- Valeriya (4/5): Achtung Zimmer „Gustav“: starke Geruchsbelästigung, mangelnde Hygiene und keinerlei Reaktion auf Beschwerde - Das Einzige, was wirklich positiv war, war das Café unten im Haus. Allerdings merkt man dort auch schnell, dass der Fokus eher auf dem öffentlichen Cafébetrieb liegt als auf Hotelgästen. Als nach einem zweiten Kaffee gefragt wurde, bekam man eher genervte und abschätzige Blicke, vermutlich weil dort ohnehin ständig extrem viel los ist. Achtung bei der Buchung des Zimmers „Gustav“!!! Ich bin wirklich niemand, die negative Bewertungen schreibt, weil ich mich ungern mit Negativem aufhalte, jedoch war dieser Aufenthalt leider eine große Enttäuschung. Der Geruch aus der Toilette bzw. dem Abfluss im Bad war so extrem widerlich, dass trotz geöffnetem Fenster und geschlossener Badezimmertür der Gestank im ganzen Zimmer hing. Beim Zähneputzen bekommt man davon regelrecht einen Würgereiz. Zusätzlich roch auch der Kühlschrank unangenehm. Es gab keine richtige Bettwäsche im eigentlichen Sinn, sondern lediglich eine Bettdecke, wie man sie von Sofas aus Wohnzimmern kennt, die direkt in einen Bezug gesteckt war. Insgesamt wirkte vieles lieblos zusammengewürfelt und vor allem nicht hygienisch. Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass ich dies bereits direkt nach der automatischen Nachfrage zum Aufenthalt ausführlich als Nachricht an das Hotel geschrieben habe, inklusive der Bitte, dies zu überprüfen bzw. abzustellen, bevor man es weiter vermietet. Selbst nach mehreren Tagen kam weder eine Antwort noch irgendeine Entschuldigung oder wenigstens die Mitteilung, dass man sich darum kümmern würde. Dieses komplette Ignorieren sagt leider sehr viel aus.
- Tarja (9/5): Onnistunut vierailu - Aamiainen hyvä, opastus kuinka etukäteen maksetussa palvelussa aamiainen toimii vaatii täsmentämistä. Kuressaaren infon nuori virkailija nainen on ammattitaitoinen. Kiitokset hänelle hyvästä opastuksesta. Huoneessa voisi olla opastus että etukäteen maksetun aamiaisen voi syödä milloin vain. Lavazzo kahvikoneen käyttöohje puuttui.

Tohutult palav,et ventilaatorit. Aken pisike,kui koerakuudil,kus õhku ei tulnud Lõppkokkuvõttes. Peale rasket tööpäeva ikkagi magamata öö ja hommikul uus tööpäev. Käime iganädalaselt Saares tööl ja peatume hotellides,aga see oli jube. Meiest jäi see koht viimaseks ning kui tahate puhata,siis mõelge hoolikalt kus.....

- Tiina (5/5): Central hotel - Good location, innovative check-in. Tiny bathroom, shower corner was too small even for small person. No blinds on windows, during white nights room is full of light, impossible to sleep.
- Stephan (9/5): Superb - We upgraded to the Junior suite which was excellent. Breakfast was good but a bit confusing at first. There is a cafe next door and you order breakfast from them. It was a 2 min walk from the main square which had some lovely restaurants. We originally booked a twin room and it was extremely small with no storage space.
- Laura (8/5): Good - It was a nice gesture from the hotel to rearrange the twin beds with topper mattress. The location is very good and the room was very pretty. The egg, salmon and pastries were delicious. This place really could be perfect, so I will point out the things that should be improved: 1. No information about breakfast. Where to go? At what time? Should I order from room? What is the procedure? Is it difficult to mention it upon check-in online or leave a note in the room? The employees at the cafe were nice, but also, I'm sorry, why I have to drag out the information? I am a guest, I am here first time, could you be so kind and communicate? I didn't enjoy the pancake, didn't have any flavour, the cheese was watery, the ham was not in the room. 2. A coffee machine in the room, but no cups. 3. No hand towels, nor feet towels in the room. 4. No reception staff (although in Booking it is said you are 24h available), only the cafe girl kinda tried to help on phone, though reminded us that she doesn't work for the hotel, but is only in the cafe.

- Agnes (7/5): Good - Best place about this hotel is location. It is a quiet street but very very close to the absolute center. Also, if you arrive by car, parking is free just on the streets next to the hotel. For my dates it was also the cheapest hotel in the city center, so for a longer stay this was a needed point. Our room was small and there was some recurring noise coming from bathroom every half a minute, which distorted my sleep a bit.
