• Sharn (4/5): Great location, definitely needs a deep clean. The air con does not work & the dust is horrendous - The location is very convenient to everything. It was absolutely filthy.
• Kylee (10/5): A wonderful stay! - The location was absolutely perfect, the flagged beach was directly across the street and all shops and restaurants steps away. Beautiful views of the beach and night skyline. Quiet, and although on the 16th floor, the lifts were quick. The pool is massive and clean. The building could do with a makeover but for the price it’s forgiven. The access to the pool from inside the hotel is strange and the stairs down to the pool feel like you’re going to a construction site but the access from the street level is much better. Again any negatives are forgiven by the price at peak season.

• Gabrielle (4/5): Good location, but the room needs some updates - Good location directly opposite the beach, apartment had decent facilities, bath, kitchen, aircon and fans that worked well, pool and spa. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and had multiple bed toppers on it instead of just buying a new bed. The bathroom had mould in the grout, the rest of the room was cleaned well. The laundry facilities are not in the room and are coin operated. The kids playground is worn and run down with splintered wood. Overall It could be a nice stay if the room was cleaned a bit better with a decent bed.

• pushpita.nomani (8/5): A comfortable stay in a fantastic location — just a few small improvements would make it perfect. - The location was perfect — the beach is literally across the road, and it’s just a minute’s walk to the vibrant heart of Surfers Paradise. The view from the room was fantastic, and having a parking spot included was a huge plus in this area. The kitchen was handy for making our breakfasts, and overall, it was great value for money. We’d definitely stay here again. We booked for 5 nights for 2 adults and 1 child, but only two towels were provided. The toiletries weren’t enough for the full stay, and the hand soap wasn’t refilled. Also, there’s no dishwasher, which would’ve been nice to have.

• Peter (5/5): Boho Apartment - Position, the view and car parking is why you would stay here. Bed mattress worn out. The bathroom sink was blocked, so I had to wait for the plumber to clear. The Chateau the building the Boho apartment is in, is currently having building renovation in the carpark lobby, blocking lift usage, so you have wheel your bags back through carpark, up the ramp and through ground floor reception to lifts. Don't expect any luxury in the apartment, but hey Kmart quality is functional.

• Surinder (10/5): Great - location and views.Property was beautifully decorated.Very clear guidance provided by management staff for check in and check out process. Everything else was perfect except the bad smell we felt through out our stay inside the apartment. we had to regularly spray room freshner to make ourself comfortable or keep the slider door opened even when we don’t need.
• Kirsty (5/5): Passable - The view and location was excellent The apartment was quite old and the queen bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, it was clean but very out dated.

• Cassandra (10/5): Fantastic and very conveniently located. Easy walk to everything - The views were amazing and great pool spa sauna steam room. Beautifully decorated! Very comfortable! Nothing everything was perfect. Would’ve loved a verandah you could sit on but not much can be done about that. The huge sliding doors opened up and let in a beautiful breeze
