• Michael (10/5): Great Location in Venice. - Great location and communication. Kitchen well equipped. Good water pressure. Beds were a little to firm for our liking. Somewhat warm, the apartment could us a second split A/C unit or some fans for better air circulation.
• Darren (9/5): Superb - A very nice spacious apartment in a very good location 4 decent sized rooms and 2 very nice bathrooms large kitchen area with seating and a TV. In a very good location within walking distance of all the major attractions and the nearby restaurants and bars very reasonably priced a lot cheaper than the ones near the main attractions. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

• Natalie (10/5): Absolutely perfect property and location. Hosts very responsive and helpful as well. - loved the size of the property, the hosts, cleanliness, showers. Everything was perfect. The location was fantastic, much prefered to the "centre", so many amazing restaurants close by and more affordable than San Polo / San Marco. I would 100% stay here again. It was all great. Only comment is that the facilities said there was a washing machine which there wasn't, I think it should have said dishwasher.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed walking short distances for coffee, dinners, grocery etc- so convenient to everything. We wished there was a keurig or a coffee maker!

Location was at the walking distance to everywhere from markets, restaurants, tourist attractions to train station. It was super clean and the house has everthing you need. The owner was always very helpful. Whenever we made a contact, he was immediately helped us and found a solution. For families it is really very good to stay. I always prefer to stay there if I go to Venice again. Everthing was perfect.

Excellent food with very kind customer service just opposite accomodation! Highly recommended!Wish to visit again!
