• Ming-tzu (6/5): Pleasant - Facility and the house is beautiful and relaxing. Cleanses of the bed, pillow and side table is a concern. A complain was made with not much helpful response.
• Ida (10/5): Amazing stay at the pinnacle, could not have a more peaceful stay - Great location. Stunning facilities. Highlight was the very user friendly jacuzzi and beautiful panoramic view. So much attention to detail, even the towels were even of exceptional quality
• Wendy (9/5): Superb - The view was spectacular. Super loved the heated spa! The rooms were absolutely cleaned and beds were comfy. Very convenient to drive to any tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our staying! There could be some improvements to be made: 1. More given instructions on how to operate the induction. Took us nearly 1 hr to figure out how to turn it on. 2. More accurate information on the location before arrival. Google map shows the location was the other side of the waterview but we couldnt park our car there, so we actually had to figure out where was the other side of the front door and was very hard to find the narrow road leading towards the garage. 3. Lots of water leaking out when showering, especially the main level bathroom. So best to install either a shower curtain/ shower screen door to avoid more water coming out. I had to mop the floor everytime i showered, it was annoying. 4. The narrow path leading to the front house was very steep. It was actually quite dangerous if driving in a heavy rain. Anyway, everytime when we drove in and exit from that steep path, there is a stand out corner that scratches our car. I dont know how to explain in more details but ive taken the photos and videos and hopefully the car will be fine after inspection.

• Tracey (10/5): Beautiful - This accommodation is amazing, just as advertised. The view is spectacular, kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy and the spa was lovely. We had a large family group of 12 stay together and there was plenty of space over three floors and balconies to escape each other if wanted. It was a memorable stay and we hope to return. Nothing really, though it is a very steep property which makes for lots of stairs.
