reception e alla colazione gentilissimo, sorridente, cordiale, disponibile. Camere sufficientemente spaziose; letto comodissimo. Posizione eccezionale, a pochi passi dal Duomo. Una scelta casuale che mi ha soddisfatto sotto ogni punto di vista. Bravi! Molto consigliato.

• Tonya (8/5): Perfect little hotel near the Duomo - The location is perfect! Less than a block from the Duomo, and lots of shopping, restaurants, museums and other sites to visit. The staff at Perseo are always available, and always gracious and willing to help with whatever is needed. The room itself is very small, which is common for European hotels and was fine for me traveling alone; a couple or family would be very tight. There are traditional metal keys for the room doors, and the key must be left at the front desk when you leave and collected when you return, which wasn’t a problem for me (I thought it was very quaint), but I could see some people having issues with that.

• ALAIN (9/5): - La vue sur la coupole de la cathédrale. L'emplacement idéal. Le mur ouvert de la chambre qui donne sur le couloir d'entrée. Les murs un peu froid à notre arrivée.

• Louis (9/5): - Staff were friendly and really helpful, they let us leave our bags at reception even after we had checked out. The room was clean and had good air conditioning.
• Jocelyne (7/5): Le prix de la chambre est un peu cher à mon goût mais l’ensemble était bien - Nous n’avions Pas de voiture Le petit déjeuner était bien et surtout le personnel sympathique efficace et souriant Une agréable surprise « une bouteille de proscecco «  offerte pour fêter et complèter l’anniversaire de ma petite fille. Ce cadeau nous nous fait très plaisirs. Dépoussiérer l’extérieur de l’ascenseur et bien que propre la chambre aurait besoin d’être rénover Notre séjour était très bien

• Roncari (9/5): - Ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione Firenze S.M. Di novella e al centro di Firenze. Molti bar, ristoranti e negozi nella via sotto la struttura. Colazione ottima. Situato al 3 piano di un palazzo con un ascensore piuttosto scomodo. Stanze poco insonorizzate, si sente rumore
• Maria Domenica (10/5): A due passi dal Duomo - Mi è piaciuto tutto. La camera 406 era pulita ed accogliente. Letto comodissimo. Il personale super gentile. La colazione ottima. La posizione centralissima, a due passi dal Duomo. Tornerò sicuramente. Dimenticavo: c'è la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio ed usare un bagno di servizio anche dopo il check out.

• Mary L (8/5): - Close to Duomo (can hear the bells). and all sites in Florence. Locked door and gate at street level requiring key code/call after hours to be let in. Lobby on 3rd floor with small historic elevator.
