• Juan José (10/5): - Precioso apartamento. Ubicación inmejorable. Muy bien decorado con cuadros de mucha calidad. Muy bien equipado. Buena atención del personal, tanto telefónica como por mensajería. Cama cómoda. Luminoso a pesar de ser un primero. Ruido asumible por las noches a pesar de estar en una zona de ambiente. Dejan alimentos para un desayuno muy de agradecer (si dejasen algo de leche aunque sea en polvo ya sería perfecto) Las llaves se recogen como a 200 m del apartamento. Cuesta un poquito ubicarse cuando se sale del apartamento porque las calles son un poco lío, por decir algo, aunque no es un problema real.

• Tanya (7/5): Great location, bare minimum lodging - The location is exceptional and for that we chose the place. It does have everything one needs for a stay. The communication with the owners was terrible. The only direct communication was a request for payment AFTER we had already paid. The place has only what it must have and no more. It is sad that the owners don't seem to have any interest in providing anything more than the bare essentials and no interest in having anything to do with the lodgers.
• Alejandro (6/5): El piso ideal, todo lo demás, mejorable - El piso está muy bien situado, en el centro historico, es amplio y bien equipado. Es verdad que ruidoso por estar tan centrico y la cercania con zonas de ocio. La limpieza no se puede considerar la más correcta (adjunta foto del horno al llegar), la alcachofa de la ducha se deberia cambiar ya que no sale correctamente el agua, a parte de que hay que suponer que el agua caliente se acaba, es decir que para futuros huespedes tenerlo en cuenta sino os toca ducharos con agua fria como me pasó a mi. Pero posiblemente lo peor fué que pedimos consigna para el dia de salida, nos la ofrecen y cuando llegamos al sitio nos dicen que no hay nadie (adjunto converacion). Es decir, te dejan colgado (en mi caso lloviendo)

• François (8/5): Appartement de caractère, spacieux et correctement équipé dans un quartier central et animé. - Appartement de caractère, spacieux et correctement équipé. Le quartier est assez animé et donc bruyant y compris tard dans la nuit. La maintenance de l'appartement pourrait améliorer pas mal de points : porte d'entré qui coince, pommeau de douche inutilisable, etc...
• Luca (8/5): - Posizione eccezionale, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Insonorizzazione, pavimento della casa, bagno che ha bisogno di un po' di manutenzione
• Giada (8/5): - La zona ottima. Nella casa erano presenti cialde del caffè, marmellata, burro e tutto il necessario per fare colazione. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare anche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo. Pochi utensili da cucina, soprattutto i bicchieri e le pentole.

• Guest (9/5): - la posizione è ottima, in pieno centro a neanche 10 minuti dalla cattedrale, presenza di supermercati nei dintorni per poter mangiare a casa, struttura dotata di lavatrice molto comoda se prima di siviglia fate altre tappe. lo consiglio per il vostro soggiorno a siviglia
• Lorenzo (8/5): - Everything ok. Siviglia is awesome and the position is perfect! The apartment is nice and clean and the kitchen was complete with a lot of useful tools. Some people prefer to meet their host, in this case everything was managed through whatsapp.

• ShirleyBell (9/5): A Gem of a Location - The location was excellent. Central to sightseeing sites, bars & restaurants. The accommodation was a complete one bedroom apartment, we had a comfortable stay. Out of the control of the Panther Home team, the elevator stopped working, but they dealt with the situation promptly. (I was using crutches, so it was a god send. There was a lift! :)) A couple of things needed attention in the flat, open socket,loose socket, all dealt with promptly by maintenance guy. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this accommodation and would highly recommend it.

• CAMARGOS (4/5): there was no respect for guests - ended the trip. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and cleaning finished at 3:40 PM, and we were in that horrible heat. We called the receptionist and she was still rude to us. We rented an apartment for 4 people, complete with a double bed and a sofa bed. We only realized when we lay down that the sofa wasn't a bed, but a storage sofa. There were no pillows or blankets, just sheets. Furthermore, I'm not sure you're a cleaning lady for the apartment. It was terrible. I'm going to complain to Iara Booking and I want to see if she'll take action. would like booking to do its part and refund us the money paid, two people did not have a bed.

• Karishma (9/5): Fabulous stay and much more value for the money spent - Beautifully curated interiors and it’s quite impressive space for a 1 BR condo! Everything you could require for a 3-4 day stay is in that apartment, including the kitchen equipment and an impressive sofa and expandable dining set! If the operator permits (we didn’t ask as we were just two) and you happen to make friends over the trip and wish to fetch a couple of drinks together after party, the apartment is an ideal pad (although BYOB and permission from the operator). Great Location…bang 4 min walk from the Giralda Cathedral and stone’s throw away from the most happening riverfront! The street is also nicely coved in, thus you’ll get the necessary privacy. All in all great stay!

• Christina (10/5): Perfect in every way! - The flat is beautiful (even nicer than the pictures!) and had everything we needed. The location is amazing and this host is very kind. We had a medical emergency and arrived very late. She seemed more concerned about our well being than the late hour of arrival. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay! We didn’t stay long enough, it was otherwise perfect!
• Ewelina (9/5): Great option to visit Seville - I cannot rate room I ordered because due to some misunderstanding between owners and Booking it was not reserved but finally we were given better option - instead of one room/apartment for 3 people we were given 2 separate apartments. I can only say that I was really impressed with both apartments, each of them had small kitchen annex with kettle and fridge included. I also liked how the rooms were designed. Additionally, we had access to the terrace with a nice few for the neighborhood. Small broken items in the bathroom, you need to be careful when hanging towels or taking toilet paper. Something that can be easily fixed.
• Caroline (6/5): I wouldn't agree with the description. - The position was central. It was spacious and we liked the bull picture in the living room. Oh dear, this promised to be so much which didn't materialise. First, the kitchen tap fell off and sprayed water everywhere, so we had to use the bathroom tap. We tried the TV but there were no batteries in the remote. There was no tea towel to dry our cups, and they're was no toaster as advertised. No towels were left out and we had to search for some in the linen cupboard. The bathroom has mould in the grout in the shower area and the shower door base was thick with dirt/ old soap. There were also a couple of chipped plates and glasses. I left them out with a note going they would replace them. It describes itself as having a cityscape view, but you could only look into the houses over the street 3 metres away. The tiles by the entrance were uneven, cracked and broken up. There was an open, uncovered electrical terminal in the wall and in the kitchen there was vacant space where the fascia boards had been ripped off.
