- Issa (10/5): اشكر عماد كثير شخص رائع و يستاهل الثقه - الاستقبال من قبل الاستاف جداً رائع وفي اي وقت تحجز تلقي لك مكان موقعه جداً جميل ومقابل الشاطى حبيت الاقامه في الفندق يحتاج إلى. التطوير و تغير الأثاث بالاضافه إلى اضافة أرضيات مفروشه في الغرف لانه الجو في الشتاء بارد كثير. وتغير دورات المياه إلى الأحسن

The attitude of staff was NOT REALLY professional and seeking their guests . Moreover , they disconnected internet network before checking out and the facilities were below average.
- oumar (10/5): - J'ai passé 4 jours dans cette hôtel toute est parfait, l'emplacement vous pouvez pas trouver mieux à 100 mètres de la plage avec une plage privée, l'accueil au top et grand merci à tous les personnels et surtout monsieur Mahmoud Ramadan et monsieur Baha Helmi, rapport qualité prix au top. Encore grand merci pour votre professionnalisme. Rien à signaler

- Maryam (10/5): Everything was clean and comfortable, the view is stunning, prices are fair, and all staff are so friendly and kind :) - This hotel is so clean, the view is stunning, and all of the staff are so kind and welcoming. I have stayed at Regency twice now, and each time I am so happy with my stay. I will definitely be staying at Regency every time I visit Alexandria. Honestly, there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. I had stayed in a few hotels in Alexandria prior to staying at Regency for the first time, and Regency is my favorite.
