L'equip i tot el personal són amables i simpatiquíssims. Les persones del restaurant especialment amables. Van preparar-nos menjar fins i tot fora d'hores perquè estàvem cansadíssims després de baixar del Mont Sinaí. És un hotel senzill, de poques estrelles, per tant, no cal demanar-li més del és. Compleix per fer una nit, no recomanaria estades més llargues. Es nota que la zona ha viscut temps millors, les instal·lacions són molt grans, la piscina és gegant, el menjador gegant.

• Dr.al (5/5): Only if you have to. - The location is great. The pool cleaner man is great person and very friendly. Also very friendly and helpful receptionist. Thank you. The property is next to some excavation so expect dust and noise. Make sure you have cash ! The bank machines (3 of them ) wasn’t working got stuck for cash. Be careful in the shower it’s soooo slippery as if there is oil on it !!. The property is way overpriced cost same as a five star !! Other hotels are opened up (next to the mosses mountain) and not showing on booking.com !! (Looks Much nicer) . The property management has to think of servicing the customer better not just thinking of making money !

• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - What an excellent experience in this hotel! We loved it! From the beginning the hotel environment was motivating, with groups in the reception area preparing to climb the Sinai. In the reception they were so good to us, sympathy, kind, giving us amenities, tips for climbing the mountain, and even searching for us a group to climb with, so we don't be a alone! They gave us coffee, hot tea and walking steaks for free. The complex ir gorgeous, full of shops, pool and other things. The view to the mountains incredible. The room full of space, clean, with heaters, and amenities inside of the room. But what we thank the most was that me and my fiancee got lost when we were going down the mountain. We had booked a taxi to take us to Taba and we were going to be late. But when we finally got to go to the hotel after that lost experience, the manager was so kind, he had saved us the breakfast, and he told us he would help us to ask for a taxi again, even though it was friday, a day where things are usually closed and difficult to find. He gave us time to take breakfast, get ready and then make the check out.This hotel is a perfect experience. And we want to repeat it, but this once with more time to enjoy the hotel complex and other places of the sinai. Greetings from Costa Rica and Portugal
• Jonathan (8/5): Very good - At the current time, Morgenland is the nicest hotel in Santa Catarina. If you come during the summer, the pool is nice, with mineral-rich water from underground aquifers. The large amount of construction taking place in Santa Catarina affects this hotel as well, as there is a concrete production facility nearby. But this hotel is quieter at the current time than the other hotels in Santa Catarina. It would be nice if the bar would sell snacks and fruit, since it only sold water, and there wasn't any additional food stores on site. The staff was very friendly and responsive to specific requests that I had for them.
